By far the best Baker’s in the Omaha/Bellevue area. I love the selection of the Murray’s Cheese department and the friendly staff in the Deli. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for quality products and friendly people in a grocery store. Heck, even the customers are nice!

I had a fantastic experience at the Bakers store yesterday, thanks to two outstanding staff members, Kenzie and Vans.

Kenzie went above and beyond while helping me with my coffee order. I requested a large decaf coffee with heavy cream, and she did something truly remarkable—I was allowed to visually decide how much cream to add before she filled my cup. This level of care and consideration was a first for me. Kenzie took pride in her work and showed incredible empathy, not only to me but also to everyone else she was assisting at the time. Her dedication was genuinely refreshing.

Over at the cheese specialty counter, Vans was equally impressive. Before I even needed to ask, Vans offered to help and guided me through their selection of creamier cheeses. He recommended a fantastic blue cheese that I hadn’t tried before and offered my brother and me a generous sample. While it was a bit too salty for my brother, it was perfect for me—and my niece discovered a new favorite cheese too.

I’m deeply appreciative of the exceptional service provided by Kenzie and Vans. Their friendliness, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression. Because of them, I’ll make it a point to shop at this location regularly. Thank you, Bakers, for hiring such incredible staff!

Love bakers!! Every store has its quirks but at least this one listens and gives each employee the power to “make it right”. Enjoy the people who work here and most have been here a few days eats dinner and they have a pretty good training program to get newbys on it. The chicken here the best!! If you ever have an issue the store managers will do their best to work it out. Meat selections are really good and comparatively priced to other stores. Parking sucks as it does at most stores though; never getting out of that one. Love the bakers points which are good at kwick shops. All in all a good place to shop and save some money.

Purchased a Ribeye Steak for 18 dollars. So tough you could hardly chew it and Ribeye's are usually not like that. Purchased a Deli Macaroni salad and the lid wasn't tight what a mess. I go to Bakers once in awhile never overly please.

If you are a blue cheese lover. One of the few places to get Salemvile Smokehouse Blue! It is great. It has a nice smokey flavor nutty and buttery. Each wheels are around 10lbs and each one is different depending on several factors, age, what the cows ate that day, when it was cut etc...Best of all for me a great price. I have bought whole wheels but i tend to eat to much. Try! it i think you will love it. Got some great cheeses today

I love shopping this location. Especially their frozen shrimp rings. When they're on sale you get 20 shrimp with cocktail sauce for five bucks, 40 for 10 bucks. Excellent and delicious

I went to bakers to check it out. The produce was very fresh looking and priced good. I was looking for sourdough bread from the bakery, I wasn't able to locate any. I didn't ask the person in the bakery to see if they carried it. I have noticed that no stores I have found carry Franz brand I guess it's a location thing. It seems as very few people eat English muffins as the only brand around is Thomas. This store is very clean and the staff I talked to was very friendly. I only walked half of the store as I was looking for certain things and that is why.

I went specifically for the doughnuts they serve. Unfortunately for the past 2 days they haven't had any. First day was because of the employee who didn't go to work. Second day the employee who was there didn't have any prepared, even though I saw some on the tail baker's rack. Hopefully they will remedy this, because I know I'm not the only customer who likes their doughnuts, especially since if I go later in the day, they're close to being sold out

Went there this morning, I generally shop here and have an Allright experience but this time was the worst. One checkout isle was open with a long line as employees stand around watching people scan and bag their own items, the small self checkouts were off so had to use the big one with the conveyer belt so I scanned my items, had to stop and walk to the end to bag them then have an employee come scan a badge but she felt catching up with an old friend was more important so now wasting my time. I had to scan, bag, wait for a manager just like an employee would have to yet no employee discount but you have beavis, butthead, fart and dingleberry watching all of this go down getting paid for the work I'm doing. What the hell is going on? Someone up in corporate with their genius eyes wide shut needs to be wake the hell up. Good food though.

Love this store, have for years and would really like to give 5-stars. However, it's happened more than once now where the staff up front at checkout and bagging are rude, impatient and often just bag items with no organization to it... disregarding food safety and sanitation.
Not sure if they are understaffed or what but there's no excuse for it so half the time I just take my big orders through self checkout instead and get it over with it.
But even then, whenever an attendant has to come over to self checkout they seem very inconvenienced to answer any questions.
It really gives a bad impression and does a disservice to those staff who ARE helpful and patient.

Normally we have a good experience at this store. Today, not so much. We were overcharged on two items, and one item had mold (hot dog buns). We caught the overcharge, but not the moldy buns. This could happen at any grocery store, but this location is usually better.

Went here yesterday to buy some guys barbecue chips. Unfortunately they only had 1 bag. They were, however, on sale 2 for $6. I also grabbed a bag of Guys Original chips and noticed when I got home that they expired over 1 months ago. Why would they have an expired product on the shelf for that long? Yes I will go back, I just hope they are ontop of this issue more and throughout the store.

Sadly this place has declined significantly. Everything is self-checkout and the line just to get through self is super long most of the time. Waiting in line to do the checkout yourself is inconvenient on top of no service. You have 10 different self checkout stations.. why would any of them ever be closed?

They rearrange the shelves every 3 to 6 months for some reason.

I am actively looking for a new grocery store relationship

Placed a delivery order that I had to pay $10 to be delivered. Not only did they cancel some items we needed. Lady left our fence gate open & we have several dogs that could of been hurt. We complained to Bakers who told us they would give us a $20 credit, it's been over a month now and we never got any credit. When we called to ask they said it's being reviewed. We never got any credit for the careless mistakes and errors delivery company made.

This rating is for the Pharmacy. They are friendly and prompt. They take my military insurance. EDIT: They added sneeze barriers and stickers for social distancing. 2nd EDIT: Sorry to say Baker's no longer accepts military insurance (not their fault).

30 Sept 2022 Once again I had to use Baker so to the time of day. If a store is open it should be fully open the customer should not have to remove egg crates from the cooler to get eggs. The customer should not be forced to check their own groceries AVOID THIS BAKER if at all possible!

Absolute worst customer service of any grocery store I’ve ever been to. My first experience the price of a product didn’t ring the same as the shelf price…they didn’t care. The second experience the self checkout I was on malfunctioned the checker came to help but when another customer had a question I was left standing there and the checker never came back. I’ll go anywhere except this particular Baker no matter how inconvenient

Baker's in Twincreek is definitely my favorite place to grocery store. Milk is $1.32 per gallon and if you use your Baker's perks card, you can save up points for free gas ⛽ at the pump. Located close by, friendly staff, a full pharmacy that offers you advice from professionals, and cost friendly prices. Love to grocery shop here.

I don't shop here very often, partly because the parking lot is a major frustration for me, but today I needed to pick up a few things that I knew weren't available at Target. Imagine my surprise when I saw a mouse run across the floor in front of me!! (Near the back of the store, from the dairy section over to an end cap display.) Then it peeked out from under the end cap display! I tried to get a picture but the mouse scurried back under before I could get my phone out of my purse. All I can say is, make sure you wash your produce, and your hands!

I went in to grab a few things the store had boxes and stuff in the walkways I almost tripped over something three times. When I went to pay the cashier CJ kept pushing the bakers card on me after I declined it twice and her and the bagger kept talking to each other like I wasn’t there. They need to train them better.

Once again I visit bakers and once again I'm disappointed by their online pickup.

They always disappoint me with their chicken online for some reason, so I was just in the store to pick up chicken on my, before heading out to my car to pick up my online order.

My food was delivered to me I allow substitutions on all items, nobody reached out to me to verify it. They are apparently out of the salmon I ordered, even though when I was at the meat counter I definitely saw it there. They also apparently don't have any salt in the entire store maybe it's because it's new Christmas but still I believe this to be hard to believe.

Pharmacist at Twin Creek failed to fill the prescription my primary MD called in based on political reasons. Argument ensued on her hypocrisy of pushing a "vaccine" with unknown long term side affects vs an anti inflammatory drug I requested with much better understanding in less politicized countries abroad. I was not happy and now she knows that... Very well. Lol

Finding handicapped parking is difficult to impossible. Imagine a handicapped person who found a single handicapped spot at east end of the building. How is that spot conveniently located? I have spoken with managers who hold fast to each parking lane having two handicapped slots and that's sufficient.

This Bakers is one of my favorites. Prior to the pandemic; we banked at the US bank branch that was located out of the Bakers near Fort Crook Road and love it; however that branch closed and some of the staff relocated to this one off hwy 370.
Brian, a head banker at US bank out of this Bakers is so personable and makes it worth banking and shopping here.
