I love how easy they were to work with. I had never been here before because I thought it was only for big group orders. I reached out with with what I thought was a crazy request, but they immediately said they could do it! We got to go in there and try on a couple things to see what we wanted even. We had an order of 11 shirts for an event for our family. Each shirt had slightly different wording, and 3 of the shirts were different material. The shirts turned out AMAZING and were a huge hit at the event! They are extremely friendly and very flexible, even had them done before they said they would be. I will be going back!

I work for a small business and we had a last minute contract come through where we needed 100 bags personalized with a custom design in 10 days! I tried various places locally and online and nobody could. I called Big Frog in Duluth and not only could they do it but they were done early! The people I worked with on the phone were so nice and helpful and the cost was cheaper than most places I looked for online. The design came out wonderfully as well. I will definitely use these guys again and couldn't recommend them enough.

For the last 16 years my friends had been getting together for a annual fishing trip. As keepsakes for our trip we have shirt made up. In prior years we just had a one color lack luster screen printed shirt. This year is the first year we tried Big Frog Custom T-Shirts. To my surprise for the same amount of money we got full color prints and free custom design. Dave the graphic artist made our unique design a reality. Originally messed up my order by not completing it at all. Their reasoning was that they forgot . After some searching around, they delivered my shirts and hats to somewhere that was able to do it very quickly. They did end up making it right. However be a little weary about there turnaround times and budget a bit longer to be safe.

Exceptional service from walk-in to finish!!! Friendly staff who bring your ideas to life and want you to feel comfortable in what you are wearing! Great prices! If an item isnt in stock, they will order a sample for you to try on or you can bring in your own (I brought in my own tank top, after trying a few samples on) and purchased a very nice quality T-shirt from them and had a logo from a sticker I brought in, put on the front and lettering on the back of each! Great email/phone call communication on how your items are coming along. They will do a mock-up of your item so you can see what it would look like and if everything is a go, they will get it done in the time you need! The Sammy s Pizza shirt that I ordered for my hubby for Valentine s Day and as even better than I anticipated. It looks great, is printed on a high quality, thick shirt blank and the hubby absolutely loved the shirt. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had shirts made for my fiances business and they worked with me every step of the way and had great recommendations. During the design, they assisted when picking out certain fabrics and what colors would help her logo stand out. We have since used Big Frog for another batch of shirts and will continue to work with them in the future for all of our needs!

I was born in Duluth and love the area. I am a biologist and enjoy bird photography. I am always fascinated by the hawk - eagle migration that is concentrated at Hawk Ridge. It was super easy to get a custom designed t-shirt. I had a picture online which I forwarded, they recreated the picture and emailed me back with in 1 business day and then I went to the store to pick out my t-shirts. Big Frog had everything I wanted in stock and lots of size options as well. The shirts were produced very quickly and I like them better than a screen print. I will definitely go back. Very happy with the entire process.
