Normally I don’t review clothing stores but this one location needed to be. It’s the first time I have been inside and normally I ignore these particular brand. I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised how organized and clean it was inside. Then the selection of clothing seems better than its competitors with more selections. Give it a shot. Prices are great!

Someone shoplifted... Cops are here, but 7 employees feel the need to go outside. Lmao... You called the cops for a reason, let them do their job and you do yours inside of the store.

Well, the only ones I saw were either on break or at the register.
The cashiers we're very nice and quick. The line was long and they kept it moving. Customer service didn't suffer for speed.
I took lots of pictures and some items with price tags.
Oh, women's shoes range from size 5 all the way to size 12. The size 12 shoes were the same styles as all other sizes so you're not stuck with big orthopedic shoes in a size 12.

Absolute anarchy. There was a line about 50-80 people deep. Only three registers were open. After 20+ minutes waiting and the line barely moved, I gave up!

So I still shop here just because it’s close to where I live but the huge issues there is that they always have 1 or 2 cashiers working while the rest of the other workers are just walking around the store doing nothing or stocking for absolutely no reason at all, if you see the line grow at least tell them to stop what they’re doing and help out at the cashiers and then go back to stocking, who ever the manager is there is doing a terrible job and need to hire someone who knows what they’re doing or at least lead

It was a very good experience because they do not have enough cashiers for a weekend working so a lot of them don't show up for work and that's how come it's not a lot of cashiers open but every time I have went there the line is always around the corner and I think it should be addressed they need to get people who would love to work it was several people in line saying that they need a job they were saying we will come because you do not represent perfectly Burlington I have been there several times and each time I visit to do shopping stand in line for at least an hour unless you find someone to make time go faster

I came into the store to look for a new back pack and upon entering I was met at the door by security who asked me to leave my backpack and then asked "well actually how long are you gonna be shopping" I told him as long as I need til I find my things I imagine and said it was fine to leave my backpack there because I was already getting a racially motivated vibe from the beginning and I didn't want any misplaced accusations as I was just there to aquire a backpack. As I left my back pack I asked him to keep a close eye on it because there may be a $450 dollar laptop in there and I don't want it missing. Upon gathering a few things I was met by the security guard (who seemed to have been spending most of his time by the women's dressing room and not watching my things) who informed me that I had to leave the store because there wasn't a laptop in my backpack! The their not only made me leave my things in his care! He went through them! Also he kept eyeing the little girls by the dressing room. The manager had his back with going through my things as well as ejecting me from the store. I asked for paperwork saying I am banned and they refused probably because they didn't want papertrail proof of the interaction. Young Hispanic prevention loss guard that was working the night of 08/18/2024 was so rude !! I pulled up at about 9:30 and he had already shut the doors 30 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING !! I went to Burlington to make a return and shop. As soon as I walked in the store and found out that the line was so long, it was all the way down into the store aisles. It was so long I decided I was not gonna buy anything. I had to stand in line to make my return what frustrated me is it took me at least almost a half an hour to get up to the register. People had loaded carts, and there was not enough cashiers. This happens quite often when I come in, however it’s mostly on the weekends. I don’t understand why you don’t have a dedicated cashier for returns. Why do I have to stand in this long line to return some thing ?

I went to this location around 930am, shopped around, then took my items to the dressing room only to be told that it was closed for an hour, and the reason given was that “someone needs to put away all these clothes.” There were so many clothes—about enough for at least 2 days, in my opinion. It’s also my opinion that those clothes should’ve been put away the night before and should not have cost me my opportunity to try on and purchase clothes in that moment. Very disappointing.

Burlington has a lot of variety, and prices are convenient, but its biggest issue is customer service, not because they're rude or disrespectful but because they only have 2 to 3 cashiers helping customers and when one of them has to go to break than only 2 are left. So, if you are there, then expect a waiting time from 20 minutes to 45 minutes to check out.

Burlington Coat Factory provides excellent value for the price, but suffers from poor management, often resulting in long checkout lines; introducing self-checkout options or staffing more than one checkout person, especially when the wait can exceed 30 minutes, could significantly improve the shopping experience.

The entrance and exit setup is unconventional, giving the impression that the store prioritizes security measures to prevent shoplifting, which unfortunately contributes to an unwelcoming atmosphere that can feel reminiscent of a less affluent area.

I have been shopping at this store for a while and I have never had such a horrible experience. I had a cashier named Anali at register six. Not only did she not greet us, she continued to talk to the guy standing at the checkout behind her and never even bothered to tell me my total just stood there staring at me until I told her to put in my number in which she couldn't do because she was so busy talking to everyone else. After I paid she proceeded to put my receipt on the counter and my bag on top of it until I told her to put it in the bag and even then she had an attitude and rolled her eyes. I was there 3/30/24 at 5:48pm I would highly suggest someone get her away from customers if she doesn't understand how customer service works.

This Burlington location offers a fantastic selection of items, but I'm rating it three stars due to the store's lack of organization. It's challenging to distinguish between women's, men's, and kids' shoes, with items like men's size 8 shoes ending up in the women's section and large size t-shirts mixed with small ones. After several visits, it's clear that a thorough review of the management practices is needed to address these organizational issues.

First time coming here to this Burlington store in North Town. The inside is clean and well organized, making the one on Nellis Boulevard look like a loser, and I wouldn't agree more how this store is more maintained and enjoyable. Unfortunately, like many other Burlington stores, the lines are unforgiving, with one or two people behind the register and people complaining. But I do manage to get three bar stools for $20 each, plus pay another purchase with card. It was all good.

Whats going on with this store??? Where is MANAGEMENT??? I was waiting in line for 22 minutes with 32 people in line behind me. Why is it that there is only 1 register open during business hours? ESPECIALLY around black friday / Christmas time. I was watching the cashier, a black women who had attitude btw, taking her time with each and every customer. No sense of urgency to HELP bring the line down. get the customers what they need and continue to do thier job. being efficient. The lady did 6 transactions and just decided in the middle of a rush to fold 3 racks worth of clothes. closing her register down. Folds about 7-9 pairs of clothes then finally decided to ask for help to open another register. the logic is just crazy to me here. I had only 2 items to buy but had to wait 22 minutes in a slow line, and 32 people PLUS behind me trying to get done with thier shopping. this store needs HELP. And new workers because this cannot be a place of business if the people that work there? Are un efficient no sense of urgency and attitude problems all around.

It's before noon on a Thursday. I've been standing in the checkout line for at least 15 minutes so far, that has at least 15 people ahead of me, that I can see. I'm not sure how many are on the other side of the racks behind me, and they only have two cashiers on (and not even their good ones). It's just the beginning of the holidays. Can you imagine when it actually gets really busy? I recommend going elsewhere.

It was horrible. There was people infront puting things away and only one young lady hispanic helping a lune for about 40 people. The line was really long. People was leaving the store very upset and the line was not moving at all. I went and ask the older women that was puting things away. can someone help her please because she is working alone and the line it is super long then she turn and said I know how long is the line but we are only three I replied yes but she is stuck and line not moving and you two are not helping her. People was very upset puting rhings away and I was to because we were 40 min in line. The women open the cashier but did not get to work then told the other one to open the cashier and began working but they looked very upset to work. This store is always the same I have been there few times and always people that have that bad attitude like they are not happy to work there and on top of that seems that she left the young lady that was all nervious working in her own. They never called the manager when I requested. They dont care about clients. People there complaining. Do not visit that awful store

I am never coming here again. It's Sunday, the line is huge and they only have 3 registers open like the last time I was here. I have seing people come in and leaving because they said the don't have time to wait in line The two previous times that I was here it took me 45 and 50 mns to finally get out. I would rather be looking for other items to purchase than to wait to pay. I came and saw the huge line and just told myself you have five minutes to get the jeans that you're looking for to wait 50 mns to pay. I remember I said wouldn't comeback but it was on my way home and I forgot. Next time with enough time I will go to the one on 5th and the 215 Fwy. There you get very fast service.

In line 30mins already. Called the store and noticed several females walking past and not answering it! Putting merchandise away vs helping this slow and timid young lady at the front counter. Get off your lazy cracks & do something besides pretending what you are doing is more important than helping folks get the heck out of here in a decent time frame!

Mala experiencia en la tienda de N. Las Vegas Craig/Clayton. Los probadores siempre estan cerrados, aun que si hay baños, los clientes no los pueden usar, la espera para pagar siempre es mas de una hora, solo 2 cajas disponibles muy poca para la cantidad de gente que hay haciendo una fila super larga, la ultima vez que fui hice la fila en vano pues despues de hora y media de esperar, dijeron que el pago tenia que hacerse con efectivo solamente, yo y muchos otros solo teniamos tarjeta para pagar. La manager en turno de el sabado en la tarde fue muy desconsiderada de no avisar y hacernos perder el tiempo, muchas personas nos salimos sin poder comprar lo que queriamos.

Over 30 people in line with 1 cashier. Several people stocking and organizing but line to actually purchase anything is a good 30 to 40 minute wait. The first time I experienced this was when school was starting but it's still the same way. Way under staffed.

Prices are OK about average with other discount stores. But their workers are rude,walk in front of you and no excuse me just expect for you to stop for them..unacceptable and heaven forbid if you ask a question nothing but attitude! and having only 2 cashiers is a joke. I had only 1 item, and it took over 30 minutes to get my one item paid for and leaving.(There were many that just left their baskets and walked off.)

I love to shop at the store but today I was very disappointed. They're dressing room is closed and the attendant said I could choose clothes, take it home, try it on and return what didn't fit. However upon check out I was told that anything that had a red tag could not be return and half of my merchandise had a red tag. So I wasted my afternoon and ended up not buying over half of my selection. I asked to speak to a manager to see when this would be resolved and there was none available.

This is the worst store ever 5pm on Wednesday August 16,2022 West Craig, you have 25 people in line and one cashier this is the worst I have never came to this store and it was 2 cashiers it's always been 1 and all these people in line you have no dressing room Do you even care about your customers it's a shame it is a shame and the security at the front door says oh it's corporate all is corporate you have no bathroom

Line so long and now down to one cashier. Ridiculous!! Poor management!!!!!!!

There are always only 2-3 cashiers. I went once at 11 am on a weekday and there was only 1! I went today and left after seeing the line was to the men's shoes section with only 2 cashiers!

Always is a one hour or two line, they make big profit and just spend on one or two cashiers, very bad

Terrible, always one or two slow workers, look like they hate they jobs. When they know it's peek time they need more cashiers, everyone should want to help to get the job done faster.

There is litteraly one register open they have no workers. Don’t go to this store!! Their manager is horrible they have 2 total workers here

The store it’s always messy and there’s only 2 registers open regardless of how the long line is; they never reopen the fitting rooms after COVID but the restrooms should be open the public; I can’t take my mom there anymore cause the employees won’t let her use the restroom ( and all Burlingtons are the same )
