Came through the drive through about 1015am on a Sunday. Ordered a med iced coffee and a chocolate glazed. Got to the window. Nobody behind me in line. I immediately asked to add a lemon donutb- per my toddlers screaming request. The lady said I have to go around again. I said there's nobody behind me. She said but that's the only way to order another donut.
I said nevermind the lemon donut. Then hands me a bag with a lemon donut. I said I ordered a chocolate glazed. She said oh ok. Then walked away and gave me a new bag stating the 2 donuts were in there. Thanking and tipping $3... I pulled away. When I stopped to give my son the chocolate glazed, it was just a glazed. Then he said lemon. But it was not lemon at all.

This location deserves so many kudos! They deal with the most amount of people in the area. They’re always apologetic and friendly all at once. I just told one of the girls to feel free to take it slow on this nice Saturday because anyone who gives them a hard time should’ve planned better than to go through a drive-through if they didn’t have time. It’s not on these employees that you’re running late. I think they do a great job and the company should acknowledge them.

Never been to this Dunkin where they don’t make you wait before taking your order. Not a single other car in the drive through line or even in the store! Legit had to ask if they were still there that’s how long they had me wait I thought they forgot, her response “I told you To wait” . Wont stop here anymore. I’ve had consistently negative experiences at this Dunkin' location. The staff are extremely unprofessional, often displaying rude attitudes and even using inappropriate, profane language. On multiple occasions, I've witnessed them making fun of customers, which is unacceptable in a customer service environment. When my coffee was made incorrectly, instead of offering to fix it, the employee sarcastically told me, 'If you don’t like it, make it at home yourself.' This kind of service is disappointing and far below the standard I expect from Dunkin’.

OH. MY. GOSH. This DD has the RUDEST staff ever!
I order the same thing every time… strawberry dragon fruit refresher with less ice. As the lady was handing me the drink, I can tell right away by the color that it’s not right. When I questioned it, she gave me an attitude as if I made the mistake. I politely told her what I ordered. She turns to her coworker and very loudly says “I GUESS it’s supposed to be strawberry with less ice, less ice, less ice”.
Ummm… Excuse me?!
Not to mention, I waited over 5 minutes at the drive through speaker before I was even acknowledged - only after hearing my son say “Ma, aren’t you going to order?”
This was on Monday, 11/7/22 around noontime.

This is the closest dunks to my house. I work early hours and was thrilled when they started actually being open at 4:30 but it’s never constant. I’ll be lucky if it’s once a week. Most service people are nice but it is most definitely the slowest moving and the biggest gamble in town. This morning I’m running a bit late so it’s closer to 5am and they still aren’t open. Maybe they should change their hours or their management

Absolutely disgusted with the new ownership and how it lets its employees behave daily!
We have had multiple problems with this dunks since new ownership! The employees are rude and clearly hate their job!
Tried ordering 2 boxes of 50 munchkins at 7:45AM with 2 dozen donuts. They gave attitude and said to pull up and they would bring it out! They brought out 3 dozen and 1 box of munchkins. She said she only had “like” 98 munchkins left so I can only have one box even though I already paid $42 for what I asked for! She refused to refund me and tried taking back the 3rd box of donuts through my car window! My poor 5 yo was scared in the back seat wondering why this lady is screaming at the top of her lungs “you and 50 other people have wanted munchkins this morning” he just wants to bring donuts on his last day of preschool lady!
Isn’t this your job?! To pour coffee and pack up donuts?!? You chose the job, not me! I’m appalled everytime THEY make a mistake and then yell at the customer. All you need to do is check social media and you will see how many people are horrified at the customer service at dunks on depot st! And I use to work here as a child and it was the best place for the firefighters and police officers to go! Now they all avoid this place like the plague!
New staff is needed! Preferably people who like to work!

Expensive and less quality year after year. I swear ten years ago the coddle was twice the actual coffee in it. Never liked the good but they actually have very impressive quality coffee but now it's seriously watered down. Kills it. And it's a shame with how high quality the beans are used to run on dunkin. Now I run from dunking. Sorry not sorry

BEYOND UPSET WITH THIS DUNKIN!! WAITED IN LINE FOR 20 MINS TO GET A HAM EGG AND CHEESE WITH NO CHEESE AND FROZEN HASHBROWNS. i used to be a dunkin donuts manager the cheese i can see being forgotten but for the hashbrowns to be wet and frozen because the employees cant hit 30 seconds on a warmer and keep it in there for the full time is insane. whoever was on sandwhich station 7/2/21 around 1030 am should be fired, never mind them so should the manager for hanging up on me when i called to report what had happened. this will be going to corp &the owners of this chain. Absolutely inexcusable behavior I am truly appalled

Gave the girl a $2.50 tip for two coffees & I could see my coffee was lighter than usual. I politely asked for a new coffee and she said no that’s how the machine makes it. Never EVER again will I return to this pos Dunkin’. Horrible service!!

Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few miles to another DD and save yourself the aggravation. Horrible service, completely messed up our order (gave wrong flavor drinks and did not include a simple, black iced coffee). When I went back to point out the fact that they failed to provide that coffee that I paid for, this youngster behind the counter scrutinized my receipt as if I was trying to somehow pull a fast one on them and get a free coffee. As I was leaving, other customers were coming back in as their orders were also incomplete and wrong. Add to this, that parking is very limited and you wind up either getting sucked into the long window line (where again, your order gets screwed up and you then in turn have to check order then and there and then have them fix it = more delays) or park (if you can find a spot) and go in and deal with it at the counter. Complete horror show. Lesson learned-again, drive to the next nearest Dunkin and save yourself the headache of dealing with this completely dysfunctional operation.

I have never gone to a Dunkin Donuts that every time we go in there they screw something up never the same people for one and most of the people in there have zero experience can't make a regular hot coffee let alone a bagel with cream cheese how do you ask for a bagel toasted with cream cheese and get for one no cream cheese and just a bagel in a bag no wrapping nothing not to mention I don't even know if I want to touch my bagel because the person behind the counter was coughing and sneezing making food if you're sick don't work by the food every time I go in there and they all have the worst attitudes and are swearing behind the counter and most of them have hickeys all over their necks highly unprofessional and disgusting

Worst dunkins I have ever been too. You spend 20 minutes waiting for the wrong order and horrible customer service. Do not waste your time here because I can guarantee you they will get it wrong then refuse to take responsibility even when you show them the order. I ordered a sandwich they made it wrong and at first replaced it. The second time they made it and it was completely burnt. The third time it was wrong again and they refused to make me a new one when they never made the right anyways and told me I was wrong when I showed it to them every time with the order slip. Everything about this dunkins is horrific

Drive through makes this a regular stop for me.The staff is very friendly. I do avoid going inside​. Parking is tight, the store is small and usually crowded.

This place does everything well, but nothing great. You'll get courteous service, but nothing worth boasting about. They get orders made in an average amount of time. During morning commute there's usually a line for the drive thru that wraps around the building and goes out to the street. Sometimes it's faster to go inside. Highly recommend using the "On the Go" ordering option on the DD mobile app and choose to pick up inside - you can be in and out in under a minute instead of waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru line.

It is a hit or miss depending on who is making your coffee and food. There has multiple times that we brought our coffees or food back cause it is made wrong. They always make up for it and that is why I gave the 3 stars however those that knew us well and how we like our orders most of them left or transfer. It is the closest Dunkin Donuts from my home and that is why we go there however we have started making our coffees at home the way we like it. Plus it cheaper.

Does anyone there like their job??? I highly doubt it. All of my orders are always messed up and I have to sit there for 15 minutes to get what I DIDN"T order!!! It's so incredibly aggravating. They are all rude and make it seem like the mistakes are my fault. It's a shame that I cant convince myself to go other places but it is the only Dunkies I pass on my way to school! Ugh, God give me patience.
