I looove this place. I go to school near here so I often walk here before or after school. They make super good drinks here and there’s a really amazing staff team here. Shout out to the barista with the gauges and the mustache and beard. He is an amazing barista, and thank them for their hard work.

I stopped in this afternoon with my daughter and we utilized the “Drive Through” to order a couple drinks. All that I have to say is: THE BIGGEST HIGH FIVE 🖐️ POSSIBLE to JULIE, SAM, and AUBREY!! That was literally the MOST professional, kind, efficient, and by FAR, the overall best experience I’ve EVER had in any drive thru restaurant scene. Those girls deserve a HUGE RAISE! Such an asset to their company! Thank you again girls-the drinks were amazing! ❤️

I ordered a venti DRAGONFRUIT spicy refresher with lemonade. What I got was a spicy lemonade, no dragonfruit. You’d think after spending $6 on a drink and tipping they’d get your order right. Apparently not.

I recently visited this Starbucks location to pick up a DoorDash order and was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite confirming the order upon arrival, the staff made eight drinks before even starting on mine. To make matters worse, a customer who ordered in person after I arrived had their drink made before mine as well.

This lack of priority for DoorDash drivers is unacceptable, especially since we rely on efficient service to ensure customers receive their orders promptly. It’s frustrating and unprofessional for a company of Starbucks’ size and reputation to disregard its commitment to all customers, whether they are in-store or using delivery services. I would not recommend DoorDashing from this location as the service is both disrespectful and inefficient.

Awesome customer service!

I walked over in a mild blizzard from the hotel next door to get, what I knew would be, a much better cup of coffee. My go to is usually a small business coffee shop, but I was desperate. The staff was very warm and inviting. Kimberli is an employee there, she was incredibly kind and even went above and beyond to not only get me some chocolate coffee beans, but to engage me in conversation. I felt very welcomed and the coffee hit the spot! Yummm

I go here every morning for my nitro and Alisia (i think that s how it s spelled) is the sweetest ever and is always in a great mood, even though it s 5:30 am haha Every time they make my drink so good and I the morning crew really deserves a raise :)

This location is great. The street leading up to it is awful, but the staff is extremely friendly and fast. Edit: Very quickly has this store gone downhill. The coffee quality is not great, the prices are not worth the hassle of parking in the teeny lot or waiting long periods of time in the drive thru. I stopped going months ago and dont intend to return.

If your name is Brailey and you ordered here on 5.10.24 somewhere around 6pm, I m sorry they threw out your order! The woman with greyish hair at the window just kept saying we don t have an order for Bradley, this is your order showing me an order for Brailey that was very similar but not the same. I repeatedly said that is someone else s order and showed proof of my receipt. She still didn t believe me and they took apart/got rid of your order taking stickers off and whatever and made me my drinks. Idk what happened, but the lady was so rude and clearly thought I was a complete idiot. Maybe it was a busy/hard day, it was just a bad experience all around. Gave 2 stars instead of one because the rest of the employees seemed to be helpful and kind (especially the supervisor ((I assume)) with the handlebar mustache who was beyond sweet at the window). To the employees, I m sorry if I said anything to upset you, I just really didn t understand why you didn t believe me when I said that order isn t mine and I m sure that person will be here to pick up their order soon and the woman kept waving me off ignoring me. I kept apologizing, I kept trying to help, but she didn t care. She decided I was another stupid customer she doesn t want to deal with who doesn t know what they are talking about even though I worked at Starbucks for years and have been a customer several more years. Hard day made so much worse by this experience.

Online says the store is open till 8:30 pm but we walked through the unlocked door at 8:08pm and was told we had to leave and go through the drive through. Im very hard of hearing so I dont go through drive throughs if I can help it. Our drinks were very watered down with very little flavor so they were extremely unenjoyable. We buy these drinks all the time at the target starbucks so we know what they should taste like and weve never had this problem from that store.

Its a Starbucks. Its a nice Starbucks! The parking is kinda horrible, but every Starbucks is in the Duluth metro. Nice folk, quick service, accurate order-taking, and quality coffee whenever we go. Its a good place to take a breather. Also, the oleato drink is a surprisingly delicious option, as is their lavender matcha. Im still very partial to a good ol breve late and I still miss their raspberry syrup... But that isnt this places fault, thats corprates decision. I digress. Its a good Starbucks!

The person taking my order, entered the size wrong from what I had ordered. I kindly requested my drink to be remade. The barista huffed, and was very rude, and began explaining that if you dont request specific sizes, the drink will come in the normal size. I was clear with my order. I also paid for two extra shots of espresso. The shots were not added to the remade drink. I was paying attention to her as she made it again. This specific location of Starbucks seems to have snotty workers. I think its best to remember manners. Especially to the customers who are nice, and dont want to go out of our way to make their jobs harder. Respect is key, and despite busyness, there should be no problem handling and fixing an issue that occurred on their end.

Good size Starbucks with plenty of tables and some charge stations. There are a lot of people camping out there as I was for business or studying purposes. I ended up next to a loud conference call so I had to move and also the gal taking drive through orders was quite loud but otherwise a very nice Starbucks with easy parking and access to expressway etc.

I m convinced this is the best Starbucks and while I m grateful it s on my route to work, sometimes I will drive out of my way just to go to this location even if a different one is more convenient. The staff here is nothing short of phenomenal and they are all so positive and friendly, especially Kim. She always makes conversation and it s such a nice way to start my day, her kindness and positivity doesn t go unnoticed. I come here often and the drinks are made well and even the very few instances I ve had issues, they re always quick with making things right and are happy to do so.

I m a frequent flyer at this particular location. The service is nearly impeccable at every visit. Staff is always attentive and thorough. They get incredibly busy, but continue to ROCK out their tasks. Super impressed by them and their ability to keep up even when understaffed. Keep crushing it! This team deserves some recognition.

Me and my friend went to this location today have a nice calm night working on homework once we get there we order two Venti green tea lemonades the problem started when we waited 15 minutes to get our beverages and they were at grandes we politely informed the barista that she had messed up and given us grandes instead of the Venti is it ordered she then proceeded to tell us that we were wrong and that we only paid for the grande. She even had the audacity to point out the sticker on the cup and scream at us telling us that we were the ones in the wrong within excepted that we weren t going to get the size that we ordered and started to walk back to our table to work on our homework she then said in a very rude voice you too have a nice night now as if she was expecting us to exit the store. Sidenote there was a young man barista who wanted to remake her drinks but she refused to let him.

Waited in line for 30 minutes to then get to the window made my order wrong and didn t care. I said this is whip cream and person working window says oh I ll get you a cup of cold foam and you can pour it on yourself.I say whatever okay and she gives it to me and it s milk in a cup. It was sort of busy, so I just moved on with my day. 2 drinks and $20 later and they couldn t even make it right. I go to this Starbucks 4 times a week and today was awful.
