Good subway location. Whenever I’m here it appears to be clean on the inside and they do a good job at making the sandwiches. One of the better subway locations in the area

Our recent visit to Subway was disappointing, primarily due to the staff's attitude and service.

The first issue arose when my children, aged 7 and 9, were curiously looking at the toppings. Being aware of hygiene, I had already cautioned them not to touch the glass. Despite this, a staff member sternly warned them not to touch the glass, citing that it had just been cleaned. While we appreciate the emphasis on cleanliness, the manner in which this was communicated felt unnecessarily harsh.

It was only after this interaction that I noticed extra lids cluttering the toppings area, making it difficult to see the available choices. When I pointed this out, the same staff member reacted poorly. She removed the lids with force and rudely told me that I was being rude. This response was both surprising and unwelcome, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and judged.

Throughout our visit, there seemed to be an undercurrent of judgment and possible racial profiling, which added to our unease. While the quality of the food and the variety of toppings were up to Subway's usual standards, the negative experience with the staff member significantly impacted our overall experience.

In conclusion, while Subway usually offers a good range of fresh toppings and sandwiches, our visit was marred by poor customer service and a feeling of being unfairly treated. Respectful and courteous treatment of all customers is crucial, and we hope to see improvements in this area in the future.

Have been very inconsistent, in terms of quantity of vegetables/toppings. When we order salad here, we get 1/4 th of what we get in any other Subway store, that too even after asking the attendant three times to add more lettuce or any other vegetable. What is the point of ordering a salad with 1/4 of lettuce?

This store is really good - they did everything I asked for in my to-go order. Not many subways do that, when I ask for separate packing for 6 inches, extra sauce on side etc.
Also, the store looks pretty, they’re very organized with keeping the orders in a separate area for easy pickup.

I needed enough sandwiches for approximately 20-25 people. It was a last-minute order. The Other Sandwich Chain in Town told me it would be at least three hours. I called this Subway who kindly explained they could prepare two platters for me and offered some suggestions of the variety they could include. I left it mostly up to them. They had these ready in approximately 40 minutes! Each sandwich was expertly crafted and arranged in a clear platter, with every one clearly labeled. An array of condiment cups and cutlery sets were also provided. The presentation was beautiful and everything was fresh and delicious. They really took great pride in this and it showed.

All negative reviews on this subway are false .. I’ve been eating here for many years and have never had a single complaint. The manager at this location is very kind to me, she always goes above and beyond to ensure I leave satisfied. I’ve never had a bad experience and would never second guess coming back. Thank you for all of your hard work, even though sometimes you may feel it goes unnoticed. Trust me, it doesn’t.

My 80 year old dad has been craving a BLT with ham. Lol. We live in Taunton. He has me drive all the way to North Attleboro cause no other subway gets it right!!! This subway is ALWAYS so clean, fully stocked and super quick. Plus the caramel brownie cookies get me every time.

I ordered a large sub and asked if they could toast half it. The other half I planned to eat later. They said the owners policy is they would have to charge me for 2 small subs. I travel for work and have eaten at Subways across the country. This is the first time I heard that.

Always clean and staff is very professional and fast. It is obvious that the staff has been working together for awhile. No matter which employee starts your order it always flows down the line seamlessly. Ive never seen a Subway crew work this well together and they never get rattled with large orders. Dont let a long line discourage you they will handle it well. I go to many different Subways and this one is the best.

Today had 3 subs from here. They all tasted good except for the Pastrami sandwich that didnt taste well. So stay with Salami or Roast beef.

This is my favorite go to when its just me. The core staff here are AMAZING. But I miss the variety of bread choices, as well as the $5 footlong that made them popular. Now that my kids each want a footlong instead of sharing, it is too $$ to eat here regularly as a family.

If you know anything about this dumped you wouldnt eat here. Between the rotten attitude employees that work there especially the little tattooed kid who looks like hes high 24-7 with a crappy attitude and all the issues theyve had with the board of health ....beware! And yes they have been on notice publicly several times for sanitation issues and that their meats are not being stored at the proper temperatures. We got sick there and looked into these facts and needless to say we dont go there anymore. Back to the customer service...the employees are very seldom nice or even decent...very cold and rude! Arguing with a customer as to how they want something is not good business and maybe a smile once in awhile would be a good start. If I were the owner here Id start with getting rid of the cancer thats robbing you of business. Unless you enjoy losing good customers due to poor quality food and employees.
