I was greeted when I walked in then was asked if I needed help finding anything I said no, not even 3 mins later the same person asked me if I needed help finding anything. I said no once again and I was then asked again of if I needed help. Can we please normalize shopping in peace and not being chased around the store it isn’t fun. One time is ok but after that I rather just walk out and go somewhere else. I also find the name of the store extremely misleading as I went in expecting to find paper products but found nothing but terribly scented candles and knock off uggs. good day.

p.s. the manager, i think her name is nickel, was extremely disrespectful.

The Paper Store should really be named "The Gift Store". They have nice, if a little pricey gift items, including books. Their gift wrapping options are huge and they have a lot of bride, child, retiree or baby gifts. What they don't really have a lot of is Paper. I like to make things with paper and I usually can't find a lot of choices here. It's a large Gift Store, not "The Paper Store". Staff is very nice and helpful by the way. It's not their fault the store needs a more realistic name.

The one thing I would absolutely recommend if you're going here is to be very careful in the parking lot because it is absolutely deadly. This isn't a main location so while they do carry quite a bit, they don't have the most stock compared to other paper stores. The paper store in Acton, Mass has a much larger stock for example of the higher-end items. There is a very large Vera Bradley section here, and if you're looking to find a sale item from Vera Bradley that's mixed in then this is probably one of the places that you're going to want to check.

I wish I remembered the associates name but her ID number is 005452 and on 6/21/2021 she really went out of her way to help me and I appreciate her so much for it! One of the most sweetest, genuine and kind lady's I've came across to, especially that day. I was not having a good day and she went above and beyond to help me. I literally cried because I was grateful for her. If you're ever reading this, just know I appreciate you!! <3
