100 years of chocolate making really shows in the quality of Hilliard's chocolates.

I love that they are selling a special tin of chocolates to celebrate their 100th anniversary and support the Alzheimer's association.

It doesn't hurt that they have the cutest ice cream parlor, too!

What a delightful place. The ice cream is simply fantastic. Generous scoops but do not feel overwhelming. I had the cookie dough and mint flavors but I am certain anything you pick will be delicious. The chocolate section is rich with so many options. You will enjoy your time here. Highly recommended!

Stopped in for milkshakes with a friend and it was a pleasant surprise. The ice cream was very good and the service was very good. If I had anything negative to say it would be that the cups they use for milkshakes could be bigger. But the end product was delicious.

Walking into the beautiful Easton location you immediately are struck with the most delicious smells. The store has beautiful displays everywhere you look and there is a mile long counter of delectable chocolates and treats that are impossible to choose from. However, I think their milk chocolate sea salt caramel is as close to perfect as it gets. Don’t pass this wonderful store without a stop in for all you chocolate needs.

They were making the waffle cones on site and i took one home. I later discovered that it had hair inside the dough - several. This ruined my entire experience, to be honest.

Visited here for the first time and love the atmosphere, great gift ideas and selection.
I did have high expectations for flavor in the ice cream however it was average . One scoop fills up a dipped waffle cone which justifies the cost . Just cannot give 5 stars when some items are very expensive like a small box of candies for $17. On the positive side - if you purchase a gift for someone they know they are worth it :)

Last weekend I came in with my family to get ice cream at night, we were greeted at the door by a young man cleaning in the parlor who's face lit up as soon as we walked in. It was very refreshing seeing this great customer service in this day and age, but it did not end there. As he took our order, he asked us how we were, my children included, and cracked jokes with us which was very refreshing. My oldest and him had a conversation as he made his ice cream about sports and my youngest talked with him about his favorite games. Both my boys keep asking to go back to talk with their new friend again, and of course the treats, which were delicious! I'd recommend anyone to stop by for the great ice cream and even better customer service! 5 Stars!

We've been going to Hilliard's at this location for about 20 years I have never been disappointed. The salespeople were courteous and made some very good suggestions on trying a new products. We also bought all of our Easter chocolate while we were there.

Omg. I found this place by mistake Easter candy shopping on google. So glad I did, prices are a little steep but considering the taste and quality its worth it. I got the coconut, strawberry crèmes, and nougatines. Yummy, you've gotta try it for yourself. Nicely packed for shipping. I received my order in 2 days, I'll be returning

What an amazing chocolate and candy shop. Very tasty and plenty of selections. Bought some gum drops and built my own chocolate box. Gum drops are absolutely perfect. Chocolate is very creamy and great flavor will come again.

Horrible customer service order shows delivered was not. Pay high price for chocolates and shipping. Don’t expect any help. When I explained my frustration because of paying for priority mail and the price of the chocolates I was told to call the local post office and try and figure out where the package is (90 minute ordeal). WAS Valentines gift for my wife. Now have to wait up to 3 days for USPS to find or deliver. Back to Sees next year awesome customer service has never failed to deliver on time, usually early.

So I have had experience at both the Easton and the Mansfield stores. The employees and the manager are absolutely amazing. Very attentive and they pay particular attention to details I would never think of.

Over time at both stores I've seen this woman named tamrah behind the counter and she is absolutely toxic. She makes the employees flustered and look like they want to cry. Those poor girls don't get paid enough. I sincerely think the higher ups need to reevaluate her tenure with this company.

The only things i've tried from here are the milk chocolate bar, milk chocolate with caramel filling bar, dark chocolate with caramel and coconut covered apple and milk chocolate with caramel and milk chocolate with white chocolate drizzle covered apple. Everything was absolutely delicious. If you try their chocolate you won't regret it. Honestly it's one of the best chocolates i've ever eaten. And the apples which are only seasonal are fantastic!!!

This was my first time at Hillards Chocolates and probably my last. In order to receive 5 stars you need to consider more than quality. 5 stars should also include packaging, price, customer service, and Quality. I purchased a pound box of chocolates as a gift which i can not comment on quality however this box 0f 2 pounds of chocolates was $94.85. a .25 tray of fudge for $8.50 and card for $5.95. Total to Hillards was 109.67. purchase 1/7/23. Complaints. Packaging for fudge in rigid plastic containers disguesting plastic vs by the piece and in a paper box like most cand stores. fudge was good quality but I prefer chocolates sparrow in Orleans or Ye Old Pepermint in Andover Ma. Also I hand picked assortment of chocolates but I was not made aware I was being charged an additional price for chocolates for single sm truffels 45.50 on top of 49.35. Lady just kept filling box. I asked do you gift wrap with wrapping paper and girl said no there was a roll of wrapping paper on counter?? They placed a red ribbon on a plain gold box. only sign of Hillard name was plastic sheet inside. 2 women not personable just doing their job. Very 2 star exprience. I cannot rate chocolates as they are a gift however I do not see myself going out of my way to shop at Hillards again. I think there is more than just 1 factor that makes a 5 star rating and Hillards is clearly not 5 stars

I live down the street from Hilliards and stop in frequently. Yesterday I stopped in with my kids and a friend and weren’t greeted as usual. I noticed two employees behind the register whispering together and I proceeded to browse the shop.
As we walked toward the back of the store, I overheard an unmistakable word uttered by the employees and checked to make sure that my children hadn’t been listening. One of the employees then proceeded to follow around a family that I hadn’t noticed earlier. Not engaging or offering help, just conspicuously following them around until the family left.
I would like to say that the treatment of the family had no connection to the word or opinions of the employees, except that this word is one that really ought never to be said. I’m appalled that this issue still exists, and especially that both employees seemed to subscribe to the belief.
The situation was so profound and made me so uncomfortable that I will not be returning.

Aesthetically appealing ice cream and chocolate shop with an immense collection of goodies.

The home made ice cream is incredible. I got Colombian Coffee and Cookies and Cookie Dough flavors in a waffle cone. Well worth it for around $10. They give generous scoops.

Their mocha latte chocolate pieces are also incredibly good.
