I ordered my drink and bought a bag of coffee. They gave me the wrong drink I went back, asked for the right one. They then tried to give me back the coffee that was wrong with cold foam on top of it so I went back asked them to make me the right drink. They then handed me the same drink with foam on top of it. I ordered a cold foam drink, which those do not come with ice. She tried to tell me that they do and that I ordered the wrong drink. I know what I ordered because I ordered it all the time. Long story short, the customer servicer is horrendous. I'll never go back to scooters again!

I absolutely love this place! Coffee is always delicious the people are friendly and it’s always clean inside!! I also love the new Candyland theme!
However i’m sad the caramelicious muffin is gone 😢 it was my favorite!

My recent visit to Scooters was nothing short of a disaster. The staff failed to fulfill even the most basic aspects of my order. Despite requesting a specific size, I was given the wrong one. Additionally, my coffee lacked the cream, sugar, and caramel syrup I had explicitly asked for. To add insult to injury, I was charged twice for what should have been a $1 coffee. This level of service is completely unacceptable. It’s clear that this establishment lacks both competence and customer care. I strongly advise others to avoid this place to prevent similar frustration.

Got a latte and pretzel bites. The food was soggy and not edible. Asked for an iced latte. They made a hot one. When I reminded them it was iced, they took it back and within a second, handed an iced coffee back to me. They very clearly dumped the hot coffee over ice because there was like 2 almost melted ice cubes in it, it was luke warm, and extremely watered down. I ended up tossing both items. Super frustrating since I didn’t have time to go back and spent money on it… stuff is not cheap for what you are getting.

Went to the scooters 30 minutes before close, which I thought was a reasonable time, and was not helped at the drive thru. I wasn’t able to get my drink and had to take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed!

Every time we go here our drinks are made incorrectly. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And btw, a pumpkin caramelicious is supposed to come with whipped cream which is the best part of the drink, so thanks for not giving me that on my drink. Also, everyone who works here is always extremely rude and acts like we are being an inconvenience to them by coming to a COFFEE shop and asking for COFFEE. Like oh my gosh, how dare your customers do such a thing.

I am writing to express my disappointment in the poor customer service I received at your drive-thru on 5/12/2023 at approximately 2:00. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received on this visit.
Firstly, the staff member who took my order was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked a question about the separate check, the tone of voice was rude and sound rushing, and not letting me finish to speak, making me feel like I was bothering them.

Overall, I found the customer service at your drive-thru to be lacking. I hope that in the future, your staff can show greater courtesy and efficiency to ensure that other customers do not have to endure a similarly frustrating experience.

We ordered vertigo’s with Red Bull.

It wasn’t until we paid and they handed us the drinks they told us it wasn’t red bull but their new energy drink “scoot”.

That fraud.

We order one thing and weren’t told it was something else or that what we wanted was no longer offered.

Just went through the drive thru here about 10 minutes ago and ordered 2 drinks. After I ordered and pulled forward I realized I forgot to order a sandwich, but I didn't think it was a big deal because I figured I could just let them know at the window. When I pulled up to the window I asked "Would it be too late to order a bacon ciabatta sandwich?" I figured she just would have said yes and grabbed one. She said no without a moment's hesitation. This wasn't the response I expected, and if it was because they were in a hurry she could have even asked if it was ok to give it to me without heating it up as I've done before at other Scooters locations. She didn't give an apology or explanation either. I'm always confused by people who work customer service but look and act miserable about it and this is the vibe the girl was giving off. Very unsettling.

Very disappointed in this location, I've visited 5 times over the last week they have messed up my order 3 times and over charged me a few times ( the manager did compensate me for the over charges) but overall not impressed with this location and I've been to almost every scooters in the area over the past 8 years and never had mistakes made this often.

My husband and I go to scooter a lot more by our house. We were in Bellevue and went to this new one.. They said they couldn't make a vertigo smoothie with the new watermelon red bull. Which is strange because any other scooters would of made and has made it for us. Scooters offers 3 different flavor of redbull anyways. So when we said regular was fine all we had was 50 and they couldn't accept it which was fine. But I did call the other scooters in bellvue and all of them could make the vertigo smoothie with the redbull which we got on capehart road.

Went here today to try and get a pretty simple cup of coffee with a little bit of creamer. I was left standing at the register for literally 5 minutes while the single girl working tried to balance making drinks for the drive through and people in the store (this was honestly not her fault she made sure to reassure me that she knew I was there but she was busy). My bigger problem is the manager(?) or shift lead(?) who decided that 10:30am on a Thursday was the best time to initiate an interview leaving her coworker to fend for herself in the middle of a morning rush for coffee. The line for the drive through was legitimately along the entire building and the poor girl that was actually working was struggling. It was a bad experience for a place that I've liked in the past. I would also like to point out the girl that was actually working was trying her best to do her job, meanwhile the other employee was sitting in the dining room interviewing/flirting with someone full well knowing it was absolute chaos behind the counter.

Not sure what is going on here but management should step in and retrain staff. When you have to repeat yourself 5 times then go to the window and it’s wrong. Explain again what you want and still make it wrong. If coffee is your speciality you should understand how it make it. And no she wasn’t new.

Nope complete fail, I’ll go to the new one down the street next time.

I had gotten some sad news on a family member. Pulled into the scooters at 358pm I get its Christmas Eve but the girl behind the mic said "um what are you doing we are closed!" I apologize there was another car leaving with their coffee and the sign was on. As we drove around she was laughing and shaking her head at what I can only imagine was at me. All I wanted was a moment to process, get a comforting cup of coffee. I won't be going here again.

Don't bother wasting your money here. I go to the scooters by my house quite frequently, but I stopped at this one on the way to visit family. I asked for decaf coffee, and when I double checked that she made it with decaf, she tried to say I didn't order decaf. But that is all I ever order, so I know I ordered correctly. I was told I'd have to pay for HER mistake plus my actual order. What a joke! Good luck with that business strategy.

This is the best scooters I have been to in all of Omaha and Bellevue. The staff is fantastic and the coffee has always been amazing. If I ever don't know what to get they give awesome recommendations. Definitely 5 stars!

The took out their lobby area,.. for walks in, their place is in a strip mall setting. Where there are alot of people just working, and people walking around ... I was told to walk up in the drive and almost got hit, by a car... Just trying to get a smoothie. Will not be going there ever again. Until they open back up the lobby. Where it's safe for walk ups.
