Changed my usual morning dunks from one that was right on my way to work to this one. These folks always get my order right. They are very friendly and seem to enjoy working there. I've never had a bad experience at this location unlike the other one I mentioned.

Not every Dunkins is the same. This one stands out as my go to, these days. I've been coming here for a little over 6 years now, and as the staff rotates in and out, it is consistently excellent, better than all the others. Their baked goods are better than the others as well, and the customers who come in here are friendlier than most. You can't do much better, than here.

Another great experience. They got my order right again. Service was quick. People were nice. Snakin bacon 🥓 was fresh. Hash browns were crisp and not burnt What more do you need.

I go to this Dunkin almost everyday. The coffee is great the food is great. Even my dogs love the the drive through because the friendly staff always says hi to them . We all know there is a Dunkin practically Every 100 feet around Massachusetts but I choose this one and happily out of my way only because you have such a friendly and welcoming team of employees . And even my baby dog princess Chloe runs on Dunkin.

I bought a grilled sandwich there literally 10 minutes ago and it was stale and cold. Pretty sure they could’ve thrown it in the microwave or something. I think they just didn’t want to make it. I had to throw it out. The hash browns were okay.

I just needed to get something to eat and a cup of coffee as I was very tired. I got a small iced coffee and an egg and cheese muffin. It was perfect and it really brightened my afternoon.

Not the nicest folks working here. I waited at the drive through area for 7 minutes the other night and then pulled up to the window where the associate very rudely told me: 1) I can’t order here (after waiting 7 minutes); 2) I had to circle back to the drive thru window; and 3) sneered like I was the jerk! I don’t have high expectations for D and D, but at least be nice to your customers! In general, they have long wait times with average coffee...for D and D. Try Back Bay Bagels nearby or Dunkin in Brockton by the hospital. Or the local spot up the Street.

I waited 15 min for a english muffin and only one other customer in there. The Worst Part is the kid that took my order swiped his nose with his hand and then proceeded to start my order.
I asked the girl he is not to make

I now know why they are dropping Donut from the name. They have the worst selection of doughnuts on any coffee shop that carries them. When I arrived just a few minutes after noon they have 5 kinds of doughnuts. 5. I am old enough to remember the (Time to make the donuts) commercials when they made all of their doughnuts in house. Now they get a couple of racks in the morning from a distribution center. Sad pathetic selection of what used to be their namesake. Today I was particularly annoyed because their phone application said that a particular doughnut was in stock only to fine that when I arrived there were none.

The other problem that I had today was with pricing. The new electronic (T.V.) menus that they have cycle through items. I never saw a price for munchkins of doughnuts on the menu boards, however there was a price on the rack of bakery items that read $2.00 for 10 munchkins and $1.25 for a single doughnut. I ordered both a single and the ten munchkins and the price was more for each than listed. The munchkins rang up at $2.69. And the dinughtvwas $1.49 I believe. That is not okay in my book. I mentioned the price of the munchkins but didn't see that they over charged me for the single doughnut until later. The manager removed the old mispriced sign.

Completely dissatisfied with the wait time, product execution, and level on competency e of the employees on shift. I often find my mobile orders are not completed on time regardless of the amount of customers present, and the time the order was placed. My sandwich was greasy, soggy, and appears to be smashed together without care or integrity. There is obviously a problem with staff being properly trained to meet customer expectations. They insist on giving you napkins and straws however none were included, and my drink order is often missing the specified flavor swirl included. I would say go to the Dunkin’ down the street in North Easton Plaza but I’ve had similar experiences there. I work on overnight job, my coffee time is 2-3pm. There should be absolutely no reason that I’m receiving sub-par quality because of the time of day. I work too hard to waste my money on a poor experience due to an evident lack-of-training. There is no way these associates are meeting their service goals. If you’re as tired with Dunkin’s ignorance to these issues as I am, I suggest The Beanery at the intersection of Washington and Elm St.

The best Dunkin Donuts in a 5+ mile radius, they make everything fresh on site and their cappuccinos are always done perfectly. Staff is great and are happy to be working with the public!

Best dunks in Easton hands down! The three guys that work the day shift are absolutely Bros! Me and my cousins pull up in a jeep every day basically and they always reconize us and have a conversation with us! HAVE A DUNKIN DAY!

Went through drive thru at 7:50 pm and tried to order a black coffee. Employee said they were closed and to please drive away. I have driven away from that store permanently. Thanks Dunkin.
