Normally I have a decent experience, but today I ordered 2 large lattes with mocha and whole milk, after 12 minutes I. Line I get to the window and pay and notice they have 2 large ice coffees with mocha waiting and I point it out. The poor window guy tur s and ask the manager and she said that they where lattes and it ored that, I the customer who has been drinking the same order for 12 years and know what it's supposed to look like before I even taste it, said. I want my money back bit they won't pick up the phone.

This place is extremely hit or miss. They have a new, younger crew working here that doesn't seem to care about much. Some months ago I ordered one sandwich and a coffee at the drive-thru. They told me they were backed up and to pull around front and they'd bring me my food when they could. Sure enough, 15 minutes passes and no food. When I went inside to check they had "forgot".

Today, we ordered 3 turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. All 3 came without cheese, and one was quite literally 1/2 a turkey patty. Someone, while making this sandwich, saw that there was 1/2 the meat and still decided to send it out. Just so careless.

If I could give it zero stars I would girl in the morning is something else and no one in there can cook a simple bagel also apparently none of them know the difference between cold foam and whipped cream horrible dunks save you money there’s another one two minutes up the road

I go to this Dunkin’s every day because the staff is always super nice, quick service and the coffee is perfect and food is fresh. Well today I went to get a breakfast sandwich and it was just me in the drive through and I wanted to get a dozen donuts for my co workers so I asked when I pulled up to the window, again just me in the line. Some woman making the food lost it on me and was swearing and screaming no saying I need to pull back around and everyone around her asking why saying it wasn’t a big deal and this lady is going off saying the time and there’s someone ordering behind me and I was at a loss of words. I will be contacting corporate and making sure whatever needs to be done to get her written up or fired will happen because she shouldn’t be working with people if she can’t handle the smallest inconvenience. I will not be returning to this location. I feel bad for the poor girl ringing me out who looked frozen and as shocked as I was. Do better.

I'd love to tell you how the food was but there was no food. Second time I've been in there after work (in a 2-week span lto get a donut and appears like nobody works there.

I'm standing in line with a couple of people and we're completely being ignored. Three of us just said screw it and walked out.

The donuts are usually garbage anyway. I'll just go to a local place that actually cares.

I go to this location every day after work for the past 5 month been doing that today I went and I order my ice coffee as usual but I also want a medium cup ice they told they can’t sale it to me that they don’t do that and giving me actitudes when before they sold that cup ice to me. I don’t know what is going on with this location. Twice now there has been incredibly slow service in the drive-through. I do not think it is understaffed. I think there might be other more significant problems. I would love to report this to management but, unfortunately, I can’t find a way to contact them, and no one answers the phone.

I go to this dds almost daily and today really made me mad. I use my app everyday and i told the man at the window that i was pulling my app up. It was a $17 order. He then scanned my debit card and told me i could not scan my app now because he had already scanned my debit card. I am pretty upset i lost out on all of those reward points. I then asked if he could refund me and start over and he just said no and then just shut the window on me!!!

I can honestly say I think this has started since the remodel was finished. Every time I order on the go with this dunkins and order a sandwich, the bagel is always not toasted! Like I’ve worked in dunkins before and it clearly says on the screen toasted, regardless you should be toasting the bagels cause thats what they tell you when they train you there so the customer has a nice hot sandwich! I’m confused as to why this keeps happening, either get the person to start toasting bagels every-time or just remove them from making food cause clearly they don’t know how to follow what the orders say on the screen!

I ordered a coffee and three sandwiches for my family. The service was so bad. When the girl asked me what I wanted, she had a look on her face like I was bothering her. She had a major attitude with everyone that came in while I waited for my sandwiches. She never said thank you or you’re welcome. Her manners and attitude are horrible and should not be working with people!
The croissant sandwiches were hard and my family said they were gross and didn’t eat them. This isn’t the first time they’ve been gross but it sure is the last time.

Not my favorite. It is inside the convenient store, so it is good, if you get coffee with other things. If not, I would rather go to real Dunkin. But the workers are nice, though.

Raj the manager is the best . I would have given 5 stars except for the young skinny Hispanic girl who works there and will completely ignore a long line of customers and just keep walking back and forth acting like she's cleaning or doing something that's so important but what's more important than taking care of a customer cuz if you don't have a customer paying then there's no business she needs to learn that
