Most days the crews working are in synch and you rarely have to wait for anything. Sometimes they get slammed and you have to wait 15,20,30min, usually a weekend issue. All in all my favorite crew to visit for coffee a few times a week.

This became my go to coffee place on my way to work when I started a new job last year. I have since moved and will travel out of my way for this Starbucks location. The baristas are always so kind and amazing, food and drinks are always made to perfection. They also have the updated ice machines so they have the good crunch ice, lol.

Great place to get my coffee fix even when my order is 41.14 because I wanted 5 drinks. Drinks are amazing as usual and you should give the two girls, who helped me with my order, both raises. They did a fantastic job, I will definitely be back, hopefully next time I won't spend so much but we shall see.

My shoes stuck to the floor and the trash receptacles were obviously not cleaned regularly. I could not find a sleeve for my hot coffee and was not offered one. I did not want to ask for one because I had asked for a stopper and that didn’t seem readily available. Since the woman that got it for me didn’t speak to me at all after see said my name when my order was ready I didn’t want to bother her again.

I used my app and I did tip about 15% on the app.

I do like that that store opens at 5:00am so it may be convenient in the future but I’ll go through the drive thru as to not be reminded of the not so clean inside. But I will return.

Definitely a frequent flyer at Starbucks. I make several coffee runs each week, but it’s hit or miss at this location. I typically order dairy-free drinks and my order is often underwhelming compared to other locations. On the off days, I’ve waited a half hour for a mobile order, I’ve left with a drink 3/4 full, drinks that were made incorrectly/missing ingredients, or made with burnt and overly- steamed alt. milk This is obviously disappointing when the cost of the drinks are on the higher end anyway, but also require additional fees for alternative milk products.
The inconsistency is enough of a reality where it's challenging to know what you'll get. That being said, when this location is on point, they're really on point.

Too crowded during pandemic! I waited 10 minutes inside store for a hot coffee order that I already placed online 10 minutes ago. It should not take 20 minutes to get a coffee in a starbucks. Staff is actually very friendly. But they should have more employees. Moreover, they should turn the volume down. This is a coffee shop, not a nightclub. Customers cannot hear their names being called for pickup.

The manager, Parsa, treats his employees terribly and then plays the victim. The people who work there are wonderful -- they deserve a better boss. The store is going downhill because of HIM, not the baristas.

In store is very run down and needs attention. They only had 3 tables in the entire store, pallets of merchandise just sitting in the main area and a chalkboard labeled September despite visiting in December.
Edit: Dropping down to 1 start. Owner's response that I need to fill in some form to have them actually care about the state of their own store is ridiculous! I already spent some of my time to provide feedback and now they ask for more. Absolutely disgusted by this.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. I ordered a medicine ball and waited over 35 minutes for it. There were over 10 people who came after me and left with their order. Mobile orders were being done before mine. People ordering complicated coffee drinks had their order ready before mine. I took my refund and left. I will never visit this place again unless they have new management.

I’m sure I am not alone when I say I go to a Starbucks location everyday. It’s always somewhat of a challenge for me when ordering for multiple people at those times when the “order ahead” on the app is not available lol.

Today after I had noticed at the pick-up window I had botched the order of one of my drinks 🤦🏻‍♀️, the barista who I believe was Micayla immediately in a the kindest way said she could re-make it real quick. Which she did 🤯.

I have never been more impressed by anyone working at any Starbuck location. She was well within her rights to tell me I ordered wrong etc. and she did the complete opposite. Thank you for my positive experience.

I can't get an order correct or fast. Feel uncomfortable about my drink, I ordered a mango dragon fruit lemonade venti went my friend picked up my drink was just the lemonade but they charge like the original drink, when he went inside the store the manager said oh we don't have a dragon fruit but it is the same (like what?) And she try to be so mean with him to try to convince him is the same and pay the full price. First of all the lady at the drive thru had to let him knows about the situation or somebody to explain to him. Plus she is a huge lier when I called her told me and at the end we gave him the drink( just lemonade) and 4 dollars credit where is t is less expensive... let you know the venti mango dragonfruit lemonade with taxes cost 6.05. Again terrible terrible service today I tried to get sandwich with croissant and don't have, Swiss cheese.. don't have, pumpkin coffee on the middle of September... don't have what kind of Starbucks store is that?

They are fast, but the drive-thru line is half the time wrapped around the area. Their machine goes down more often than it should and you end up going there to see a paper that says "mobile orders only". They definitely need to update their drive through area, like a new intercom and menu. Newer Starbucks have the digital screens where you can see the person taking your order. It feels much more personal and I feel this starbucks could benefit from that

Unfortunately they had hardly any product when I arrived. Not only were they low on food and beverages but also other merchandise.
The manager was very sorry they were out of things but I left to go find another location which ended up being Dunks next door.

I like this location and have been going here for years. I get hot coffee, iced latte, iced macchiato or iced espresso. They make to my order and taste great. It's usually clean, can sit and hang out if you want at the tables. Public restroom is available as well. They offer fast mobile ordering. Walkin, or drive-thru pickup of mobile orders. Drive-thru is usually packed, but does move right along. I wish they were open a bit later. Yet for where located, I see why they close when they do. Another drawback is they are not affiliated with UberEats.
Unfortunately there are not many Starbucks around here...

Such a great way to start the day right with your favorite freshly made shaken drink! The employees are hardworking, clean and just wonderful. I’ve been to other locations where they don’t rinse the top of the shaker and your drink ends up having all these other flavors. Never had that problem here because they do things right.

This is my fav local (Billerica/Wilmington) Starbucks because of the crew & consistency. I usually drive 1 town over to go to the drive-thru, and Billerica is always the best. I hope they can get their staffing stuff figured out cuz I miss the later hours!

THE worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Just got my “coffee” that I was charge $5.75 for. It had ZERO coffee in it. Only milk, dolce sweetener (should have 2 pumps had 6 or 8 pumps). All I can taste is milk and sugar. I want to throw up. How do you make that mistake. Gross. Never coming back.

Ordered my drink on mobile app this morning around 5:50am and when I got there the place was close. They randomly close without notice, why the mobile app show that it take order but nobody was working. Lucky I used the reward points, but if I were to order with the money, I probably won't get my refund due to the fact I get out of work 5pm.

This location used to be my favorite in the area. Now they're changing their hours at random with no notice, they have been closed for days at a time MULTIPLE times with no warning to customers. They open late, close early, or just don't open at all. The drive thru is at least a 20 minute wait when they do decide to open, and my drink is only good if specific people are working. The majority of the staff is friendly and I'm sure they're doing their best but the random closures are getting ridiculous.

Social distancing issues for the in store pickup as customers could not hear their names being called. I mentioned this to one employee and,then the manager as the background music made it impossible to hear names being called through their facemasks. My order was sitting there for 5 minutes before they asked me again what I had ordered. So now I have a melted drink and cold sandwich that I paid over $10 for. Not to mention that a health compromised individual such as myself should not have been in that scenario. You all need to step up and,make this right.
