Had to review because the bacon Gouda egg sandwich, which is my go to breakfast item, was the absolute best of all time. For some reason the eggs tasted real. Like homemade very fluffy scrambled eggs.

Ps still not happy about the toffee syrup being discontinued. That was the best thing you had going. It drastically improves the taste of so many drinks. All my drinks have been basic and boring since this happened

Yesterday 12/18 around 7:15am I had placed a mobile order to pick up. I entered the store with my 5 year old, we grabbed our drinks and snacks and proceeded to the door when a man INSIDE the store opened it for us, I politely said thank you and after walking out the door I realized he was a homeless man. I have been to this location multiple times and I have seen homeless come in and out the store using the restroom or loitering and the employees don’t say anything. Well yesterday this homeless man followed myself and child to my vehicle and as I put my son in his car seat he asked why that man is standing there looking at us. He was maybe 6ft behind me mumbling words. I hurried into the car and he walk around to my passenger door and I locked my car multiple times so he would hear it. I got close to my window and was looking in. Then another car came up and the homeless man proceeded to walk behind my car and just stand there where I couldn’t back up. He finally moved but I now do not feel safe exiting my vehicle at this location. The homeless loiter outside in the mornings all the time whether is panhandling or what. As a mother with a small child I was scared and now a new core memory of fear has been placed upon my small child.

There was a long line in the drive-thru so I decided to get off and place my order since it was 1 coffee. After 15 minutes passed I asked a batista if she could please check on my order. She said I'm backed up right now so I wouldn't be able to do so. I waited 10 more minutes still nothing. I went to the cashier to cancel my order. The girl seemed very intimidated by the batista to ask her about my order. Batista said I'm almost done with your order do you still want to cancel? I decided not to be rude and take the order. However they need to work on their customer service. This is the third incident in this location. Unfortunately I live 2 blocks from this Starbucks. But I will continue to drive to other locations.

The baristas are helpful and attentive, mobile pickups are usually fast and efficient during the mornings or late afternoon, and the store is mostly clean from the top down. Always recommend coming to this location for great coffee, teas, cake pops, and frappucinos! I advice ordering iced coffees, teas, or drinks with light ice or no ice to save a bit of money. Always entered to find a welcome atmosphere, friendly smiles, and excellent customer service!

Customer service is always good. The employees are always with a smile and courteous. I got 3 drinks, a vanilla bean venty, a caramel Frappuccino venty, and a frozen dragon fruit, which unfortunately they didn't make it the way it was supposed to be, because it was all foam and didn't have no ice at all. To wait 40 minutes for 2 coffees that were never made is insane & for their manager to say “it hasn’t been 40 minutes” when I acknowledged I had been waiting for 40 minutes is also crazy. I ordered my drinks at 10:24 and left at 11:04, if we know how to do proper math that is… 40 minutes, correct? As a person who purchases Starbucks on a daily basis I won’t be returning to this location.

I put an order in through Uber Eats. I ordered a vintage coffee and a blue berry muffin. I recieved a small coffee and bran muffin. I paid 17 dollars for something I didn't order. Normally really good, employees are always happy. Last three days have been an outlier. I had to complete a dash so I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew 3 days in a row and got 3 completely different drinks. First day I got a cold brew with vanilla cold foam. Second day was perfect. Third day it was bitter and they forgot the vanilla. I guess it makes it exciting 😂

Let's talk terrible service and the fact that the water district should come check this place out. My sister and I pulled up to order from the drive thru and as we are placing our order the sprinklers come on which should all be a drip system considering the landscape. But two lines are shooting in the air one is a waterfall engulfing the drive thru speaker where the interior of her car became drenched immediately. We needed 6 drinks and only placed the order for 3 of them when this started. We asked to pull up to complete the order as it was impossible to even have the window down a half inch with the amount of water coming into the car. We were told that is not an option. Needless to say we were baffled by this and it was impossible so we had a few options physically keep getting soaked, roll up the window and wait, or just pull up and let them see the state of the impossibility and see if we can finish the order at the window. Keep in mind there were no cars in the drive thru prior to our arrival nor behind us. We pull up, my sisters arm is soaked, the interior of the car is soaked and the guys says, you can't finish your order here so we told him to cancel it and we went to Aliante where oddly enough we did not get soaked. Fix your sprinkler system!

Ordered shaken espresso, gave me no milk when I asked for 2%. The default milk. Got a ham and Swiss baguette with 3 siracha on the side, and was given no siracha and food is cold. Spent more time writing on the delivery bag than actually preparing the correct order. Terrible service. Go to Starbucks on Centennial, or even a smiths or target.

If it’s not one thing it’s another with this location, the staff always forget or intentionally forget to add what I always pay for! I promise there’s always something missing or wrong with my orders ! I pay for 2-3x extra dark caramel and to line the cup and it always fails. I’m not saying all the staff are horrible but some are ! Plz workers if you are going to work at a fast food place out some effort into your job or position . If you are miserable with your job look elsewhere! I work hard for my money to be getting played like this ! Get it right , pay attention to our orders , they aren’t yours to do whatever you want !!

Best starbucks ever, and the staff is so sweet and kind always greets you with kindness. I havent met a better starbucks with barristas as kind as the ones at this location. Only downside is that management does yell at the team often and it makes me uncomfortable. Not sure if shes just joking around and thats their vibe but from the outside in it does seem unfair. Anyways drinks are always great and if they missed something they always are welcome to help and fix and issues. This has been my go to starbucks for the past year and a half and i come everyday sometimes even 2-3x a day 💗

I have never received such wonderful service all around from any Starbucks that I have been to, and I have been around the country. This store is the reason that I keep coming back. So thankful for the employee today that went the extra mile to find the cup I had desperately searching for.

The girl working the register was super cool and doing her best. However management staff is super rude to their employees. I heard her yell at her employees at least twice. Nobody wants to work in a hostile environment. They need to treat their employees better, then they wonder why they’re always needing more people.

Out of the 10 times I went there. They consistently messed up my order. They all need to be trained and how to work the register. Order cold brew no cream sweet form and liquid sugar keep giving me CREAM, It's on the cup NO CREAM. Keep getting cream. I'm done they don't read I guess. This is what you order I'm said no and I waited 15 minutes and you made it twice wrong. Then she opened sugar packets I said liquid. I can't. One time I ordered regular ice coffee light cream she gave me heavy cream. I don't understand. You don't want it no.

I ordered through my mobile app at 8:28am as I am on my way to dropoff my child at school. I waited 20 minutes for my order I got my sandwich but no drink wasted 150 stars for nothing (sausage sandwichand mocha cookie frap)..... I waited until 8:53am and left. If you go to this store go through the drive through they seem to get served 1st. I will be going to another Starbucks. if you have the time to wait for awhile drinks are good here. if your are on a time schedule do not come to this starbucks....

This Starbucks disappoints every time. Today was the worst. i ordered coffee travelers at 5am for school. got there at 6 :15 and they told me oh we have no travelers we cant make it.

no phone call no message nothing.

And to top it off they were oh we tried to call other stores but they didnt answer.

Usually pretty friendly staff but avoid this location if you have anywhere to be at a certain time. They might either be short staffed or just unaware that putting some pep in their step could generate more business. It’ll take 20 minutes to get through 4 cars. If I see more than five people in line on my way to work I won’t stop here

I walk in to the store and was yelled at you need to have a mask 😷 i shook my head in acknowledged (i left it in the car) so i turn to go grab it and then with a condescending tone of voice said have a great day. Like was not ok at all to bark at mii for a simple mistake i respect the mask mandate and was going to retrieve mine from my car but for her to speak to me in such a manner with blanketed disrespect was simply unacceptable if i was to return the same tone of voice or speak back in the same manner id be deemed an unruly customer....i believe she need an refreshment course in customer service if she can be a decent person

This location was great they listened to our order and did what we asked for without any issues or pushback on the extras like caramel sauce wich is the hardest to get the right amt since its not pumps so its their discretion and they are pretty stingy at alot of locations and act lile its not their jobs to make it right, one of the other locations charged me for all the extra caramel and then i got the 2 drinks and no caramel was on the bottom at all and when we asked for more gave a little swirl on top amd especially after paying extra and over $20 i expect to get what i want within reason. But this location is NOT like that. I give them a 👍 👍 👍!!!

I placed my order. Got my order and paid at winduw. The barista at window had no shame on asking me if I wanted my change back? Very unprofessional. I guess he wanted to keep change as a tip. Wasn't much. But just the unprofessional approach...so I said why would I not want my change? He said oh ok here's your change what a very unprofessional action.
