I ordered from Ontario Canada. It took over a month for my order to appear without any updates from the company. There was $ 40 duty Canadian due on a $96 US order. When I tried to call the company they had a 15 minute wait list to talk to any one. I also placed another order a month ago which also has not appeared. I do not recommend Canadians buy from this vendor. For a comparison Blackladder pants ordered and arrived in less than 7 days.

Great store, with probably the highest quality closes you can get. The atmosphere here is bright and comfortable. The staff are helpful, and the building is clean. It's definitely worth coming here when they are running a good sale.

Fantastic staff! Cool store with nice people. They had 30 percent off today so we got some of those nearly naked boxers for all the boys to try. We thought that nearly naked bottomed man with a canoe might need a pair too but none were large enough. We really only checked out the store because we were in Duluth. We don’t typically frequent it. In fact today was our first purchase at one. Wishing they still had it on the ole barge for old time sake. Oh well. Things change.

This is my favorite brand of clothing now. Been to this location a few times now and it has been great. I do hope they bring back the Firehose Flex pant in white again for all of us paint contractors and drywallers. The old school pros still wear white.

Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper pieces and bits all over the floor, strewn about. The mens bathroom toilet seat was broken, allowing for so much side to side movement that it fell off the toilet bowl edge. I have no idea how such an otherwise nice place can allow THAT. I should have taken photos! Maybe next time. Nice staff though, that much must be said.

My dad purchased a jacket for me, it didn t work out and so he returned it to the store, brand new with tags and a receipt. The employees wanted to CHARGE HIM a shipping fee to return it? Are you joking? You re charging customers a shipping fee when they bring a product to your store? You can just sell the product in the store like every other brand does. And to talk to my father like a child and tell him remember we won t be doing this again as if it s a privilege to not have to pay a shipping fee. Come on. You have locations all over and you don t have in store returns figured out?

Good products. We wanted to shop in their dog section, downtown Duluth, in August 2020 and had our small dog with us. It was too hot outdoors to leave our dog in the car. The associate advised dogs werent allowed in. (Dogs ARE welcomed at a similar store, Duluth Pak, located in Canal Park.)

No Bull Guarantee is apparently complete Bull. They dont warranty any wear and tear nor do they warranty anything that you have worked in, so what do they warranty? I recently bought several pairs of merino wool socks from this company because of the No Bull Guarantee, after two months of average wear the socks have worn holes in them. Very happy I bought these socks at 50% off, because for a $30 pair of socks to last two months is Complete Bull, just like their warranty.. Anyway I Brought them in to have them warrantied and was given a gift card so I can purchase more subpar quality items from them. Its kind of hilarious how helpful the manager was when I was willing to spend hundreds of dollars with them but as soon as I had a problem with an item, the same exact managers attitude completely changed and made me out to be a liar. I do believe the only reason I was given a gift card is because after the manager looked up my account she could see that I in fact was not lying about the age of the socks and probably felt like a buffoon in front of her employee. These products are not for folks who work and therefore I will not recommend them to another person.

As 95% of my wardrobe is from this store, to say I like Duluth Trading is an understatement. Their clothes are comfortable, business casual, and very durable. Well worth the investment. And for the men out there, if you havent discovered their Bull Pen underwear with Armachillo fabric, you should. I have not found a more comfortable underwear, summer or winter.

Bought a pair of firehose pants. After one day at work there was a tear in the leg. Tried to exchange them since I heard from the salesman fire hose was the way to go, very durable plus has a one year warranty. They said no, but if we were long time customers they would have exchanged. Well that s not a way to gain a long time customer. I ll go back to Costco

I got the $75 Fire Hose mens pants. I heard they were tough. First day I wore them, I was doing yard work and got a small thorn in my leg, through the pants. I was shocked! I thought fire hose material would be thorn-resistant. Oh well, duped again... Thanks Duluth, well played!

I just purchased a work jacket from Duluth Trading Company. I usually get Carhart jackets, but this jacket seems warmer and easier to move around in, not to mention it was a very fair price. The service was friendly and helpful. Shopping around the store, I realized many of their clothing/products were high quality, yet not as expensive as I thought it would be. I ll be back again.

Highly overpriced store with camping gear no real camper would ever purchase. You come to this store for the staff who all could have walk on roles in Hulu s Reservoir Dogs. (And I mean this as a compliment. ). We came here to pick up our BWCA permit and the verbal test given by the employee was legit and I honestly felt he might deny someone who didn t pay attention to the sanctioned video. Duluth Trading Company used to be my one stop shop for all my durable clothing. After todays visit, I can say with certainty that I am done shopping there for any and all my clothing. The selection on the shelves was extremely limited, some shelves were empty, and the sizes available were for mini micro people or extremely large caliber individuals. DTC has gone downhill in my opinion, as it used to be my sole place to shop, now I have no reason to go back. Until another brand pops up that has the same durable quality that DTC used to have, I will be moving on and never recommending this brand to anyone.

Ive got some strong feelings concerning Duluth Import Company -- none of them positive. I would feel fairly neutral if it wasnt for the way they restrict reviews on their website. I have already decided to never purchase a product from them again. But now I will speak to anyone with a functioning ear... until I learn ASL, then Ill tell anyone who has eyes. I like to support local when and where I can. I understand this usually means paying a bit of a mark up, but thats okay. I can take it on the chin. But when I pay a mark up for a sub-par product, I become peeved. I get outright angry when I leave a constructive review of that product on the website and it is censored by the shop. If you stood by your product, you would allow all reviews - the good and the bad. I simply cannot support a company that cherry picks their reviews. Stated simply enough - if you want to spend your money on a product made outside of America that will last longer than Duluth Import Companies pants, buy 4 pair from Walmart for the same price as one from here and wear them for more than a year before they become patches for a pair of Fire Hose pants. Every pair of pant I have owned has failed within a year of purchase. Right in their super tough reinforced crouch gusset. Within a month of use, any Velcro closure has nearly ripped clean off. Save your money, this stuff is trash.

No bull guarantee is bull. I have the $100 yellowknife gloves that I generally like, but the wrist Velcros stitching started to come out after 2 years. I brought them to the store thinking that a failed stitching would fall under the After one year, we will also consider returns for items that are defective or don t perform as designed. in the guarantee. I was quickly told that the no bull guarantee is for 1 year and offered a discount. They didnt even look at the gloves.

Always love my trips to DTC, I can proudly say that 100% of my underwear is now from them. I buy them for all the guys on my Christmas lists as well and they are always excited. Its tradition now. Lots of outdoor gear and gadgets, as well as rugged and useful clothing as well. If you havent tried out DTC before, I highly suggest you do. Only downfall of this location is Parking. But its in Duluth, and parking doesnt seem to matter.

I bought a few shirts online that ended up being too big. I went into the store to exchange them. I was immediately greeted right when I walked in. I had my receipt that came in the box and told the sales lady that I needed one size smaller on all 3 shirts. She said no problem and even went and got the shirts for me, folded them up and put them in my bag. Was so super easy and fast that I had time to kill. So of course I bought two more shirts and used the $10 off coupon for in-store purchases only. And now I know what AKHG stands for! Great store!

I absolutely love this store. Its definitely a place for people who like to be outdoors quite a bit. Their clothing is durable yet still extremely comfortable and surprisingly stylish which isnt common to come by at all anywhere else around here. It is on the higher end of the scale cost/price wise but in my opinion worth it for most of the products still they are made with such high quality and care. The employees are friendly and helpful as well. Even if one cant we quite afford to shop here on a regular basis I would still recommend stopping in there sometime because a little window shopping never hurt anyone and they do still carry some smaller products or knick knacks that are around $20 or under.

Brought an article of clothing back hoping to exchange it. I always believed their no bull warranty to be like a life time warranty and I have heard people say that they never had any issues with them standing behind their products, but today we were told that its a limited one year warranty. So save yourself some money. Almost any clothing cheap or not will last for one year. Duluth trading company is not worth their bull. They said I would have to have a receipt or have them look up the item to prove it was purchased within the last year. Sounds like a lot of bull to go through. This didnt hold up for a year but because of where we live we never got to a store within that time frame. I wont fall for their bull again Wanted to give you all a heads up. If they used to stand behind their products longer they no longer do

Large selection of outdoor apparel for anyone. I own a few pairs of their work pants and they are very comfortable, flexible, and sturdy. Great place to get warm apparel to prepare for the winter.
