I lived in Vegas for almost 15 years and I recently started going to Cracker Barrel and let me tell you it’s honestly really good! The atmosphere makes me feel like it’s Christmas all year around it’s very cozy in there. The food is delicious every plate had a great taste. Breakfast was delicious, service excellent, and though prices were high, portions were generous. We thoroughly enjoyed the Fresh Berry French Toast (strawberries and blueberries topping cream cheese-filled French toast, offered with strawberry syrup, but served with maple syrup at my request) and Chicken-fried Steak with scrambled eggs, biscuit, sausage gravy, and hash brown casserole (not brown at all, but buttery and tasty). Our server was friendly and efficient. Wish I'd noted her name.

I wasn't sure what to expect. I enjoyed walking into a shopping area, before being seated. Lots of beautiful decorations for the coming holiday season. I was sad they didn't have much Snoopy items. We did purchase ornaments. Dinner was good we had chicken tenders, fry chicken. Reasonably priced. We mainly went for the shop.

Ms. Brigette is amazing. She’s very patient, polite and very helpful. Her customer service skills are 10/10. I’m from the south. I’ve lived in Vegas a little over 2 years and it’s very rare that I get good customer service and hospitality out here from my experiences. It was very refreshing to receive such hospitality and be served by someone so incredible. Me and my husband was very grateful for this experience.😊

Finally a good experience here. I have had previous unpleasant experiences at the location. (all server related. The food is always fabulous)
I had Kiara as my server. Friendly, thorough, and made sure all was well during my visit. My chicken fried steak was perfect. The biscuits are always fabulous. My faith was restored tonight. The prices are good too.

What happen to Cracker Barrel? I haven’t ate there for maybe 4 years and it always was tasty. The meatloaf didn’t appear done and the Mac and cheese didn’t have no taste at all. The beans were very watery with no flavor to it. I was very upset as I paid $87 for two meals that I can eat at all. What happened to a place that was once well known for what it worth the $87 for two meal that was under portioned and cost that much. I think I paid because of the brand. I know you guys can do better. If I was there I think it would made a difference. I won’t order it delivery only come in to be seated. The sides were cold and green had no juice in it. The only thing tasted great was my root beer and that was bottled. I think if you taste before you sent out any food maybe you could tell what it’s missing. All chefs taste and make sure the food is cook fully and not over cooked. The Mac N Cheese was over cooked and it had no taste of cheese of any kind. It’s more like no thought was put in it. If today prices is going to be on the high end then at least make sure quality of the product is higher the a C Grade level. I grade the food an D- because no thought or effort and the meatloaf was under done. I usually don’t grade but when I eat something that could make me sick I have to and I waited this long for food like 2 and half hours to get low grade presentation that comes from an well know brand. I hope management read this because I like to know who worked January 1, 2025 at 7:37pm because who ever let that food leave that store with food that is under cooked she be addressed. Even if the food was cold I don’t mind reheating but if it’s not worth eating it why reheat. Think about what happens if someone eats it. I won’t take a photo because I won’t tarnish your brand

I've only heard jokes, but this place was no bad joke ~ absolutely delicious; the pancakes had a "crisp" to them that rivalled even the fancy appetizers. I wasn't in a meat-eaty mood so to have such quality bread-y items was divine.

That's three pancakes by the way, with the scoop-of-butter and a singular bottle of syrup that surprisingly was exactly the amount I wanted and needed.

We sat at the checker-board table affixed to a barrel, right in front of the fireplace - which was even grander of an experience.
I personally loved the tools & such on the walls, as I'm quite interested in bushcraft and manual technology alternatives.

I thank ye much, and it gave the right dose of a Merry Christmas I was really hoping to experience!

Breakfast was supposed to be simple but the waitress or the kitchen couldn’t keep three of our orders correct. By the time I received my meal, after the rest of the family completed theirs, my gravy was congealed and my biscuits and apples were cold. Then when my food arrived my egg whites were runny. I walked out and my husband paid for the food. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel restaurant.

Had to ask multiple times for things. Didn't receive some of the sides that come with meal. Out of items and didn't find out until after we ordered and had to change the order. One person got their food at our table and the rest of us waited another 5-10 minutes for ours to come out.No steak knife with a steak etc. We went to pay and he had not put any of the items on the tickets so they had to go find him to fix it. My wife tried to address the issues at the register to let them know that our server was nice but seemed overwhelmed or maybe he was new and needed additional training. The lady acted like she didn't care and just said something about Saturdays are busy, he probably was overwhelmed and rang up the order. We usually like cracker barrel and stop there on road trips but don't think we will be going back to this location again.

This was a delivery order. 1st it’s not noted anywhere that they use Door Dash or I would have ordered directly through them. My food was barely warm, which is really the fault of Door Dash. I ordered mashed potatoes with sawmill gravy. No gravy and potatoes seemed like they were scraped from the bottom of the barrel. Catfish was just ok. Turnip greens were awful. I didn’t even try to eat the fried okra. My husband seemed to like his chicken and dumplings so that’s one good thing. I won’t be ordering anything from Cracker Barrel anytime soon.

There are two Cracker Barrel's in Las Vegas...one near Blue Diamond...and one in North Las Vegas!
We usually go to the Blue Diamond one...but they have poor management...Twice in Two weeks they have run out very early of the special of the day! Tuesday's is Country Fried Porkchops..love them! If you are running out then prepare MORE! How difficult is that! When they are out...we turn around and leave! Yesterday we had to drive 20 miles north to the other CB store!

Roxanne was our server. Love her. She made it a good visit. Love the ambience. You really need to make your biscuits big again. They are the size of hockey pucks now and don't even taste like biscuits. And start serving apple butter again with the breakfast meals. I quit coming to Cracker Barrel, in part, because of these 2 things.

Food was very tasty. Our pancakes had crispy edges which we love. The bacon was a little fatty, but very flavorful. Service was great and our waitress was very accommodating.
We wanted to use a gift card, but couldn’t. This is the second time we had difficulty using a Cracker Barrel gift card which is unsettling.
When I got home, I reviewed the product line from their store. Some of the items were cheaper online than in the store. (I carefully read the discount signs at the physical location.) I wasn’t happy about that. I do believe there should be consistency.

For the last 10 years I have had the individual warm Thanksgiving dinner from Cracker Barrel. This year the food was really off. Large chunks of uncooked onion in the dressing, sweet potato casserole had no brown sugar or pecans and green beans were flavorless. Cost was almost double from last year. It was clear inflation had hit Cracker Barrel. Hard.

We had a to-go order that was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The food was very well packaged and every order was separated so that it was easy to hand out what everyone wanted.

I would definitely recommend this place to others. We had come from So Cal to Vegas to visit my disabled brother and we wanted it to be a good experience. BTW The restrooms were nice as well.

Cracker Barrel WAS one of my favorite places to eat. It's not the place I once knew. I ordered the Chicken and Dumplings that I usually enjoy from there and it looks like dumplings floating in water with light yellow color water....this is not the Dumplings I knew of. Very busy on a Friday morning, Hostess was very friendly, but waitress seemed a little frazzled, and was a little abrupt when taking our order. Food was a little slow due to the crowd, but that was understandable. Ham was way over cooked on grandmas sampler, as was the sausage.

My server was polite but his service was terrible ...I was sat and waited 12 minutes precisely to be acknowledged (he only had 3 tables) so when he did acknowledge me he didn't apologize for the wait or anything he just asked was I ready and stood 2 tables away from me while he took my order ....from the time he took my order to the time 2 ladies was sat my food was ready so he went to their table WITH MY FOOD IN HIS HAND ((he had to pass up my table to get to theirs )) to apologize for the wait and soon as he was done dropping our food he would be right with them then he dropped my food there was more things that was minute that was basically human error ......so if I did return I will DEFINITELY be requesting NOT to sit with DANIEL

I ordered ahead so it would be ready. When I arrived 15 mins later the hostess had to wait about 5 mins for someone whom had just got to work to go back and check on my order. Then she went to check and never came back. Another lady came out and asked if I needed help and she then spoke to the hostess about not having wheat bread, then no white bread on the phone and in-between they continued to offer sourdough which I kept telling them I don't like sourdough finally I told them to give me a biscuit because at this point I've been standing there waiting for 20 mins. I then get my food and the extra crispy chicken that I ordered has been smothered in gravy (I did not order) and there is also a container of it in the bag. Also my food was cold. Maybe because they were so worried about bread and gravy.

It's not the quite the same. I had breakfast consisting of eggs bacon( ordered crisp) biscuits and gravey. The service was excellent, the eggs cooked perfect and the biscuits fine. But my bacon was not crispy, and my hashbrown potatoes were disgusting 😫 they had a terrible taste. Sorry, but I've been going to Cracker Barrel since the early 70s when the first was open in Lebanon Tennessee. I was trying to get Cracker Barrel here for many years since moving here 34 yrs ago from Nashville. Please forgive but much needed attention to the type of preparing with your original recipes. Cracker Barrel is slipping. Their food is not what it used to be.
Their prices had increased again.
The menu has downsized.
They have ruined their hashbrown casserole.
The dumplings are either watery or like paste.
We've quit going for breakfast but we still enjoy Friday fish.
Last night was the best meal we've had there in months.
Go by the parking lot. You can see the difference in the amount of cars there.

I called in my order with Duane and he took it with no issues getting the entire order correct and he verified before he submitted. He also gave me an accurate estimate so that I could plan properly to pick up my order.

Joslyn was able to fulfill my order in store with a bright attitude that will have me coming back for sure. Both of these customer service associates deserve recognition for their training and knowledge of the menu and customer service.

Very tentative to us, even though it was very busy, my drink was never empty. I was very impressed with her. We had a great time and browsed the gift shop before we left. Ugh everything was great except they forgot my mash potatoes and gravy. Please check your food before leaving. Seems to be the new fad.

The food! We love your catfish and go to get the Catfish. Will the cooks NOT put the green beans and corn on the same plate so that the catfish will not get soggy in the juices. They say that we need to tell them each visit. Wouldn't this be common sense if you're having fried Catfish. Made my meal horrible to eat.

The food was very good, the service was good, but I was very disappointed with other things when I checked out. Namely, I had brought an article of clothing that I had ordered from CB online to return it, but was only offered a refund of a small percentage of the cost that I paid for it. I also wasn't eligible, for whatever reason to get the $5.00 off for spending $25.00, an offer that ended that day, plus I wasn't able to redeem my rewards due me for having 75 points. I left feeling, I will not go to
Cracker Barrel again, which has been one of my favorite places to eat and shop.

I order a peach cobbler to go on the menu it says it has ice cream. I called and said I had no ice cream the manager Alejandro that was on site for 10/11/24 told me it has no ice cream over the phone. so you are telling me I paid 5.89 for small portion of cobbler with no ice cream. Never again stick to the menu and don’t over charge if it has no ice cream.
