Every time I’ve worked in the restaurant industry I’ve had to be clean shavin? The service is friendly but they’ve forgotten part of my order two days in a row.

All of the employees I've encountered there were, at the very least, polite and pleasant. Some of the people who work there are so sweet and upbeat, which is always helps start your day off right 💖 no complaints here! They make a good drink (you know some dunks are hit or miss) and I've never had them mess up my order.

It shouldn’t be exist in this place .. i went to pick up my order.. i were afraid from the place The patrons of the place look strange. In addition, the place needs renovation. I think it does not deserve to have the Dunkin’ logo on it at all. This is a great harm to the brand.

Ridiculously slow! I really don’t know why management hasn’t done anything. Over 30 mins in a drive through?!? If you don’t mind them flying to Brazil or Columbia to get coffee dry it and then grind it this is the place for you!

New kid there doesnt know how to make drinks. Been going here almost everyday for over a year because its right next to my work and its been fine but now whenever hes there making my coffee (which is a lot) he never puts what i tell him to in there, he always makes it different than the 10 other employees ive had make me coffees there. Im done paying $5 for a coffee and not even drinking it because its made wrong.

They’re okay. I’m not sure what happened to the other employees that used to work there. Lately when I come here, I feel rushed, order gets messed up due to them not listening fully and rushing you off the speaker in drive thru. This is the closest location to my job so that’s why I keep returning. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Legit the worst Dunkin there is. Just go to Middlesex road instead. The drive thru at around 3-3:30 pm has the most miserable person working there. It doesn't hurt to smile every once in awhile, it's not your customers fault you made bad decisions in your life and now you make minimum wage. Please leave customer service because you are garbage. Will NEVER go to this gross place again

This is one of chelmsford best coffee shops. It's small and in a gas station but dont let that turn you a way. They always get my order right the first time and never have to wait. Only place I'll go for fresh coffee .

This location has a drive thru for Dunkins has public restrooms inside the convience store sells gas and they are clean well lit and a friendly staff.

Probably the slowest location in all of massachusetts. You spend 30 mins on the drive through just to have your order incorrect or items missing. People are nice but, nice doesnt get work done

We left home on an essential errand and did a drive thru for Dunkin coffee. I was appalled when the server had his bare hands all over the cup, especially around the drinking area. We had alcohol wipes in the car and wiped it down. But shouldn’t food and drink servers be required to wear some type of glove? Who knows if he washed his hands frequently?

Bought the most simple coffee ever (a small black cold brew) last night and it was one of the most foul things I’ve ever tasted. It tasted like it came from the bottom of a garbage bag. How are they allowed to sell such stale and disgusting coffee? Serious quality control issues at this Dunks.

Has to be the worst dunkins in the world. It’s the only one on the way to my work so I go everyday, and on average my order is right once a week. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible coffee, terrible people.

23 minutes in n the drive thru!! TWENTY THREE MINUTES! If I didn't have a sleeping toddler in the car I would've went in... Which ALWAYS takes longer at this location anyways. Lose lose situation all around.

Absolutely the worst dunkin donuts ever! Service is horrible and they always make the orders wrong. I'm not a picky person and I never leave reviews but this location is the worst. It's so bad it almost has to be on purpose. The Dunkin Donuts corporate should be ashamed that this location represents thir brand.

They mess up the most simple of orders for example 2 plain donuts .... I got 2 glazed

Coffee with caramel and cream .... coffee with just cream

Medium hot coffee ..... get a medium ice coffee

Just got 2 coffees and they are sour as if the cream in them is bad. It's very frustrating.

Best chance at any decent service at this location is through the drive through. If you go inside.... just forget about it.

Update: went there this morning .... ordered a great one .... got a large. Ordered a med hot caramel swirl with cream.... the girl says soooo you want one pump of caramel??? Ummm I don't know .... that's why you make the coffee and I pay the money

I disagree with the other reviews of this dunks. My family uses this Dunkins just about
everyday, sometimes multiple times a day. The service is always excellent, the
employees are always friendly, and are typically very prompt. I'd rather them
take their time, get my order right, and provide outstanding customer service.
That's what we've been provided with by them.

This Dunkin donuts is the absolute worst I have ever been to. Takes 3-5 minutes for them to get to you weather your in the drive through or inside (even if your the only person there) . They ALWAYS Burn food and there coffee making skills are terrible! I really wish it wasn't so convenient for me. When I'm not in a rush I would much rather wait the 3-5 minutes in line at drum hill than sit being ignored by chatty girls on there phones (who might I add are extremely rude)! I highly suggest some kind of management checks in on the staff every once in a while because it's much needed.
