Love this store.🤩 large, newer, & sparkly. 7:08 pm on a busy Friday- holiday weekend. The parking lot was very busy. Nice products, good quality. Some items were out of stock. Friendly guy in bike dept. tried to find a tube repair kit. Fast in/out. You can even get a coffee to perk up!

I love shopping here but am disappointed with the women's clothing. It needs to be separated by Jrs, Misses, and Plus sizes with signage so it is easily found by customers. I walked through the area twice and left frustrated because I couldn't find my sizes.

If I could give the Department manager Clinton a 0 star review, I would. Saw in an advertisement that they were giving away a promotional item with the purchase of a video game. Went into the store to purchase it and they said they didn’t get the promotional item in. I left my name and number with them so as soon as it came in, I could go get it. Long story short I called back the next day and asked again. We had a snow storm for 3 days that everything was closed and backed up so, a week later I called again and asked if they got it and he said yes and they don’t have any left. He said they don’t hold anything for anyone. One should have been mine because I already purchased the game.

That’s false advertising and I will never shop there again. He was so rude and very unprofessional. Very bad management if you ask me.

It's easy to find, clean and the staff was fine. Being an out-of-town guest at this Target, I looked at this location a bit different then your regulars I'm sure. Overall they did a good job relaying the Target brand.

It has been a while since I shopped at this Target store. I ordered a CD and chose to have the item pulled, which was a HUGE mistake as I had to wait nearly 15 minutes for the single employee to finish pulling other folks orders and then bring it to the front of the store, even though I was informed my email my order had been pulled hours earlier in the day. To top it off, Target charged me 50 cents for a single plastic bag instead of the normal 5 cent fee and did NOT provide me with an opportunity to bring my own bag. I am DONE shopping at this store! I hate Walmart, but at least they don't slip in 50 cent fees for a single, plastic bag!

Web services suck. They keep sending me card and then ask me to verify them when they are inactive and I cannot remove them. I cannot use the app to make purchases because of this and its always causing me to hold up the line. Card services are terrible on the app.

This was my first time visiting Target since moving here. Today there was an elderly lady having pin issues with her card. Wendy the cashier treated her with the utmost care and respect. It is nearing Christmas and the checkout lines are busy and people are extra rude in todays society. Wendy tried to do everything she could to help troubleshoot the womans issue. After some time she put her cart on hold and had her call the card company and even offered to assist her with the call if needed. Wendy then proceeded to thank the rest of us for our patience. Wendy is the text book version of excellent customer service, I am sure this is how she works everyday and she should be recognized as her attitude and level of care for the customer is rarely seen this day and age. Thank you Wendy. If she hasnt got a Christmas bonus yet now would be the time to gove her one. Faith in humanity restored.

Great store. Most of the time it is easy to find help with what you need. Prices are slightly higher on some items that walmart but cheaper then most other stores. Staff are friendly and seem to enjoy work. Bathrooms could use to be cleaner. Great kitchen selection and food, but poor automotive and hardware selection. The app has really made the difference. Being able to map out my visit and save may discounts has really solidified my use of the store. In addition, the pickup/drive up options are great and just work! Always great. Love the drive up option.

I will never use their shipping service again. We placed an order around 4:00 PM. Said it was supposed to be delivered at 5:00 PM, then 7:00 PM. Now it is 11:05 PM and the delivery person just texted that we are their 3rd and final stop and are 20 minutes away. Complete joke of a service.

This is the worst target Ive ever been to. It has very poor selection. If you find what you need, it wont be the version you want. If you order pickup, you would have saved time getting it yourself. if you even get half of the items you ordered for pickup, youd be lucky. They might all be out of stock even if the site says they have it.

A very clean store with a large selection. They recently renovated it and its even better than before. The parking lot is frustrating, but thats possibly on purpose? The selections are fantastic and with the upcoming expanded grocery section, it will be a fantastic one stop shop. The Starbucks in the store is also fantastic!

Used to be my favorite place to shop but can no longer give it 5 stars due to prices higher than many places; products I regularly use are often out for long periods of time and the on line ordering drive up is great with the exception that you find out AFTER you placed an order (or picked it up) that items werent available or detained. Also they pack in in too many plastic bags...which you are charged for...often putting one item in a bag!

Went for clothing and Covid, flu vaccine. Checkout clerk was Cery friendly. Not happy I couldnt get the Covid booster. They dont know who scheduled an appt so they cant do walk-ins.

Pickup service is horrible. I order something for pickup that says in stock, once my order is ready the item is out of stock. Tries ordering a different product that appears in stock on the app, once order is ready item is out of stock and never fulfilled. Get better at counting inventory before fulfilling orders. I m not going to make three separate trips to target for three orders that 1) should have been one order and 2) should have either been in stock or been listed as unavailable on the target pickup app. Long wait times for drive up as well.

Needed to get my grandmother a new cellphone and the employees working the cellular desk were a HUGE help. Excellent service despite all of the hurdles we had to jump with her payment method and getting her info for setting up the phone for her. Fantastic service!

Order missing a $35 item. Charge for everything including missing item. Now expected to wait 2-3 days for credit to my account. Imagine the income to Target when customers are charged for something they didn t buy and now the cash is in Target s account for a few days. Float interest is significant and this should be considered corporate theft.

Taking my elderly mother to the hospital for treatment, and ordering her necessities and picking them up without having to be more exhausted is such a plus! The persons who deliver items to the car are so friendly as well. Please keep this system going.

I went to in fitting room w/ my daughter while trying in clothing unaware of men using the same fitting room as female, was blown away me coming out in open shirt a man staring at me ,I felt so mad and shocked why we share a fitting room . I feel unsafe to try clothes. Im not the only one who made a comment there. So need to look I to it please!! Thanks!!

Honestly, I love Target. I go there for all of my needs. I made my wedding registry through Target since I love so many of the products there. However, this wedding registry has made my head spin. I have had issues with my account and my wedding registry since the beginning. I could log on to target and see that I had a registry but wasnt able to access or manage this. Frustrating. The first time this happened when I needed to return a large fire column that had shattered in transport. The manager was great and fixed this right away, making me an in-store credit gift card. Today was very different. I was returning an item that had been purchased for me through a different store, so I didnt need two. I was told that since I wasnt able to log in to my registry there was nothing that they could do. They were not willing to get the manager in order to get me an in-store credit. She told me that since this had already happened once, they would not do it again. And this was not my fault. I definitely did not need two of the exact same vacuum at my home and was sent away with this vacuum and no resolution. I do not live close to town and was very frustrated being told that there wasnt anything that could be done. It honestly has made me not want to do a baby registry at this store for this reason. Very unimpressed.

Because I came to Target to purchase t20 bookcases. There was none in the shelf so I flagged down a couple of aisles away a young gentleman and asked if I was in the right aisle or not. He was able to help me but there were no white 5 shelf bookcases on the shelf. He said hed go back and look in the warehouse for me and came back about 10 minutes later with the two bookcases I needed! Then I asked him if he could help me get them to my car and he was quite to say of course. He got me to a checkout and must have informed his boss what he was doing because he handed me off to another gentleman who found a young man to load them into my car. It was a VERY busy day on Saturday and everyone was so helpful to me. Made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. I tried to get the first guys name but he was already turn and heading back to his department to get on with his work. No dilly dallying for him. Great customer service on his part. He deserves to be recognized in this day and age because that doesnt happen now. He could have just told me well if its not on the shelf we dont have any (which was what I was expecting) but he didnt. I appreciate him. I never think to shop Target but Ill certainly rethink that. Thank You.

I went to the customer service desk for help with legos that on an end cap that said 10 off of 50. The person at the counter went to help until we were interrupted by a rude associate who told me I was wrong and NEVER are legos included. I explained they are on an end cap and she argued with me and made me go back there to verify, would not even let the person at the counter get me help to check. So I walked back and took the pictures and went back up. What I got was not included, no problem. However I didn t deserve to be treated like that or made to go check myself.
