Consistently disappointed. I love DD but this location lets me down every time. I try to give this location a chance hoping it’s just a bad day but the long waits in line, poorly packaged food and customer service is all bad. Scooters can have my money.

Donuts never have good flavor, cake donuts taste like flour with food coloring and other donuts have not much flavor too just a hint of chocolate or maple. I always forget but as soon as I take a bit I throw the donut in the trash. They look so good but they are not.

Well, I ordered the maple bacon and egg croissant with extra bacon and asked for the bacon crispy! I received my sandwich, bacon wasn't crispy and there were small pieces of bacon on not equaling 3 slices so I told the cashier at the window this, she went and asked someone then came back and said, you get 3 strips, I showed her the sandwich and she saw the little pieces of bacon and came back with the extra bacon I paid for so thank you young lady for rectifying my complaint! My sandwich was amazing after that!!!

I’ve given this location so many tries but they have the worst customer service.
My hot drinks are cold, they forget to add the espresso or give me the wrong order. 5 Dec, was the last straw for me. Supposedly the employee working the window walked off the job. 5 employees continuously walked past the drive thru window for 10mins and didn’t take my money or give me drink that was sitting on the counter. Finally, after honking and waving an employee down was I acknowledged. The employees was pissed that I honked my horn and went off about the employee walking off the job. I don’t care! Get another employee to man the window. You have wasted my time and the other customers waiting in line. I left without my caramel macchiato and I won’t be returning again. This store needs better management and employees who want to work.

i waited in line 30 minutes which is insanity and the workers had no greeting just silence and my food was horrible the hash browns were burnt and my coffee tasted like water and cream so gross. coming from some who used to work at dunkin and we always were fast paced and made sure our food and drinks were cooked/made properly such a shame, embarrassment and failure of a store.

Waited in line for 40 minutes. After the first 20 I decided to leave this review. I almost left, but I wanted to see how long it would actually take to get donuts. The donuts were not fresh, they were out of a bunch of their selections, and 2/3 of the Vanilla Cream donuts I got had zero cream. While trying to get a response at the ordering speaker (minutes of nothing) I googled the phone number, and was calling the store at the same time. They never answered the phone. I did get donuts, and they were mediocre.

I recently made a mobile order and the system wouldn’t accept it but still charged me. The manager Penny identified the problem and dropped everything in order to solve it. Thank you Penny, this is an exemplary example of how to go above and beyond. Also, the food was delicious!

Last several times I have been here over the course of a few months, they have been understocked and understaffed to the point of not functioning. Neither of these things are the overworked employees' faults. I feel bad for them. This has been such a consistent problem I do not plan on returning to this location despite how convenient it is for me to get to. Seriously, don't place mobile orders here (it is likely they will be out of whatever it is you ordered), don't go through the drive thru (you will sit at the menu board with no help). If you want donuts, hit up the Bakers nearby. It is like whoever owns this place forgot it exists.

I very rarely post reviews, but this location is so absolutely consistently horrible I feel the need to save other people their time and money. I have had multiple issues with this location in the past, whether it be ridiculous extraordinary wait times (to the point of having to leave the line without getting anything), overly greasy food, or a completely botched latte that seemed to have a cup of straight syrup in it. However, I continued to give them chances due to their convenient location and not many other drive-thru donut shops nearby (and because of the few times they’ve gotten my latte exactly right!). Also, I worked many years in the service industry so I’m pretty forgiving when it comes to less than stellar service. But today was absolutely the final straw and I will never come here again.

I ordered ahead in the app, got to the location to find the menu was completely black. This is not unusual; it was the case last time I went (definitely over a month ago for reference). For some reason they didn't post any sign up about the menu malfunction last time, and still didn't have one this time so I honestly didn't think anything of it. I waited. And waited. And waited. No one said anything at the speaker so I thought maybe now the speaker portion is also broken? So I drive up to the window and it is DARK inside. There is not a soul in the place. No one. At 9:30 AM. No sign posted anywhere about anything. I tried calling their number, no answer and no voicemail box or forwarded number or anything. So now I'm just out what I already paid for my mobile order? (And the one-time coupon I used for the order)

I can't believe how terrible this location is and corporate doesn't do anything about it. Just shut it down honestly.

Our usual go to location was closed due to the power outage from the storms this week. Decided to go to this location for our weekly donut run. The lady taking the orders did not listen to what I ordered and had to correct her multiple times. I ordered 6 donuts and she proceeded to ring up 9 and acted like I had no idea what it as talking about. I ordered a coffee and sandwich for myself and the sandwich was over cooked. The manager was running around in the back trying to fix things, I give her props for that. But overall, the experience was not great and I will not return to this location.

Wow ! IMPRESSIVE. I travel a lot for work. I use the Dunkin app all the time.
I also use the tables as an “office.”

Not only was every person courteous and kind. One young lady said good bye (as her shift ended) to her colleagues- then went out of her way to wish me a good day.

This is the worst DD I have ever been to. When I walked into the building no one helped me nor was there anyone present at the counter. I said “Hello?” multiple times to see if there was anyone in the building. While I was asking if there was anyone in the building I could hear a person talking and it sounded like there was someone on the phone. I eventually got fed up with being ignored and I walked out without ordering anything. If I could reccomended you do something it would be to NOT go to this DD.

Went in this morning 4/24 and there were cars wrapped around in the drive through plus the parking lot was full and inside was full of patrons waiting for their order. The ladies working handled it with grace, from preparing the hot food to getting the donuts and making the drinks they worked very well together! Huge shout out cause they could’ve been very unpleasant but they were apologetic and kind! Great job ladies!

I've been coming to this location going on 3 years and it used to be great. I work an hour away from Bellevue, so being able to get my coffee, donuts, or food that I order so early in the morning was a plus. But over the past several months, I have been going less and less. The customers lately on the reviews aren't wrong. 1. The first thing they lack.. is customer service. No, hi, good morning. Welcome to Dunkin, none of that. It's a usual, "are you the mobile order?" 2. The food is simple and yet so mediocre, half the time it's cold, not cooked all the way, or just not what I asked for. 3. The drinks 95% of the time in the last 3 months have been incorrect. Like this morning, for example. My cup clearly states caramel drizzle in cup and on top, yet by the pictures I provided that has neither of those. 4. The amount of time it takes for you to go through drive through, even if you order ahead with mobile ordering your drink, will not get made until about 15 mins after you get there. To add on to the drive-through dilemma. You pull up to the kiosk for drive through, you're lucky if they respond to you first. But when they do, they ask you to wait. And then you're sitting there... at most, I had spent 15 minutes waiting ... 2nd, you pull up to the window. Where you are either greeted with "did you have a mobile order? Ok, we are still making it, " and then you sit and wait another 10 to 15 mins. For the order that was entered at least 40 mins ago by now.. so when I get the order and it's incorrect, not only am I already frustrated, but you have not made my order yet. You make me wait an additional amount of time. Now, this location has been doing construction on the convenience store side, so getting into the parking lot is a hassle at any given time. So I have been just trying to come in. Now let me tell the fiasco from the walk-in experience. You're not greeted when you walk in. There were 3 individuals behind the counter. 1 was working, what looks to be as fast as she can be on every order listed. While there was a gentleman that came from the back who just walked by her and washed his hands. Looked at me, but never acknowledged me or asked if I've been helped. Just stood there.. watching the other poor girl make all these drinks that were needed. The 3rd female. Was semi - taking care of drive-through. She was mostly quiet to customers, also did not acknowledge me, basically handed customers their food, and closed the window. While there was no one in the drive through. You'd think maybe 2 of these individuals would help said girl running around making drinks. But no .. guy stood quiet as can be. And girl was asking if the girl making coffee could stay later for her shift bc she had something to do. By the time my drinks were made. I was already late to work, and at that point, I don't have any longer to wait. So here I go, taking another incorrect order. Now Dunkin, don't get me wrong. I'm not a new customer. I have been a Dunkin fan since 2012... and let me tell you. This location.. is the reason you're about to lose me. There are plenty of coffee shops between here and my hour drive to work. Don't fail the customers you have left.

This place has the worst customer service ever! I ordered on the touch screen and waited 20 minutes for my one coffee and 6 doughnuts, whatever I didn’t complain. I watched an elderly man stand at the register for 15 minutes waiting to order and not one employee asked him if he needed help or anything and he ended up just walking out, they definitely saw him, made eye contact, but said nothing to him, the man working inside was in no hurry! He slowly made one drink at a time and looked frustrated the entire time, when I finally got my drink he didn’t prepare the doughnuts and acted so annoyed that I asked for them. Worst Dunkin experience ever! Took 45 minutes for 6 doughnuts and a coffee.
Look in the morning I know it’s going to be busy. They didn’t have half the doughnuts. You only sell one thing lol! If there were light staffed I get it. But they looked to have plenty of people working. Also if you don’t have a doughnut let people know at the beginning don’t stare at the order confused for 5 minutes. It’s very simple hey folks we don’t have these flavors. It’s not that hard.

I gave the food portion three stars because it tasted pretty good (bacon, egg, cheese, croissant sandwich), too bad that it was not what I ordered. I asked for the bacon strips that they had on the menu. I'm not sure how they got that confused, my guess is they may have been goofing around as the guy dropped his headset and was laughing hysterically with his buddy about something and they had to restart the order. Looking at the previous reviews, there's definitely something systemic going on at this location. It's really sad because I love the Dunkin brand. Lately, however, they are missing the mark.

We ordered online for walk-in pickup. We could see our order on the counter, but we were waved around to the drive through because only one person working. I have yet to have a good service experience at this location and I definitely will never go back. I’m finally giving up. The staff was completely overwhelmed and had no real sense of emergency. I waited nearly a half an hour for my order and half the food was already cold. Some people were coming in from drive-through trying to cancel their orders because they were so delayed. I saw other people walk out and some were backing out of the drive-through. People who placed orders in the app showed up to find out that what they ordered wasn’t even available because they were out of it. Overall the places a giant mess and I didn’t see a general manager around to take control of the situation.

I already filled out a full detail survey but I just wanted the public to be aware of this location as well. I got to the drive thru at 6:53 am with two cars in front of me that left in a timely manner. I ordered very simple things and did not receive my order until 7:35 am. While I was at the window waiting, a staff member was standing there looking confused and we made eye contact and she still wouldn’t help me. Cars were piling up behind me and she just stood there for 30 mins watching other staff members. My coffee order was wrong and my sandwich came out cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The lady who I paid for my meal with came back and asked if I received my order yet and once I said no she said she would check on it and I watched her walk past the window with donuts in her hand and I still didn’t receive my order. Once I received my sandwich she asked what else I was waiting on and then made my drink wrong even though it clearly states what I ordered on the cup. I will not be coming back to this location.

Place has gone downhill. They used to employ courteous workers. They expect customers to know what kind of syrups/flavors they use, or how a drink is made, as if we had eyes on their training guide. 3 employees crowded me at the window to say that the spiced cookie syrup and the cookie butter foam are the same thing, yet when I reached out to the customer service line I was informed they were different. If a customer is not satisfied with an order, don’t argue with them (common sense), simply offer a refund.

Also, watch out for any orders that contain ice, they will fill it to the rim! Hardly any room for a straw.

Dunkin is a life saver! Ordered 37 dozen donuts from Bakers 2 days ago for an Fathersday Donuts for Dads event at CHI Immanuel. They called me 1.5 hours before pickup to cancel the order. The last 2 times we ordered from here were not good experiences. The first bad experience, we ordered from door dash and when they came to drop off our order, they only had the donuts we ordered. They forgot to give the driver our drink and our sammiches. We called them to see what our options were and because it was through door dash, we couldn't get the food and drinks delivered, all they could do was refund our money. So the delivery driver got a $10 tip because it wasnt his fault and we weren't going to take back his tip when dunkin had the order info and we had donuts for breakfast... This time, (which was a few days ago) there was full-blown green mold on my sandwich muffin.... I think we are going to be going across the street to Scooters from now on...

I would like to take Atlantis and the bakers at Dunkin’ Donuts for accommodating a large order and then making a special order donut for my son‘s birthday tomorrow. It’s so nice when people do sweet things for kiddos in the community it’s nice to see that kindness and customer service is not dead. Would definitely recommend them and continue to go to them only.
They also made the most delicious avocado toast for me the other day that looked like it could’ve been a menu photo.

Dunkin makes me linger in the metro longer than I need to in the morning more often than I'd like to admit. But it's always SO worth it! Currently in love w the stuffed bagel bites & always awesome Wake Up Wrap Sandwich. This visit was hot & delicious as ever & only toasty crispy where it was meant to be. Dunkin Donuts use to be awesome but now for the past like 6 months or so they have gone way downhill. I always order on the app. They have been frequently out of stuff and then I have to call and fight with their customer service to get my money back which takes weeks to do because they can't do it at the store and my coffees have been wrong the last few times. Hash browns tasted like the frozen ones you bake in the oven. Very bad. The maple bacon croissant was ok. Not a very big maple taste. The sign said they brought it back, but I gotta say, nah! That's wack!

Came to this Dunkin to get my free drink through the app. They scanned my app and said there was no discount and forced me to pay for my free drink. To make matters worse, the first sip was all sugar crystals. 👎🏾

Went to get coffees a little after 10. The car in front of me got their order and the barista talked to her for about 10 mins. No more food was given, just talking. There were 4 cars behind me also waiting. Didn't get my food until 1025

I'm editing my review since I decided to give it six months and try them again. The employees are awesome now. I don't know if there was turnover, training, or they just care more, but it's night and day. Not only were my last few orders correct but they all seem more cheerful, and they've got a good rhythm going to get the order up quick. I'm back on the Dunkin train!

I've ordered via the mobile app 9 times in the last 5 months, and the order has been correct twice. 2 out of 9 is an awful rate, especially when the order details are already written and there's no voice translation required. The coffee was wrong, the donuts were wrong or missing, and the worst of all is when I order cheddar cheese or NO cheese instead of american and it still comes with american (my husband and I can't stand it, and the sandwich goes in the trash). Several of these orders occurred when there were no other customers in sight - their lack of attention to detail can't be written off as being during rush hour. Enough is enough, I don't recommend anyone visit this location.

The employees are very nice and fast working the few times I've been in. The few times I've ordered I received my items within a few minutes, and the orders were correct. They have a nice selection of donuts and drinks both times I’ve been there around lunch time. The restroom was clean and fully stocked as well. My biggest complaint is the limited amount of parking. It's in the corner of the gas station so only a few spots are for DD.

One star for the good customer service. As for the food. Tried 5 different breakfast sandwiches, Hashbrowns and an order of donuts. Everything had a distinct flavor of burnt plastic. Ordered on the mobile app, order was wrong and they were out of items. Food also seemed like it was on the brink of spoiling. Won't be coming here again.

Every time I have ordered coffee at this location it has not been good. I have ordered brewed coffee and once was served a cold cup, always have been served old burnt coffee even after asking if it was fresh. Very disappointing as I feel like I can no longer come to this location.

Drive thru is a nightmare- but the parking lot is worse. To make matters worse- no access to the lobby at all for mobile pick up orders. App said nothing about it. Donuts and coffee are usually fine though. Very obvious not enough staff.

I've been going since they opened a few months ago. They are clearly a newer location with revolving staff. There is a lack of attention to details. My coffee has been prepared incorrectly a couple of times, and that is easy to overlook. But when I stopped by this morning, they got on-the-go order wrong. Instead of the two donuts that I ordered, I only received one, and it wasn't even one of the ones that I ordered. Isn't my on-the-go order on a screen somewhere? It would make more sense if my whole pastry order was wrong, but they only got half of it completely wrong. You can do better!

Just got off work went though the drive thru the person taking the order talked fast and when I said I need a minute to look at the menu she she said fine in a way like I was inconveniencing her when I got to the person the person who was working the window was on her phone she opened the window still on the phone and stuck her hand out. When I got my food the lady practically throw it in my car and slammed the window. The staff one star the food 5/5 it was hot and delicious

Will not order another thing from th DD or any DD. I made an online order through the mobile app and when I went to pick up the order the gurk gave me a sour attitude and told me this was all they had which was like 4 dougnuts. Would not reccomend thisn location for doughnuts ordering online because they will pull BS like this.

Went in on a Sunday morning and purchased a mixed box of one dozen donuts through the drive thru. Came home, made a pot of coffee and when I opened the box....they looked like leftover valentines donuts. I picked one up to eat and they were hard. Called the location on 36th street, no one answered and the voice-mail was full. Called the Papillion location on 72nd street and no one answered that location either. Spent $10 on a box of hard, old donuts. 😥

I understand they are new but their customer service is lacking. I placed an app order and was charged twice, I was fine with understanding that this was not their fault and I needed to call the app service to rectify it, but after getting home I noticed we were missing a sandwich from my order. I called and let them know it was the order who had been charged twice and I was missing and item and was wondering if I could come back to get it. The person on the phone asked if I was sure the order was on my receipt I read her my receipt and said it was on their twice as I had the order ran twice by the app and was still missing the item. When I got back to get the sandwhich there was no apology for any inconvenience. I understand mistakes, but if I had an order that was already messed up by being multiplied I'd at least double check that I had all items on that order and if not apologize if not offer a refund for the item.

I get this location is new but the two times we have gone here they have screwed up our order and the donuts are dried out. I’d recommend going to the other location off of HWY 370 and Galvin.
