Well, well, well… I must say I am definitely pleasantly surprised with my breakfast sandwich!
Well, let me go back to the beginning. First of all I was pleasantly greeted by the young lady at the counter. She started off with a warm welcome. … I was a little decisive when it came to what I wanted so I went with a classic plain doughnut. Then I thought well I might want something for later, so I got some munchkins.

I was very impressed at how clean the counters were…a lot of times when you go to these donut or coffee establishments,, the counters can be sticky from people making their coffee and not wiping down the counters afterwords . They made sure all the counters were clean and orderly.

Back to the sandwich… The sandwich was hot, fresh and virtually no wait time. For a Dunkin’ Donuts I was very pleased and when in a crunch for time, I will definitely be visiting at Dunkin’ Donuts again. I just hope and pray all of the Dunkin’ Donuts have the same standards.!!

Wow! Very very very disappointed Dunkin! What the heck are you doing? Since when is it ok to sell a product that is touted as fresh but is so stale it seems like a week or more old! We went to grab an after dinner treat for the family.... Got home.... and found the munchkins to be so dried out... hard... stale... and completely inedible. So very disappointing... America's favorite.... I highly doubt it! Definitely not my fav minus 10 would not recommend.... Just watch the videos you will see how hard and inedible these are! Do better Dunkin!

I don’t usually do this but this time I have to. Ordered on the Mobile app 20 mins ahead of time, get there and not have your order ready. Got my coffee after awhile and was still sitting waiting in the drive thru for my food, to the point where I literally just left without my food. I’m not the one to complain I usually just sit and wait but today I literally had to leave without my food. It took that long…coffee was fine well made but can’t be sitting around when one uses the mobile app to avoid all that…and by sitting around I mean sitting around over 10mins in the drive thru. Had the cars behind me honking at me as if I was the issue holding up the line. This was Friday morning around 9:30am

I love Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. Buying the ground coffee there seems very challenging to the workers...they have yet to get it right and give me the beans instead or have no idea that they sell ground coffee. Typically if they’re out of stock on an item, it’ll be replaced without me knowing since I order to deliver. Hopefully, that’s intentional and not a employee error. I frequent this place often for a morning fix and I’ve never had a bad taste in my mouth.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. Buying the ground coffee there seems very challenging to the workers...they have yet to get it right and give me the beans instead or have no idea that they sell ground coffee. I love dunkin donuts..but this location sucks. First off, they do a poor job making their donuts..many times i came here and got donuts with hardly any fillings, or little to no frosting, sometimes the frostings are poorly spread, also either their the box had gotten bigger or their donuts are getting smaller. There were times also when the donuts i got were hard as a rock.. Also everytime i go to the drive thru and tell them that i would like to pick the dozen donuts..they make you feel that its such a hassle..there were even few times that they told me i cant pick out the donuts if i go to the drive thru..and today i felt i was being scolded and told that if i say assorted..it means they pick out the donuts and not me.. I mean theres pinkbox and krispykreme just a block away from this place but i still chose to go to dunkin donuts because of the bavarian cream and maple frosted..but if things dont change in this store..i might just start going to krispy kreme or pink box instead..which my kids and my wife prefer anyways.

They were rude to me when I went back in to get my order corrected. They messed up two of my bagels with the wrong spread. When I went back in, they said it was my fault and I ordered the wrong thing even though my receipt shows otherwise. They were then out of the bagels we wanted after the mess up. I get that mess ups happen and even if they run out of something to correct the order however, they just said sorry and there’s nothing they could do. They wouldn’t give me anything else or refund me for the two bagels I didn’t get. Please just work on your customer service here.

Stale donuts, the drones cannot even make a simple chocolate beverage. These common core drones cannot even read the ticket to make the order.
I have tried to call the store about this, but they answer once and block the call.

I would never come back to give it a 2nd chance to impress my current feelings on my 1st time visit. The manager Terrence is a horrible example of a manager. Not only does he yell customers but he accuses them of things they didn’t do. He refused to serve us after yelling at us and encouraging his employees to do so as well. Customer service is important.

Was excited to stop by since we don't have Dunkin in Seattle, but the whole experience here was less than acceptable. I came by through the drive through, and right off the bat the gentleman took a while to greet us. After greeted, we had to repeat our order multiple times. A few items were unavailable which is understandable however limiting yourself to saying "we don't have that" isn't very customer friendly. After waiting for 10 minutes for him to open the window and take our payment (there was no cars in front of us by the way), then another 10 minutes for our stuff, I was yet again disappointed. I had asked for a regular coffee with cream and sugar and a shot of espresso but instead I got a slightly coffee tasking blend of hot water and creamer. Extremely disappointed and quite frankly will never come back to this location when I'm in Vegas.

I swear this store can't get it together. Stood there 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged that people were waiting on drinks. Then told us that the espresso machine was broken. Meanwhile one coffee came out in that 10. There was, who I assume, was a manager because she was quick to tell the guy installing a camera that the toilet was broken but she didn't even appear to notice that almost the entire staff was standing around or the 5 open tickets on the counter when they were doing so. It's a waste of time 9 times out of 10 going to this location.

We only started going to this location because it’s literally within walking distance of our house. But time and again they would get my aunts orders wrong. And they were simple orders too, nothing ever complex, and they would still get them wrong. Most of the time my drinks were okay but lately they’ve been lacking on mine too. So I’m not sure if it’s the training or the little kids they’re hiring there but I think that some of their area or regional managers need to come in and supervise for a week and see how horrendous it’s become. I mean I’m all for giving younger people a chance at a job but at least give them the proper tools and make sure they’re ready before you give them the reins to a store. Will finally be taking my business elsewhere, it’s just become ridiculous.

i ordered a hot mocha, and salted carmel, which was advertised on windows as I walked in....clerk and mgr advised me that salted Carmel wasn't on menu any longer, so I Ordered 2 hot mochas, and donut holes....mgr asked me if I wanted
Creme and sugar, I said no thanks,
Clerk gave me the box w donut holes and I waited while the mgr made the coffee drink I requested.
The mgr gave me the drinks and I proceeded on with my day....until I tasted the watered down hot chocolate,without the slightest hint of coffee....what a waste of time

I rarely leave reviews but wow the customer service here has become terrible. There are times when I'm the only person at the drive through when they take my order, and then when I pull up to the window they stare at me and ask again what my order was. Other times they are incredibly slow and inefficient at taking orders and sometimes give me coffee that tastes water-downed.

People are rude and there are young people working there that do not pay attention to the drive-thru properly or when an order is taken they're standing around while one person is doing a lot of the work. Set in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes before they took my order and then drop my food in front of me on the counter just picked up the box and handed it to me anyway does the food was messed up inside that I didn't want to wait any longer we just repaired it and ate it. Horrible experience never any managers available during the day. This Duncan needs a lot of help

All I have to say about this location as they need to speed up the drive-thru.

Yet here I am again on 01/05/22 the employees at this location are extremely rude. My coffee was messed up and the female gave attitude saying it wasn’t messed up. None of the employees wear they’re face mask correctly. Who hired these individuals that don’t care 🤷🏻‍♀️ that only care to collect a paycheck. There’s never any management present and if there is they never speak up. Absolutely horrible location. I will be contacting District

If you’re in a hurry do not go to this Dunkin’ I’m truly disappointed with how long they make you wait, this is not the first time either it’s been every time I come. They only take 1 to 2 cars at a time and those cars will be there at the window for 20+ mns and they make you wait to place your order as well, until those cars are done. Then once you order they make you wait at the window for a while too. Then pray they make your order right. I was thinking maybe they have a huge line inside but drove by the front parking lot empty and didn’t look busy. I wish there was another location close to us but there isn’t idk what is going on with this location but it sucks. Also would like to add ive been there when it’ll just be me and another car infront of me and I’d be there for a good 20 mns waiting. They also do not apologize for the wait or anything.

Thank you Ashley! Was served a lukewarm latte in the drive thru but they fixed my order right away & made me a fresh hot Toasted White Chocolate Latte. Great service for being so busy & under staffed during the pandemic. Thanks Dunkin!

I am so tired of this Dunkin messing up my order! It’s almost every time I go there something is wrong. Today I ordered a medium coffee with oat milk and flavor shots, well the coffee I got was black. Nothing added. I also got a wake up veggie egg white wrap with NO CHEESE because I’m lactose intolerant. This is NOT the first time that they still put cheese when I asked for no cheese, so now I don’t get to have breakfast. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Worst experience ever..waited in the drivethru for about 10 minutes, and I was the only person in line, and still was not helped lol. I had to pull up to the pay window ,the employee looked at me and did not help me smh. Finally I waved down an employee , she asked me if I was picking up a mobile order. I told no that I simply want to order coffe and a bagel. So she helped me out with that. After patiently waiting about 15 minutes I received finally received my order. Just to find out that my coffe was warm and not hot and also missing sugar, my bagel was burnt and barely had any cream cheese

I really hate that I have to leave this review, but I was truly disappointed with my food this morning. First they gave me warm and not hot coffee, I had to make a U turn to go back to get hot fresh coffee. My favorite avocado toast had a nice presentation but was on stale bread that I don’t think was toasted, just stale. It was hard as a rock and I didn’t want it and was almost at work when I decided to eat it.
I love Dunkin’ but it’s not the first for the toast and shame on them for knowingly serving warm coffee. I’m disappointed. The Donuts is what saved them from a one star review. They were actually fresh.

Rude employees!! Every single time I come to this location, employees are beyond rude and rarely get the order right. Customer service apparently is not a priority

I walked up to the counter and was asked to wait and that the staff on cash would be with me in a minute. She had cash drawers out on the counter so I assumed it would indeed be a minute. I ended up placing a mobile order cuz I figured it would be a little quicker to get my order in. It was, because when I was done she still wasn’t ready. It did not help Steph (another staff) came over to have a conversation with her, presumably related to staff scheduling. The team member behind the register pulled out her phone and stated she didn’t have so and so’s number so Steph hollered to ask. I just leave them alone and go to the pick up area to wait for my order where Steph greets me with a “can I help you?” “just waiting to pick up an order” “…Do you have a name?” I sure do, but thanks for asking that way. I gave her my name and order number and she responds, “oh, this just came in.” I proceeded to wait for my order to be made. It did seem like the staff could use a coffee as it was a bit of a drag. I watched them fill a mobile order placed after mine before they completed my drinks. And when the order was ready it was placed on the counter and still not given to me until another staff asked Steph to assist me. Haven’t tried the coffee yet. We all have bad days, clearly I am having one too. Keep your head up, guys. A hello or a smile, even behind a mask, could go a long way.

Doesn’t seem to matter what day of the week or what time I go, they are always out if their most popular donuts. This last time was at 8:00am. What kind of a donut shop runs out that early. Won’t be coming back. 5 times being disappointed is enough
