My family was the worst thing there. The atmosphere went back up to 5 stars after they fed us. Paintings on the wall were awesomely distracting. If I hadnt wanted to catch up with my family, I could have just looked at those. Im such a sucker for a family meal. The tirimisu, which I didnt try, looked so good! Plus, I think it comes in the kind of clamshell container you can make oven-baked cartoon guys out of. I dont know, but I plan on licking the inside of one of them very soon to read the number inside the triangle made of arrows on the bottom ASAP! I will order it to-go so I dont ruin the mood in there. There is an excellent view of a giant mural of a canoe, and I think some birds? Its cool. Its a bookstore that was closed when I was in the area. I plan on washing my hands after the tirimisu, stashing my upcyclable(?) clamshell trash and then pretending not to fall asleep in that bookstore and see what happens when my family is not there to talk to! Haha! Wheelchair accessibility: Cramped when busy, but doable. This is for the diva on wheels set! There may be much ado about moving and shuffling for wheels. If youre used to being sly and silent on wheels, bring a loud I will go ask friend. I have no idea what the bathroom situation was like. I was crabby, hungry and by the time the caffeine set in, I was elsewhere.

Atmosphere was great, food was ok...the turkey wrap I got was super weak on filling, like the there should be way more turkey for the price paying and the cheese was generic. I definitely expected higher quality cheese! The turkey was really tasty though. The carrots and cucumbers on the side with the dip was ok I mean, like it was barely a few of them and it would be better with a hummus option. The dip is tasty, but in my opinion better for a salad option. The service was mediocre - the servers were nice, but I clearly said to go and they made it for eating in - its little things like that, that matter.

The service is really good. Its just a bit slow. Sometimes they seem a little understaffed on occasion. The music there is always good, The comedy can be pretty mediocre, but thats not on the business. The food is delicious. My personal favorite is the grilled cheese with the Earl Grey. It truly is A great place to build community and meet new people! Four out of five Stars highly recommend!

Awesome place! I d heard of it before, but hadn t had a chance to go until now. The service was very friendly and accommodating. They had my favorite root beer, and delicious scones, reasonably priced. The coffee was exactly how I liked it. Great decor. Also, as a performer there, I do appreciate when venues know how to run sound (always a rarity in live music). I will certainly be back.

I only go four stars on the atmosphere because the space is a bit cramped, Wussows is a delightful little coffee shoppe and cafe out in West Duluth, right beside the Zenith Bookstore. Ive had the paninis there, the deli meat sandwiches, the soup, the chips and fries; its good food, if a tad pricey. But the coffee is delightful, and very affordable (a grande breve, for example, is about $5, and they have a wide variety of syrups to add in if you fancy that). But they have delicious specialty drinks, matchas, mochas, flats... Its good stuff. I havent been lucky enough to be here during a concert, but I havent heard a bad word about a performer there. Its another welcoming coffee shop you should add to your routine of coffee places to stop by when youre in Duluth.

Found this cool local cafe for a lunch and coffee pit stop. It was awesome! Hand crafted sandwiches with unique sides- I got the smoked turkey on focaccia with the seasonal spicy slaw. Staff was busy but friendly and service was good. We only had food, no coffee on this trip. I had the breakfast burrito and my wife had one of their daily special sandwiches. It was obvious the food was made with good, fresh ingredients. Flavor was a tad bland but still good. Parking: Parking lot is between the cafe and a neighborhood bookstore. One half is for the cafe and the other half is for the bookstore.
