We shop exclusively at DICKS for our teens Sports apparel, backpacks, and equipment. We came today in today with our son to find basketball shoes. Unfortunately, they didn't carry the pair he wanted in store, but Gabe was still extremely helpful. He helped size him and found a pair for him to try, even though he knew we would be purchasing online. We appreciated it very much! Consumers tend to only take time to out of their day to complain, so I wanted to take the time today to let management know what great service we received from Gabe. We will definitely be back once soccer and baseball start. Gabe, thank you so much for all your help. You sure made our day with your positive, friendliness and uplifting attitude.

Love this store! It has friendly staff and everything you could need that is fitness and sport related. I love to get my Brooks here! ❤️ Golf, baseball, hockey, basketball, fishing, running, biking, and exercise machines! You can find it all here! I even buy my Yeti’s in this store. The sport clothing is amazing there for Women, Men, and kids! I am going to stop short of 5 stars because things sometimes get a little messy in this store. However it’s never stopped me from shopping the selection. It’s worth the stop! 😃

I am 5 hours from this location. I’m also an elderly grandma. I was at this location looking for sweatshirts for my grandchildren. I got my eye on sale associate and asked for some help. “Ari” was the associate that helped me. What an asset this young lady is for Dick’s sporting goods. She was so knowledgeable on all I was asking about. She explained different things to me which made my shopping trip most enjoyable! I rate her customer service as an A plus. Went up there to buy shoes, apparently it was social hour after spending 20 minutes looking at shoes that are now in the back and being walked past several times we just left. Meanwhile there were 2/3 store associates talking amongst themselves continually, 1 other working. It's too bad selection & quality wise is better than dsw big shocker right? Person at register was helpful though so... at least we could find what we couldn't buy.

Im a big fan of Andy in the golf shop. I took my golf club in for a few tweaks that another company screwed up, and I couldnt have been more pleased with the thoroughness and attention to detail that Andy put into my club. Id venture to say he cared more about my club than I did, which is really saying something. Throughout the whole process, he took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and provided great conversation along the way. I live over 2 hours away and was only in Duluth for a short period of time, but if I decide to make adjustments to my other clubs, I would definitely make the drive again purely for Andys expertise and care.

The selection is really good. Amazon prices might be slightly better, but instant gratification and knowing you have what you need now is usually better than hoping the shipping is on time and the item is what you wanted. Not sure about the sunglass selection, but my two year old likes them. :)

Went to go buy ice skates and they were on sale for $69.99 when I brought them up to the register they started sharpening the blade, then they rang up at $120 I told the supervisor Ashley they were on sale and she was cold and rude and replied you need to pay closer attention if you are going to accuse something of being on sale I stated that I would like to put them back and Ashley replied well they are already being sharpened so too bad

Recently went in looking for replacement pole for camping. Found a great price on yeti cooler. Checked tag on shelf 3 times to make sure I had correct item. Got to checkout. Price was triple. Went back and confirmed again scu# on price sticker was same as item label. Manager confirmed they put wrong price on stickers. Then said sorry cant sell it at price we marked it because yeti wont let us. First time in store also the last time.

Bought a bike here about 2 weeks ago. The staff assured me it was put together properly. I took it out last week and it cant maintain 3rd gear. The chain will slip from 3rd to second. Which would be manageable if it didnt continue to slip from 2nd to 1st, then off all together. The handle bars were also very loose. I brought it back to be fixed and left it with the bike department. About 20 minutes later the employee tells me that he has fixed the issue. Took it out today and nothing has been fixed. I finally brought it to Carlton Bike Shop to have it fixed by someone who knows what they are doing.

Do not ever order something online to where it ships to your house. My fiancé went through hell and back, she ordered a kayak and it s now been well over two weeks and still have not got it. Called pilot freight which is who they go through for shipping they said they did not have our item anymore another shipping company had it so you ll have to call them. So we ended up calling that company and they said oh we just got your item but you might get it next week not sure. Unbelievable! The worse customer service ever.

This store is pretty much worthless if you re an actual sports-person who fishes and hunts. It s pretty much just a clothing store for people who like to dress like they do outdoor activities. The store is staffed by millennials that have no knowledge of the sports they are seemingly selling clothing and equipment for. They have myriad signs indicating they don t sell guns but none indicating that they have nobody in the store that knows how to operate the machine that issues hunting/fishing licenses. So you ll end up standing in line 20 minutes to find that out. Save yourself the headache and just go to Fleet Farm. I wish I d gone there first. It was entirely a better experience.

On 3/10/2021 I was in the store and had entered through the mall. I tried to leave at 6:35 back through the mall only to see that the gate was closed already. When I asked all 5 employees standing at the registers if there was anyway I could get back into the mall so I didnt have to walk back outside around the building in the storm. They replied the mall closes at 7. And that was it. When I pointed out that youre gonna make me walk around the mall outside in a blizzard, they all replied sorry. At 6:37. Great staff.

Very helpful staff. They are very be knowledgeable about the products they sell and they stand behind their products. I needed a heavy hoodie and they helped me find just what I was looking for. Now this store isnt for the feint hearted, their prices on some items are pricey. But if youre looking for quality, youll get what you pay for. Keep an eye out for their sales and bargains. Theyre amazing.
