Finally a drive-through Starbucks locally. Coffee is usually great!

From 5 to 4 stars. Expect to spend over 30/45 minutes in the drive-through during peak hours. Keeps getting considerably slower. Tight and crowded location doesn’t help. Although the employees are great, one of least efficient operations I have seen.

I like the store setup, it’s more spacious than a lot of Starbucks I’ve been to and they have outdoor seating. The staff is really good, almost every time I go there they are far too busy for the two or three people that are working at the time but the wait time is never excessive and they have never made a mistake with my order.

The biggest negative for me is the parking lot, it is too narrow and it gets really tight when the drive thru is backed up.

Once again, very disappointed with the way my Shaken Espresso came out. It’s not supposed to be this light and taste like milk! If I wanted to drink milk I would’ve gone to Market basket to get pint size carton. I literally had to throw this coffee out in the sink, since I couldn’t even taste the coffee or espresso in it, all I get was the after taste of milk. All the other times I had order this most of the barista understand what a light splash is versus this one was just poured in to the barista liking 🙄 . Note to myself, I won’t be going to the 21 drumhill location for a good while!

Too all of you who complain about the drive thru: get the app and order ahead before you leave your house. Park in a space and get out if your car and walk into the store. Your coffee will be ready. You just saved yourself 45 minutes!!! Enjoy the rest of the day. Sorry you won't have anything to complain about though. Get a job at Starbucks if you think the job is so easy. That will give you something to complain about!!! Have a nice day and be kind.....

Order was rushed , made my 3 coffees wrongggg , I ordered a caramel brulle latte with whipped cream .. no whip cream and coffee tasted black and plain , and the brown sugar shaken espresso .. made disgusting with the wrong cold foam, everything was rushed and gross I payed too much money for everything to be messed up , never coming back again

The girl that took my order over the speaker was great, she put my order in correctly and complemented my drink choice. I received my coffee from the drive thru and made the mistake of not taking a sip of it before I left. When you are paying 5 dollars or more for a coffee and when it cost extra for the flavored pumps it would be great if that were actually put into the drink. My coffee tastes like there was no flavoring added just the oat milk. The label states how I ordered it. Not a big deal but I was also given the wrong cake pop… so when your child realizes 20 mins on the road not that greatest for the rest of the car ride…

Probably the worst Starbucks I go to. You get trapped in the drive through for 40-50 minutes once you order. Not sure what takes them so long, but it is ridiculous. They need to figure this out. Last choice Starbucks to go too.

We sat in the drive-thru for almost an hour. 40 minutes after ordering we finally made it to the window. 40 MINUTES. And my drink was not even made yet. They had 8 other drinks sitting EVERYWHERE on the counters but mine was no where to be seen. In fact, I payed for it at the window and THEN they started to make it. All those drinks they had just sitting there were probably cold / melted now. They continued taking orders inside when the line was backed up so far for the drive thru. The person working the window, instead of helping make drinks, took a rag and "wiped" down the counters. If you don't have am hour to spare to wait in line, DONT go to this starbucks.

I ordered a regular black coffee to get in and out but they made me wait 20 minutes. I had to be in line with guests ordering special drinks that takes a ling time.when ai asked the manager he tried to complete my order and find out no coffee was made. This place is becoming more and more dysfunctional.Poorly managed , hard to find a parking and not enough staff.

We ordered on the mobile app 10 minutes before arrival and still had to wait another 15 minutes to get 1 out of the 4 items waited another 5 minutes for 1 drink and I asked about the other 2 coffees. I understand they were busy but this is ridiculous. Everytime I have to go to this location it's horrible. The only reason I have to go to this location is because the other location is out of my daughter's drink.

The drive thru is often a nightmare at this location. If you are able to, go 2 buildings down to the other Starbucks and go inside to order. It'll take 5 minutes instead of 30. The employees here are friendly and do a pretty good job with drinks, but the drive thru crawls at a snails pace. Absolutely avoid unless you're not able to go inside for whatever reason.

This is a new location work drive through option! That everyone loves to use. It can get busy, and I'm not sure if they've been given the best tools to keep the line moving, I'm also not sure if this location is unionized

Waited over 35 minutes for 2 orders..already ordered online too. Other people (7) were after us and got there orders quickly!!!..finally got our orders and it is gross! Will not recommend this location.

We decided to go inside to order instead of using the drive through. Came to find out only one person was making coffee for inside orders vs 3-4 people working the drive through. Took about 20 min to get our order. Use the drive through, there is no wait.

Drive-through line can be a bit long at times but the baristas are always very friendly and always get my order right. I've never utilized their outdoor seating area but it looks like a cute place to hang out.

Definitely taken back by the wait time. I was in drive through from 12:15PM and I didn’t leave until 1PM… weird because I have gone to this Starbucks from early in the morning to late in evening no problem. Granted I should’ve left considering the line but I was already waiting for as long as I had already so I had no other choice. But it defeats having drive thru if you can’t order within 10-15 minutes … not to mention the barista was not apologetic for acknowledging the extended wait time. Probably won’t be back given this experience.
