The Pharmacy tech helped get my Insurance issue corrected very promptly so that the prescription I needed refilled was billed correctly and I was very pleased with her kindness and professionalism.

I spoke with the Pharmacy about how much I'm being charged for a generic med and how I learned it's only supposed to half of that and I was told they know nothing about this. I have a paper from Insurance and they said they should know but I still had to pay full price.

Instead of the clerk asking for your name and birthdate, you now have to type it in. Time consuming if you ask me. Confusing for the elderly. A waste of time for people.

I needed to transfer my son‘s medication to this location from a different location because it was in stock here. I had tried to call this pharmacy for over an hour and a half, and I could not find a phone number for the front desk. I called the money gram number and that sent me to the pharmacy as well. Overall nobody had answered the phone for almost 2 hours. I called my home location back and they also gave me plenty of attitude over the situation and hung up irritated of this location not having anybody to answer their phone. My son‘s medication was filled pretty quickly after I called my home location back. It was super frustrating to be on hold and to have to call back over and over just for nobody to answer the phone. It is overly frustrating as a customer to see that a simple task such as answering the phone of a 24 hour pharmacy could not be performed by an employee of said pharmacy.

This is what happens to consumers when monopolies takes over. They are understaffed always a line almost never answer the phone without a 30 min hold. The people are nice but CVS needs to hire triple the staff

I love the NATTLE BOROUGH
CVS. They a very knowledgeable staff who will go the extra mile to take care of your needs.
I must say I live 20ish miles
away (into RI) and get my scripts in North Attleboro.
Very professional!

I love this pharmacy, the drive thru is usually packed but they are so efficient the wait time is far less than you would expect while the pharmacy members still make your experience personal and make sure you have all the info you need before leaving. I usually get my dog's meds from here rather than my own and they are always super friendly and give him treats when they can! I won't use another pharmacy because no one does it like CVS!

Started going to this CVS years ago, when I moved from Boston to South Attleboro, 24 HOUR PHARMACIST! I would stop by after working in Dedham until 10:30 pm and still could pick up my prescriptions! Now live in Pawtucket, CVS right down the street, and I still go to E Washington St, CVS. Actually, I was there today, went thru the drive thru, and who was there? The Pharmacy Technician dont know his name, know him when I see him. Met him years ago! Always Great Customer Services It was a pleasure seeing you again. Have a great day!!

This is my local CVS and not only is it open 24 hours, its also very clean and fully stocked. Always a friendly associate to offer assistance, if needed.
