My drink was made incorrectly, and when I mentioned it, they seemed confused and didn’t offer to fix it. The service was slow, and it felt like no one knew what they were doing. If you've never in a Scooter’s Coffee shop, you need to. Everytime I enter the shop, I'm greeted not only by the warm verbal welcomes, but the wonderful smell of fresh-made coffee as well. September is now my favorite month this year (with the exception of December because of Christmas) because Scooter’s is giving FREE coffee to anyone this month in any size! I visit to get one almost every day if I can. This is a general review of all my experiences at Scooter’s. (Mostly at the Scooter’s on 25th Street since its my favorite and most visited Scooter’s shop.) The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to wait a good while for my coffee once and then it was the wrong size. But it's okay because I understand how stressful it can be working, especially when you're worried about getting just one thing wrong. Overall, I would give this place 5 stars for the wonderful workers who commit to serving and making customers feel welcome every day, assorted choices of great coffee (and other refreshments), FREE accessible Wi-Fi, and the atmosphere in which you can study, work, hang out with friends, have meetings, or just chill. Keep up the amazing work and warm smiles!

I've lived down the road for 3 years. My first 2 years I loved getting coffee here. Great flavor. For the last year I've avoided this location because I get milky Caramel water. Finally went back today and she made me another one telling me it had 4 shots in it. There was very little coffee flavor still (I order the same drink so I know what it looks and tastes like). When I go to other locations I don't have this issue. Unfortunately, other locations aren't near by so I go to Dunkin instead. Please address this issue at this location.

Worst blended drink I have ever been served. A regular scooters customer but this location serves the worst drink. After 1 taste I threw it out. 2ND time at this location. I will never go to this location again.

Generally, I am a big fan of Scooters and not a big fan on reviews, but holy heck the new Scoot Energy drink is wildly overpriced. I ordered one today and it rang up as 6$. Okay, no biggie 6$ is high for a drink so I was expecting a fairly large sized energy drink (20oz at least). I received possibly 10oz (there wasn't an option to select size). Factoring in ice there was probably the equivalet of 3/4 a can of Red Bull. It tastes fine, but for 6$ you're better off getting 2-3 cans of Red Bull (or equivalent) for that price. The people at Scooters are always great and happy so I'll continue to go there - but only for coffee. Again, and especially at this location, the folks who work there are outstanding. I know they don't set the prices.

I went through the drive through 4 times tonight after ordering a London fog with extra vanilla, the first 2 times they made it they gave me nothing but tea the 3rd time it was tea and and vanilla, the 4th and final time I cared to "scoot" around it was still wrong and all they gave me was tea and steamed milk not half and half like it's supposed to be, that time I went through with her step by step how to make it and they still failed to properly make my drink, and with all the hassle they couldn't even attempt to offer me anything to make up for the terrible experiences, I don't know there names but the 2 girls that work at 9pm on a Monday are terrible.

Wife and I went in for our Saturday morning coffee. Today our ice carmelicious with an extra shot and ice brew coffee were super watery. I requested a remake which they did but the new ones tasted awful as well. Asked the asst manager if they changed the recipe but she said they always make them that way. Guess the wife and I’s tastebuds have changed overnight!

One thing that always seems to be overlooked in restaurant design is acoustics. Your customers have to be able to hear each other, and not compete with the very loud Expresso machine, or fans, or whatever. The noise level was about 70 db during my visit.

Nice location, great employees, owners who change ingredients without warning. Peanut butter blended drinks already vary depending on the barista but to change the peanut butter without any indication of such leads to unhappy customers, such as myself. I personally go to Scooters JUST for the peanut butter cup blender. You think peanut butter cup you think what? HINT: popular Reese's cup. Peanut butter was changed to natural peanut butter recently and the drink no longer tastes the same. I make coffee at home so there is nothing else on the menu that I order which means I have no further use for the establishment.

This is the best scooters in the metro. They are fast, they are efficient, they are very friendly and they actually get your order right and it tastes wonderful. They actually know what they’re doing when they make a Butterfinger espresso blender. It has the best flavor out of any of the scooters that I’ve ever gone to and I love my scooters. Make sure you go to the scooters if you want a wonderful tasting drink cold or hot but the girls and the staff that work there are very nice, respectful and efficient doing their job

I don't understand how a coffeeshop can be so inconsistent. Today I ordered a turtle with an extra shot. I can't even taste the coffee in my drink it just tastes like chocolate milk. I suggest skipping here and going to green bean off 370 instead. They are cheaper and a large is a 32oz instead of a 24oz like here. Cheaper. Better quality and you get more. Pretty much done with scooters after today.

Visit every day. Love my scooters. Now I will say some days are better then others. Some days I don't get the right drinks and that is kind of irritating considering the amount of money I spend there, but for the most part they are on top of it and they always fix what they don't get right. The staff are usually pleasant and nice. Some are kind of snippy. But they probably deal with a lot of snoody people. Will continue visiting.

Staff here are fantastic even on Monday mornings when the line is long they have someone outside taking orders a tablet. This ensures the long long moves smooth and quickly. And as per the Scooter's way always with a smile!

I had a bad experience the other day here, but for the most part very great product and staff. I ordered my drink and they didn’t make it, and when I came over 15 minutes later they took forever to make it. There was like 10 people working too, so I couldn’t figure out what the deal was.

Finally checked this franchise out when I needed coffee and a gift card. The store was empty compared to the packed mile long drive-thru line. The girl working the counter was super friendly and assisted me in my questions and purchases. I was in out with gift cards and coffee in less than 3 minutes. I didn’t make the best selection for my drink that day but will be back to try something different.

I left a review some time ago very displeased with my experience, but went back yesterday (12/01) at my mom's request and am very happy I did. I didn't catch her name, but the girl at the window was super sweet. She talked to me the entire time I was waiting for my drinks to be made and seemed genuinely interested in the customer and giving them the best service possible. Thank you to her for changing my mind on this location.

Didn't share that they were unable to make the drink right until I got the drink and it didn't look right nor does it taste correct. Also their system is down so they are unable to honor any coupons via the app. The employee and experience was terrible and will not be back.
