Needed 6 of an item. Online inventory indicated 12 were in stock but I only found one at this store and it was in the wrong bin. Cashier suggested I go to the plumbing desk where I stood for 10 minutes. Finally found Stephen who confirmed his "counts are off". Suggested I drive 30 minutes to the next nearest store. Gee thanks Stephen. The next day the online count is still the same. Way to be proactive Stephen. The remaining 5 are now on the way from Amazon.

I ordered a small chest freezer that was in stock to be delivered to my home. Never got delivered by third party company nor picked up but was closed out as picked up. Third party company is a horrible company to deal with that Menard's has just started using. Did not find out about what was going on until late next day. Went to the store and spoke with an associate that did a little investigating. The order was done incorrectly when the delivery person refused as it would not fit in car (duh). I did get my freezer but my son had to take off work and borrow his company's truck to get the appliance to me. He has a great boss. Menard's made it right and now happy. If I had known the hassle of a unreliable delivery service they chose I would have rented the Menards truck for an hour and seen if a neighbor could unload. My husband can't because of heart issues and I'm crippled up. I'm happy and now I can plan my next spending escapade in the store.

I love coming to Menards. They have a well rounded selection for any home project, decor, garden, and more. I think they have an amazing selection of items. Stopping here always means I’m coming home with something. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

Horrible customer service there's a guy at the gate for order pickups that doesn't say anything even when you greet him. I've had to pick up a few online orders for my company last time I went I didn't get the guys name but he's older gentleman with glasses and long white beard was very rude. First he wouldn't take my paperwork wanted me to do his job and then when I corrected him on the company I work for he said "whatever" and pointed at the cart. I personally use menards a lot that's how my company found out about online ordering but I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere. And I'll talk to my company about doing the same.

I ordered a large amount of dirt vis the app. I went to the desk and was serviced by an employee named April. April was the rudest employee I've ever encountered at Menard's. Her constant eye rolling and muttering under her breath was frustrating enough without the heavy exaggerating sighing that she performed. I shop here all the time. If I encounter April AND her attitude again, I'll go straight to corporate. I spend way too much of my hard-earned money to have to put up with attitudes like that!

Doing a home project with my HVAC, and needed some copper pipe and fittings, have made a few trips to the store as I don't want to have to much extra, did a couple returns grate service, was back and needed some 1/4 in 90 elbows, nope don't carry them, no big deal, but I was concerned that one of the Associates suggested that I use a compression fitting to do the job, I politely told them that you don't use compression fittings at all on HVAC as they leave to much chance to leaking, you either braze or solder the connections. The Associate was adamant that every one uses compression fittings, and was not going to change there mind. If anything please train folks on the correct parts to use in certain systems especially HVAC. I have worked HVAC for more than 30 yrs and never have I seen a compression fitting used as a connector or joint connection in any HVAC syatems.

Went in for a propane exchange lady in the front yelled at me to take it outside because they watch the cameras and will get in trouble but i was trying to be helped by another associate and get my receipt while being yelled at. They could have at least offered to carry it for me as I have an injured wrist. So I had to drop everything and take it outside and come back in and finish the transaction I was in the middle of.

The store is always nice and clean and unlike lowes it's stocked and believe it or not again unlike lowes they have something called humans to help you find stuff and actually check you out. Wow human workers wish other places actually knew where to find them. Lol

Had a great experience last week in the Appliance section with Abby. She was Awesome! We purchased our entire kitchen suite of appliances thanks to her. It was later in the afternoon & she was very generous, she offered to look things up at different stores, pointed out other display models etc. I really appreciated her great customer service! Plus we received 11% off woot!

Don't rent equipment from this store!! Their expectation of "clean" for a floor sander is unrealistic and when you return said equipment and ask for direction on how to clean the equipment to their liking, they are unwilling to help... and then charge you an extra $20.

Cool place. Id pick Menards over lowes or home depot any day. Only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5 is because they're constantly understaffed. I am always hard pressed to find an employee. Which just tells me that they don't get paid enough.

Had to return this expensive glue that we didn't think would work and manager yelled at us no pets in store. Our dog is a service dog that we bring every where! He had his service vest on. I left the store then noticed the sign on the window that says "No Pets Allowed. Service Dogs Welcome". Well any way they lost our business as a customer between this ordeal and tripping on the side walk and about breaking my ribs on a basket cart one day and they never did a thing about it. Should sue them for both issues. They discriminated against our service dog.

We watched a man look at us and go back to laughing with his friends for way too long, before taking one second to scan his badge so we could get our stuff. So rude. AND the cashier took forever. Menards is by far my favorite home improvement store. The Bellevue store just built a second warehouse in their lumberyard, which helps them be more organized. They are remodeling the inside of the store, so everything is turned around but I expect great things when the renovation is complete.

Never park near their shopping cart corrals, they do not adequately keep the carts secured. Caused over $1000+ dollars of damage they will not cover. Not one, but two carts hit my car in the 15min I was in the store.

Menards is a great inexpensive, one stop shop for food, building supplies, electrical needs, automotive, household, lighting, outdoor and indoor needs, and even pet supplies.... They have 11% off on some weekends that save you even more money. I love shopping there. Employees are all very nice and know the products they sell. Highly recommend.

My son had a meltdown at menards in Bellevue..as we approach the cashier I immediately apologize for hunters crying… the cashier told me “ I don’t know how you do it, I have a headache he needs to get out of the store”.
