The vinyl selection is okay, it would be better if they had a few more rows of vinyl instead of the two they have. The vinyl selection could also be organized more often, lots of records were out of place and under the wrong letter.

That being said the vinyl that you do get is in great condition, my Juice Wrld album was not bent at all and didn't have crushed corners!

Had most books that I wanted. Employees were very helpful. And I can't help but mention that the Starbucks Cafe Employee was very sweet, considering I had a bad day and made me smile for the first time that day!

I love being able to still go into a book store and look at books and I appreciate B&N being here in Duluth. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My only reason for the four star rating is their prices. I love books and I buy a lot of books. I can’t justify spending sometimes $9 more on a YA paperback book in the store than I can get it online at Amazon (with free next-day shipping). I want to keep B&N here, but they have to get a little more competitive with their prices. Or at least honor other stores’ prices. I usually stick to the bargain book section when I purchased here. 😕

Always a good outing with the kiddos. We tend to frequent local bookstores more but this one has a bit of everything with the cafe, media, LEGOs, and lots of variety of books and collectibles. Their rewards membership plan thingy is a good value as well.

Was looking for JD Vances book. I normally like to search for things myself before asking for help,but I just couldnt find it. While waiting for the counter person to have a chance, another employee came up to me and asked if I needed help. She was so friendly and helpful that she had to unbox a new shipment of the books so I could have one. My experience that day and the other times Ive purchased books there was great. There is a great selection of books, and the staff is great, so if youre looking to purchase a book, give Barnes and Noble a try.

Barnes & Noble is clean. You can tell that theres not a bunch of dust building up the carpet is vacuumed. The staff is knowledgeable. However, and Im not trying to be mean about this. But that music that they play in. There is about enough to make your head Its just a personal thing for me. So dont not shop there because of my choice of music preferences.

Books are great. Variety of genres offered/available is greatly appreciated even to the extent of coloring books! Also, the Cafe located right inside of the store is a tremendous bonus in my opinion. Even though it is located/connected to the Miller Hill Mall the atmosphere is still surprisingly quiet and relaxing enough to begin the first few pages of a good read.

This is a pretty nice Barnes and Nobles located within a mall. It was busy because its a few days before Christmas, but it was relatively clean and had its own bathrooms, which was nice. Our local mall only has about three restrooms, which are always filthy and crowded. This B&N had an incredible variety of LEGO kits for sale too...which I love.

Ok. So heres a very honest review. I love the store. I also understand the changes, but they arent working for you You have to staff the store better. Under no circumstances should a line of 15 people ever be allowed to generate. You got rid of the tills at the mall exit. Not good, but understandable. But you dont have enough staff to cover the tills remaining. Thats not good, and not understandable. The staff that helped me were five stars. You have phenomenal people working there. You just need more of them.

Barnes & Noble is a book lovers paradise with an extensive selection that earns it 4 stars. The quantity of books available is impressive. The only drawback is limited seating, so finding a cozy spot can be a challenge. Nevertheless, its a must-visit for any bibliophile!
