Normally the customer service and staff is great here. Friendly, helpful, pleasant. Carrie, however, was unfriendly, rude, and seemed annoyed to be helping me. Her tone was rude and she never smiled once. She should be stocking shelves where she doesn’t have to interact with customers. Unfortunate because this is what may cause me to go elsewhere. If you don’t like what you do, do something else so you don’t have to ruin someone’s happy vibe because you hate people.

This Walmart Neighborhood Market is a nice store. It is clean and the isles are uncluttered. The shelves are well stocked. I have been there everyday for three days and it is never crowded. The restrooms are clean. The enterance kind of smells like a gym because of the rubber matting but the rest of the store is good. The worst thing about this store is the temperature. They keep it very cold so bring a coat. I heard another customer saying how cold it was also. There is handicapped parking by the front door and the doors are automatic.

I had a return I needed to complete and was told I couldn't return it at this Walmart because they didn't sell the item I needed to return. So after waiting 10+ minutes for their customer care desk to open at 8am, I have to drive even further away to return my item. When I started my Walmart return online, the website told me to take my return to the nearest Walmart and even selected this Walmart for me. Waste of time and money. Treat your customers better.

Great for convenience and a quick grocery trip. Only complaint is that it doesn't always have fresh cilantro and I buy that a lot. I like the long belt self checkout because I prefer to bag my own groceries. The check out people are always friendly and I never have to wait to long for my ID check when I ring up alcohol.

It used to have a deli, but they took it out. Which is why it only gets 4 stars instead of 5. It's a great store, always neat and tidy, the shelves and displays are always well stocked, and the restrooms are always clean. The store employees are all top notch, very helpful and friendly. The checkout line always move fast and there's always good parking. I also like that they allow groups such as the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and Knights of Columbus to hold fundraisers at the doors.

It's a Walmart, so don't expect too much. With that said this one is just a grocery store so it's less crowded and often cleaner than a supercenter.

Pandemic seems to have hit this Walmart hard...selections are down, but still plenty of food. Still occasional outages on things like eggs, but still a good value.... update: better now, my favorite place to shop...great prices and a much better selection.

Great Wal Mart for a quick stop. Every time I've gone (between noon and 7pm) they've had a parking space available near the front. They have quite a variety of goods even though it's a neighborhood market.

This store does not rotate foods properly. Went to get some yogurt and 7 out of 8 packs on the shelf had been expired for a month. Got grocery pickup and they gave me expired deli meat and mashed potatoes. Ive found cheese in store on the shelf that has been expired for 2 months. Be super cautious and check dates on everything at this store

I hate self check out, especially when I do my weekly grocery haul ($300+) a basket full, and I have to cram all my grocery in a belt, then scan them all.
It’s 1130am on a Wednesday and Kay tells me her line is closed, you have no check out lines open to Help such a large order?
Then as soon as I unload everything on the belt, there is another employee who took over check out, why not say: we are switching out people but please stay here.
Everything else about this marketplace is great- Hate Hate self check out when doing actually grocery shopping not just a quick one or two item pick up.

Only 2 lines open to have an employee to scan your stuff. Of course, self checkout is open with at least 2 employees standing around doing nothing but watching.
Do better Wal-Mart, I don’t work for Wal-Mart so I will not use self checkout.
I don’t mind waiting for an employee to scan my items. At least that keeps people a job.

This is the second time the same man that works there came up and literally stood by my sister and I to watch us self check out to make sure we weren't stealing. It makes us very uncomfortable when he doesnt do it to anyone else but as soon as we come to check out he stops what hes doing and just stands there pretending to be busy doing nothing while constantly glancing at us. I understand trying to keep theft at a low but must you make it so blatantly obvious that it makes us uncomfortable??

It's a nice clean store. I like that they added the bakery items to the front of the store. I knocked off a star due to some of their employees who pick for online pickup orders are always rushing and will pretty much run you over if you don't move. I've been run into twice by their carts. I'm an on-site customer shopping in their store and I often get pushed aside without so much as an "Excuse me". A little irritating. It's not a warehouse, it's a store and customer service goes a long way.

Lady at the service desk didn't let me exchange diapers because they weren't open yet at the desk. When I asked if a manager could, she said no one was there. Way to make it that much harder for a single parent Walmart.

This store sucks at keeping the shelves stocked. Every time I go there, they are out of something I went there for. I went there for mannacatti noodles today and heavy creme. No mannacatti noodles. Cool, u can improvise and use jumbo shells. Oh none of those either, but guess what, litterally 9 different kinds of spaghetti noodles on the shelves. It's rediculous. I have to imagine it's a management issue, but whatever it is it needs fixed

I never leave reviews but this situation definitely bothered me.
My husband went to the store to get some food for our family to have dinner. Upon checking out our Walmart gift card wasn’t working at the register. My husband called the number on the back of the Walmart card and verified that there was in fact funds on the card. I also double checked for him while he was there online myself and sent him the screenshot of the card balance to show the employee there so they could help him. He was treated very rudely and the staff member made a comment “it must be counterfeit” - (absolutely was racial profiling) and laughed. All he was trying to do was buy food for our family and was treated very poorly instead of being helped even after proving to staff there was money on the card! You definitely have some explaining to do as to why your staff thought it was funny for him to be treated so poorly and then laugh about it! A report and complaint will also be sent to your corporate office.
Please do better. There are so many families out here struggling and to be treated the way he was is not right!

Local SmallMart has basics for a good price. They completely rearranged everything in the store about a year ago and I still can’t find things I want. I go to the higher priced stores when I need tortillas and special items because I can’t find them at my neighborhood SmallMart.

It's 11:53 all I need is one sack of potatoes and the manager to the store is staring me in the face refusing to let me in. They also have a cashier that makes me feel uncomfortable to buy alcohol. They are always our of stuff. Poorly managed and they always have someone out front trying to solicit you.

I don’t come to this Walmart a lot because I don’t live in Bellevue but the few times I have I’ve never had an issue, until 3/25. I went in on March 25 which was a Sunday and grocery shopped with my three kids.
The cheese you see below is the cheese I picked up Sunday and I went to use it Tuesday. It expired on the 22nd which was already five days old and still on the shelf at Walmart, when I called the supervisor didn’t really seem like it was a big deal. Not too pleased

The Walmart Pharmacy has a VERY bad policy of advertising "Walk In's Welcome" for vaccines - that is bunk! Don't fall for the false advertising. We did a walk in for Covid vaccine because their website continuously dropped half way through process - we encountered their lunch break so we waiting 1/2 hour until reopened. Asked for vaccine - they asked if we had appt. When we said no - we were told we had to wait another hour 1/2 or make an appt. I was the only person at the pharmacy so I asked when was their next appt - not until 3 - and entire hour. Then they said they were busy filling prescriptions - remind you - I'm the only one there. Their DM called me and said they had a lot of customers in drive thru - remind you - I was the only one there. This is false advertising - I've heard other people get caught in that trap too - don't buy their false advertising - very poorly run!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely the best neighborhood market I've been to. I usually shop at the one on 50th & L, there always out of everything. This one had everything in stocks, and so nicely organized.

Long story short, there was a HUGE mess up with my curbside pickup order that ended up being delayed until the next day. The first customer service representative I spoke with was unprofessional & rude but I got I call back the next morning from a super sweet lady named Betty and she ended up making things right. Writing this review so Betty can get the proper THANKS that she deserves.

Bought a pack of cheese slices that were good until 11-6-21 according to the package. Called the store at 8:10pm to let them know the package was full of moldy cheese. The lady did not care and told me to call back tomorrow. Are you serious?? Lost my business.

Used self checkout with a belt that moves. Unloaded groceries belt did not move. Told person who was working in area. She said oh the belt dies not work. I had an injury to my back I have been waiting a week to get into the doctor. I also have fibromyalgia which my specialist whom my primary doctor referred me to and he gave me meds to help with the fibromyalgia. When to the doctors today he prescribed me a different medication to help with the muscle spasm and the back pain. Tyler the pharmacy told me to tell my doctor to get his act together because he didn’t know what he was prescribing. He said he called my doctor at 1:50 but they are on lunch at that time. So basically he is saying my doctor it not capable of reviewing a chart before prescribing medication. Tyler is extremely rude and has no compassion at all. If he can do something to hold your medication up he will but it’s okay. Good bless you and I pray you never get ill.
