I wish i could give more than 5☆'s to the staff! Kathleen & Harley are absolutely amazing. I frequent Emerald Square Mall often & Spencers is usually my 1st stop. I always leave there in a good mood b.c the staff there is awesome, always kind & willing to help you with any questions you may have. I could go on forever but just know they're great people & make shopping there fun. Thank you guys, 🙏

Very very rude staff! Very rude! They don’t answer when you ask a question! They just sit there looking dumb! I asked about a nose ring, and she didn’t respond! It was so rude! I will not be returning! And I will let others know not to go to this god awful store!!

What can you say bad about thurs fun store?! Funny, clever, mean, sarcastic store. Every time we are at the mall this is the first stop. Clean, fully stocked with merchandise. From Buddahs to gag adult gifts. Even an adult section in the back. I don't suggest young children being unsupervised in the store. But if you need to be told that, you don't belong in Spencers! Great merchandise from hats, mugs, backpacks, lunchboxes, shirts that are too clever and yet so me! Employees are great and friendly very knowledgeable on the store merchandise.

1st floor shop. Welcoming and helpful staff. Clean and organized. One of the associates was extremely inappropriately boisterous. The rest of the associates conducted themselves very well.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE !! i didn’t believe in therapy until i came here. i even saw a few diaper wearers.
