Pleasant staff, clean and patient especially when you have quite a few orders. Definitely recommend! Coffee is better. I wish there are more Dunkin Donuts out there.

This is a new location that I didn't know was here. They are doing great and the quality is what you expect from the company. They are very helpful and the location is very clean. Wifi is free and it so far was not busy when I came in. Great spot to stop if you like the familiar brand. This part of of the city is revamping and this place is a welcome addition.

Love that Dunkin donuts. I keep it simple. I just want that chocolate. I just want the coffee black. No cream. No sugar. If I want a milkshake, I go to dairy Queen.. many coffee purveyors often ask " what flavor do you want the coffee?". I always say..... " May I have some coffee flavored coffee?". Go to the DD now.

We stopped here on our way out of Las Vegas to use the bathrooms. The space was so clean and the staff were so kind and friendly we ended up having an extended breakfast stop.

The team member serving us took a lot of care in taking a complex order from all our family members. They were extremely accommodating and even used their phone to show our kiddo photos of items that weren't pictured on the overhead menu.

All of the other staff were VERY friendly. We were wished farewell by many people. One employee who was completing some work in the parking lot waved to us to say bye.

We ended up ordering more and staying longer than we had intended. This was a world class customer service experience.

This is the best Dunkin' Donuts in all of Las Vegas the staff here is truly amazing! They must handpick them. They are so friendly, and professional in the store and in the Drive-Thru, you get what you order. Coffee is always fresh. I order my coffee a particular way with cream on the side I buy bags of coffee beans. I go at different times of day and night same phenomenal service every time. Just stopped in to treat some doughnuts for the family and the next thing I know the girl (Rosa) behind the counter talked my buddy and I into another assorted dozen, 2 breakfast sandwiches (the sausage and egg croissants were awesome btw) and 2 bottles of orange juice. It was great! She greeted my buddy and I with a smile and laughed with us. Bottom line? A great place to go and I'm going back in there next time I'm back in the area. I recommend it.

I am rating coffee! I wont name the other very popular, overly priced, over rated coffee shop but that is the comparison. I dont care for bitter coffee. Some places, ehem, have a bitter aftertaste..Dunkin has a nice smooth taste. I've purchased their coffee beans at the store and the taste remains constant. They have lattes, candy tasting drinks and overly sugared carbed drinks for those pretending to like coffee, but for those who want to appreciate a smooth cup of coffee, reasonable prices, thumbs up for Duncan Donuts 👍

What an outstanding experience! Dunkin’ original brewed coffee is still the best on the market. After some back and forth ordering I settled on a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel and 10 munchkin donuts for the kiddos. Huge hit! Great service by the young ladies working the registers and seemingly doing it all! The owner even happened to be there and came out to see how things were going. Very clean, very personable. Definitely returning!

I ordered 2 iced coffees, 2 breakfast sandwiches and a order of hash rounds. The hash rounds were black (like burnt) but COLD! How does this happen? My guess is they accidentally burnt them and left them under the A/C for a while because they were so cold even to the touch, it was absolutely disgusting. Then, BOTH breakfast sandwiches were decently warm, but also BURNT. When we biten into them both sandwiches literally crumbled and all you could taste was burnt bread. From the outside they looked fine, the burned bread as from underneath somehow. Luckily the coffee was good and we were able to drink the coffee to get rid of the horrible burnt taste from the food. Why would a place like Dunkin Doughnuts serve something this bad? How can they allow these employees be this inconsiderate and careless? This was beyond horrible. The coffee was delicious but not delicious enough to go back now especially with 2 different coffee chains right around the corner. I may try it out 1 more time in the future in hopes they properly train the employees but it will be a good while from now.

I stopped in to the new East Lake Mead Blvd. Dunkin Donuts across from North Vista Hospital to buy a few pounds of Original Ground Coffee. There I was met by two young great workers who were running the store on Sunday. Clemente and Angel. They were super friendly, accommodating everything I wanted and very professional.
