Mr William the manager has no manners and treated your customers really bad and he said he does that to every customer. Also, he did not take care of my problem that people at the pick up area harassing customers. I hope this goes to the right place also told me not to come back to the store, nice manager the young short guy is better to be a real manager (Mr William is a joke refusing to give me his last name for a reason).I hope you don’t treat your employees like you treat the costumers…if you don’t have proof don’t talk to me like I stole something cause I fell harassed by the employees every time I walk in to pick up an order now

I would say after shopping here consistently for a long time that the produce quality can be atrocious for some of the things they put out. I am fairly certain they have employed Stevie Wonder to manage produce. I have seen straight up moldy produce on the floor. One time they featured blackberries. Every single container had mold. I bought some corn. I had checked the tips at the store which looked fine. When I got home and opened them fully it looked like there was some substance on the corn. Over ripe and beat up fruit is another problem. Veggies aren't much better. Rubbery broccoli, sad string beans, oranges that are dry inside, etc... Really give a good look over anything you buy.

I would say anything else is generally okay. I do get some decent deals. Meat selection tends to be okay.

The clearance meat section has beef, pork, and chicken mixed all together in a cross contaminated area only about 12 inches wide. The mens bathroom door doesn't lock leaving it not very private. I've had people walk in on me twice. For a store that just went through renovations it's real dumpy looking inside and out. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired

Decent grocery store, tends to be fairly clean. Staff is friendly and tends to be helpful if needed. Prices are higher than other grocery stores in the area though. Sometimes there is no one to bag the groceries which can also be annoying but lately they have been better with that.

I have been shopping here for years now and the store is still my favorite in the area. It is always clean and the staff are nice. As with other stores, sometimes they dont have every brand in stock but I can usually find a good substitute. Update: The store has been renovated. It seems like they have more ready to eat food now. Everything was moved, so it took a few weeks to get used to the new fow, but they have a good variety and the store is very clean.

I have come here 3 times so far and everything is great except for the employees at checkout. It s like they haven t gone through customer service training. Little to no eye contact or a greeting. My last visit I had Taylor at register. No greeting and she didn t make eye contact until she handed me my receipt and said have a nice day like a robot. The entire time she and the bag girl were having a conversation on how they all bring their phones into the bathroom. I wish there were employees at check out that seemed to care about customer service.

Normally I like going to this shaws, good selection and friendly employees Especially the manager, he always says hi to my twins and its a pleasant experience! Until today, Sheila was the cashier and she was really rude... my husband needed a price adjustment on grapes which wasnt his fault or hers but she was very rude and seemed annoyed. He even said thank you for getting that fixed and have a good day and she completely ignored him. Not great customer service!

Shaws has been my go-to store for the better part of two decades. Recent store changes have brought about the worst of corporate America into my store in North Attleboro. Theyve changed aisles with the employees being little or no help to new locations of items, gotten rid of the butcher counter and the prepared items deli section. Service is absolutely atrocious at the deli counter and when I asked about something today I was rudely told I dont make the prices before she stormed away ignoring my request to speak to a manager. Market basket will be getting a larger portion of my business I guess because little things add up.

I usually shop at Stop and Shop as it is closer to my home but needed a particular cut off meat. S&S doesnt cut their meat in store any more. The butcher at Shaws was very helpful, asking me exactly what I needed and boned and tied my pork roast perfectly. A+ Pleasant store overall.

Its different than the Shaws Im used to because Im not used to this area yet, and it was my first visit there. All in all, the produce looked great, and the store was well stocked and clean. I was there a bit longer than I had anticipated because the aisles arent duplicates of the other Shaws so it took me a bit longer to locate things then my usual in and out lol The older I get, the less patience I have too lol

the very best place for fruits and vegetables! i have not been disappointed here. they have fresh fruit cut up and packaged and delicious. whoever is picking out the fruits to be cut should get a good pat on the back! so many times at other stores the cut up fruit is woody and too early to have been cut or has gone past its time. this Shaws has a better variety than the one i usually go to. the staff is great and the place is immaculate. i think it is definitely worth the extra drive to get there and will be doing so.

They have a large selection of just about everything you can think of. I was most impressed with the cleanliness of the store. For a grocery store, it was pretty spic & spam. Found all that I was looking for. Isles are well organized and informative signs hang at the ends of the lanes. Deli section looked tasty as did the bakery.

I usually shop here a few times a month. Today, I was trying to buy my favorite cottage cheese. Every carton was expired!! There was an employee nearby, I brought it to his attention, he just laughed and kept stocking the shelves. What awful customer service! They need to take lessons from Wegmans! Twice now my pick up order was over an hour past its scheduled time. With 9 items listed as out of stock this time. Wife went in right after picking up order, and most of the items were actually in stock. Sucks when people dont care about their jobs. Will not be returning to this shaws location again.

My friend went shopping for me today handicapped using a motorized chair to get around the store no one stopped to help him when the chair got stuck in the automatic door I find it very uncomfortable very much just for God for a handicapped person three of your employees what time one of them laughed at him one was a down syndrome and he was the only one that was kind enough to keep walking and not make any emotions or it but the other two were very much in intact and good disregard to help a handicapped person seeing and knowing that hes having trouble and laughing at him is very very disturbing I go shopping in your store quite often and the only reason why he was there was cuz I was sick Im going to call the main number for your store and report the disregard that your employees have for handicapped person

This place is a dumpster fire masquerading as a grocery store. Half of the aisles are empty and the other half have groceries that dont match the labels. Theres usually one checkout line thats actually staffed. Theres no express line at all and theres usually four people waiting in line for one of the self checkout stations. Every time I come here I remember why my deceased Grammy called it that godd$+m Shaws.

As many times as I go here Id better give it 5 stars! Im in here several times a week. Unfortunately, Covid has caused the cupboards to be bare and the prices to rise. But the helpful staff makes up for a lot. Staffing shortages are starting to show in the quality of customer service.

Ive had a lot of issues here with out of date items on the shelves, and pre-cut produce that says its in date but actually is bad when you open it. I only go in there once in a while because they have a decent selection of pre-packaged Indian food and a decent florist. I wouldnt say dont go, but be careful what youre buying and check dates on literally everything.

The store wild clean and pretty well-stocked its not my first or second choice grocery shop even though its less than 1/8 of a mile from my home. I would rather travel a mile and a half to 2 miles on foot to use one of the other two stores in town. The prices at Shaws are exorbitantly high to the point where theyre almost if not actually double the price of the other two grocery stores in town. So I say if you have a choice pick one of the other 2 stores only use l Shaws if its the last store in town & have absolutely no other options( including 7-Eleven)

Its funny store.. Shaws App used to offer great deals like $5 product for $2. But in Attleboro shop, the staffs hiding the products purposely. It happened nearly 5+ times for me. Even the items out of stock, the first day 11AM of the deal. The local store management doing the cheap trick. Even I reported to Shaws website, but no response.
