I used to go here all the time and never had any issues until recently they started to mess up my orders consistently, I work in food service so I don’t want to be that annoying customer demanding them to remake it if it tastes a little off but i am spending my money on the coffee so I do expect to get what I pay for, every single time i’ve ordered here recently it’s been either wrong size or wrong flavor. I’ve worked in coffee shops and I know what a caramel latte is supposed to taste like. When I go to the other Dunkin down the street my order is all correct, I don’t understand and am very disappointed :(

Ordered a machiatto. Completely shaken together into a regular coffee and had spilled all over the sides. Was not even offered another one to be made considering the staff knew they messed up and still gave it to me knowingly that I had a problem with it. Just double cupped it and called it a day. Drove away pissed. I order from here regularly and I'm sure the staff knows my name by now. Sad to say I may not come back to this location going forward. Just felt ignorant.

The atmosphere of this location is terrible and dirty. I walked up to the counter the person working the register didn't even look at me. Once she came over to take my order she just stared at me the entire time with an attitude. I paid and still she didn't say a word. The rest of the employees that work here are just shouting and swearing non-stop in front of customers. They are also gossiping about other customers while there are other people in the store. As someone who worked at Dunkin' Donuts for 7 years I don't understand how this location is still open and operating this way. I recently started driving further to another location but decided to give this one a chance again since it is closer to my house. I don't recommend visiting here and I think management should be stepping in at this location.

Went to this location this morning because my location had no power. The woman at the counter knows me from the other location so she entered in my order and went to next guest. Only my got coffee came out so I asked about iced Amber tells me there is no ticket you got a receipt in Avery rude tone and she is bashing the woman at the counter that she is not entering drinks as someone is missing iced drink. Observing this it is obvious to me it is most likely the machine. Malfunctioning but Amber is just rudely blaming the counter girl until she burst into tears from being humiliated I could not believe this was happening and the only response from manager was do you want a refund. No I just want my location to open again and never see Amber again. Merry Christmas lady with NO customer service skills!!!

This is the slowest Dunkin. The works move at a snail's pace. Literally they move like they are taking baby steps everywhere they go. The guy that is the manager wears an un-tucked shirt with food spilled on it. The atmosphere of the place is so slow and impermeable. I've never received my order in under 5 minutes. No joke, and I only get an iced drink. Please Dunkin Corporate, you just remodeled the store, remodel the vibe and service too.

I had a disappointing experience with the staff here. This poster is theirs, not mine. I ordered a latte without steam milk foam, and when I asked them to remove it, their response was far from helpful. It's unfortunate how I was treated.

Anyway, it seems like all Dunkin' stores do the same—giving you a half cup of coffee. This is how they make their profit, unfortunately.

When I walked in five employees, looked at me and went back to their conversation. It took a solid three minutes for someone to reluctantly help me in this was at 830 AM. I waited for over five minutes for my coffee. There are a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts where the employees are unbelievably great at their job, and the location is a well oiled machine….this one not so much

been contemplating doing this review for a while now but i was thinking maybe it was just a one time thing but no, it's actually the 4th time my order comes out burnt. it's really not nice that your staff cannot double check orders to make sure they are ok. all the 4 times i went to your store i either got a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant or a plain bagel and its so sad that it comes out burnt every time. i go there because i'ts very convenient and on my way to work but from now on i won't be going there anymore. please pay attention or fix your toaster.

Two different people were SO pleasant. Makes such a big difference in your morning! This is certainly not always the case at different Dunkin’s. Kudos to whatever this manager is doing training wise :)

Came in Wednesday afternoon after dropping my son off to dance school at 4:15. Worst experience ever! Will never come back. Playing music with cursing in it and staff swearing back and fourth. So unprofessional!!!

This is a delayed entry, but worth posting. I do not drink coffee anymore as I quit coffee when I quit cigarettes 15 years ago. Anyhow, my wife does so one morning I go to Dunkin Donuts to get my wife a coffee. As the older woman is handing my coffee out the window she bumps the window with the coffee and it topples out of her hand landing sideways on the edge of my car door spilling into my window onto my lap and all over my car. This is a large hot cream one sugar coffee all over my lap in car. The woman apologizes and I do my best to clean up the mess as they make me another coffee. Later that day I contact Dunkin Donuts about the incident as my power windows are not working. I finally speak to the owners representative that return my call the following day who said he watched the film and was very sorry but what happened. I asked him what he would do about the electronics in my car and my inconvenience and he offered me a free Dunkin Donuts coffee. I said that's unacceptable and he said that's all he will do. I understand that accidents happen, but the results of that accident should be rectified by the damaging party. But I guess DD's thinks differently, and for that reason you won't see me at Dunkin Donuts anymore.

This is close to my house - which explains why I've continued to go back every so often. The drive-thru is ALWAYS slow, orders are not always taken correctly, and there is no 'management' to get ahold of. I've called 4 separate times (a couple of times each), the answering machine always picks up, and nobody returns calls. I've been given wrong and incomplete orders. Two weeks ago I got an iced coffee and hot coffee and the cream was bad; I went back and they made me two more - with the same cream, then gave me an attitude when I demanded two more with fresh cream (or cream from a not dirty dispenser). If it had been possible to speak to someone in management, I never would have posted this review.

I go to this DD everyday. They can be a bit slow sometimes but overall are friendly and efficient. They have gotten a lot better lately.

This place is terrible. Last year this location functioned well but this year there is no organization. Coffees are made for people who just ordered before food is prepared for people who have been waiting for upwards of 20 minutes. Change is necessary immediately

I went there a month ago, I received the wrong change. I had to go in and wait while they reviewed the camera as if I would have stolen 10 dollars while wearing my Security uniform. I tried again today. The cashier yelled at me when I removed my debit card when the machine said I could but she didn't realize it was done. I sat down with my kids but we were attacked by flies so we left. I will NEVER return to that location!!

Excellent people here. The on on N. Quincy Ave beyond sucks compared to this one and tbis is Stone Hill Colleges Dunkin Donuts First day opening. Excellent place highly recommend!

They screw up my order frequently... I would rather take the trip up the street to the Dunks farther north on 138. You have to wait in line in the drive thru FOREVER in the mornings and weekends, because of location... The one up the street is not as bad.

Very dissatisfied with the service in the last month. 3 times ive gone through the drive thru and have asked for whip cream on my coolata and EVERY time i did not get whip cream. And when i addressed it they said oh yeah sorry about that, have a nice day....didn't even correct themselves! Yesterday i went through the drive thru and wanted to use my gift card with some money on it amd pay the rest with cash. The worker at the window told me their machine can not tell how much is left on the gift card...so i can never use my gift card there? That ive done several times before...? I will NOT be going back to this location amd will be sharing my experience with friends who also go to this locatiok every day.
