This is the place to buy sneakers. I have never in my 60 years received such excellent service and such amazing knowledge on sneakers. I explained what I needed and they found the perfect pair of Brooks sneakers for me. I wear orthotics in my shoes which take up space and I need shoes that expand so my foot is not crushed.

Normally a well run store, until recently an acting manager was rude, disrespectful and sarcastic saying that it was my fault that a product under performed and wouldn't honor the exchange policy. Then stated that I should be buying product insurance and that they always offer it at checkout. They couldn't offer a discounted price at checkout and sure enough no warranty was offered or suggested at checkout. I'd recommend to shop elsewhere until managers are properly trained along with the rest of the staff.

This past weekend I went in looking for a bike, I haven’t owned one in a while. Kristian must’ve sensed I was a little lost. He was very approachable, knowledgeable and courteous. He addressed all of my questions/concerns and I felt taken care of from the start of the experience to the end. If I was a manager/owner I would be proud to have an employee like him!

Just got my golf clubs regripped there and it was quick and easy. Decent selection of grips and took 10 min for the kid to do it. Only down side was how expensive everything is there. 60$ for 12 golf balls is a crime

This is the third visit in the North Attleboro store and will have to be the last. The employees who work here are so unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with. Going to pre season game 1 of bruins this month. I went all the way there to get a new jersey for the start of the season. $175 bucks for the jersey. walked around and got a couple of stuff. Got to register and they took security stuff off and scanned my jersey. Then I get told I cant buy it and that it wasnt supposed to be on the rack and they cant sell it to me. I had over $200 dollars worth of stuff. I left with nothing

Store sucks. They will ignore you and act like they are doing inventory and flipping paper on a clip board over and over until you leave them alone. There s never a single person in this store than can repair your golf clubs. You re better off on your own with YouTube videos.

Mostly sports oriented. Poorly stocked outdoors department. I remember this store being more balanced outdoors/sport. No I have to go all the way up to bass pro.

Chris was so helpful today! Chris from the fishing/kayaking area is amazing! He was helpful in picking out what I needed for my car to hold a kayak. To bring the kayak in the front. The weights are overly priced. Before covid used to be 1$ a pound. Now irs like 50$ for a 25lb dumbell. The boxing gear is ok. I go here for my wraps. The employees at registers are friendly but lazy and never have registers open..

I go here all the time and actually love them but this time I come and I m waiting for an associate to get a size for me in the shoe dept . There are two associates both standing around one customer. Neither of them asked me did I need a size nor did they ever approach me . They kinda just acted as if they didn t see me .

Youre going to love it here if youre the type of person who enjoys waiting in an organized single line, then watching as random people who havent been in line step up out of nowhere to check out when a register opens up! Went in at 9:10 p.m. just to grab some football gloves, and the way the manager approached my friend and I is just completely unacceptable. Said what do you guys want? and told us to hurry up because the store was closing soon as if we were an inconvenience to him and the entire staff made us feel like we were waisting their time. Will not be returning there.

Not a very good store for decent, high quality stuff. Terrible, slow service too. Clueless staff. The checkout line is just painful. Its mostly just a sports clothing store these days and, frankly, not much else. Head to Bass Pro or Cabelas instead. Better yet, buy on-line.

It is a great store for a person serious about a sport and is willing to pay more than other stores not totally geared for sporting goods. I was in need on waterPROOF jackets/boots and I dont think they have any. When something is waterproof it will clearly state it. I still found a few things that I wanted as gifts. Its a great store, and you can find some good bargains Its a quality store.!
