The store is always spotless and clean.
There are the usual brand cups, mugs, and whatnots to shop for neatly stocked on shelves in the lobby.
There are simple hot and cold menu items from bagels to sandwiches. They'll gladly heat up and toast your bagels and sweet treats.
There's WiFi available free of charge as well as clean tables to put your laptop on.
They don't rush you to finish your coffee and sweets or sandwich so relax.

I didn't have a good experience. The drink that I order at least 3 times a week was make a lot different. The lady gave me a venti size cup with a third of the cup empty. And another third taken up by Kohl. So I probably got 1/3 of coffee. She told me the drink I ordered "Normally comes in a tall".. Soooo why did she sell me the Venti? I always order venti size and my cup is filled. I also ask for it upside down but I didn't even get cold foam... I already drove to their location. Which isn't in my area, but in order to have my drink replaced, customer service had me tap dancing, giving the store a number giving the time sending a copy of the receipt. I was not impressed. There are a lot of other things I could. Do if I was cheating other than get a starbucks drink. I know it may be protocol, but they never asked me for it before. They just asked for which store. I have it on my app but it was a lot to waste my gas not to get the drink I asked for and when I inquired. The lady seemed unwilling and unyielding as if she knew I was wrong about the drink I get all the time. She didn't say anything after placing the drink on the counter she just walked away...

I thought it was just me having a bad day but I come here to leave my review and notice a trend in horrible customer service with this location. I ordered a bacon, sausage egg wrap through DoorDash, when I opened the bag, no wrap in sight, instead they threw in a tiny egg sandwich a quarter of the size of what the wrap usually is and didn’t not even bother to refund me the money for the wrap which cost twice as much than what I actually received. Never again.

The lady at the counter charged me 20 extra dollars. I basically paid for the young man in front of me because the cashier was too incompetent. I had a somewhat large order and did not realize I had been over charged until it was time to pick up my order. The young man obviously had no money and could not pay for his 20 dollars worth of food and drink. After the young man ordered, the cashier asked who else was ready to order so I told her we were waiting for the kid to finish his order. The cashier told me he was finished, so, I assumed he had paid for his own order. I had no idea she added my stuff to his. When I informed the cashier she had incorrectly put the young man's order with mine and I overpaid, she looked at me confused. I just left before getting refunded due to the fact she told me to wait and the store was busy. It is unacceptable Starbucks employs people who are incompetent. I generally do not do reviews, however, I do not pay for someone else's order. There was no reason to believe the young man was with me, I never once interacted with him. I will never return to this Starbucks location again.

So this one particular store at 1380 West Cheyenne. In Las Vegas, Nevada Informed me, That it Is Against the law for them to supply me with hot water to make my coffee , that they could only give me room temperature water. Who drinks hot coffee at room temperature ? so I went to another business and they gave me a cup of hot water and cream to make my cup of joe

On September 14th at 5 pm , I went to this Starbucks location to participate in the buy one get one free drinks as part of their fall promotion. Unfortunately the manager was very rude and didn’t let us get the drinks we want , she stated that the iced chai wasn’t included. In the fine print the iced chai is included, we tried to show her but she refused to read it . Instead of being professional and cordial, she raised her voice and shut the window on us . I’ve never had an unfortunate experience as such , and I don’t understand why it escalated, I just wanted an iced chai which is apart of the promotion.

I do mobile order often and this was the first time I went to this location and the first time I've had a negative experience. My order was estimated to be ready by 7:55 and I arrived just past 8 am. My food item was at the pick up but my drink was missing. I asked one of the baristas about it and while she made eye contact as I showed her that my order had two items, she effectively ignored me. She continued making drinks and I just stood there as they pumped out drinks that were time stamped much later. It was about five minutes until a different barista asked how he could help me. I explained that I was waiting for my drink and he asked his colleagues, including the first barista I spoke to and she said she didn't know what I ordered. Ultimately, he made my drink but I spent an unnecessary ten minutes in the shop where I was ignored by three different baristas after telling them my order was incomplete. There was no apology and no acknowledgement of an error. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service at this store and will not be returning to this Starbucks again.

First girl In the drive through was really disrespectful , no manners at all . once I pulled in and asked for one second so I can place my order she waited then had attitude. After that I pulled into the drive thru window she cursed a few times.

I order a Trenta Vanilla cream cold brew coffee thru Uber Eats. When I opened the bag the cup had ice, cold foam & caramel drizzle. NO COFFEE. I called the store & the girl that answered said she knows there was coffee in there because she made it herself. I put a review in thru Uber Eats. I also requested the Uber driver call me. Never heard back from this store or the Uber driver. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Slow service. Always out of stock! VERY rude customer service from staff & management. I ordered a grande vanilla iced coffee with cream; they’re out of vanilla, per usual… cool. I asked for a grande iced coffee with cream & 3 pumps of white mocha, venti cup xtra ice. They gave me a black coffee with 1 pump of white mocha. Not only did they charge me .60 for the sauce in my coffee which NEVER happens when I order this drink, they told me if I wanted cream, which is included with the coffee any other time I order, I’d have to pay an additional.60 for it. This came from management! I did not know I was charged for the sauce OR that it was made incorrectly until I left and checked my mobile receipt. They did not provide a receipt or label the cup because they’re scammers. Clearly, the manager here is more focused on bonuses and collections by overcharging customers & keeping inventory low. I came by last week for a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and they were out of caramel and crunch. Go figure. Lazy, rude staff. I asked for a refund & returned the coffee after speaking with the manager and he returned the coffee back to me with a side of cream instead of refunding me. I shouldn’t have to argue with baristas before work over wanting cream in my coffee. I’ll never return to this location.

I have never been more disgusted in my life at the lack of respect this Starbucks shows their customers, AND their employees. I’ve never seen a leprechaun before in my life but one came out handing me my vanilla bean frappé, shirtless and sobbing. He begged me to free him and in exchange he would give me gold. I told him no, I don’t accept money from strangers, but I could sneak him out. He then asked me if I could help the rest of his friends and siblings out. Obviously I said yes and he led me to the basement where I saw a bunch of enslaved leprechauns working themselves to death. They haven’t been paid at all nor have they left the building since they’d been caught. Despicable.

The employees tried to close the store 15 minutes early by locking the door and shutting off the lights. We went thru the drive thru and they turned that off too right after helping the car in front of us. When we pulled up to the window they pretended they weren’t there and kept peaking around the corner. Finally they opened the window (still 10 minutes before closing time) and said they were out of hot drinks.

This Starbucks is chaotic. People’s to-go orders and mobile orders were all over the tiny little counter space clogging up the window where they deliver drinks. Other people were handling the drinks, lifting them up to check/touching the lids. Cashier double charged me and duplicated my drink order, didn’t notice until I left.

I'm a big coffee drinker!! And I drink the same thing EVERYDAY!!! But this location is not up to the Starbucks standard. I wanna order what I want without them telling me they don't have it, because they don't wanna brew it. Lazy!!! In the picture there's 4 cups of coffee, but I only ordered 2. They tried to give me something that I didn't order to pass for what I did order. STOP DOING THAT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! People that really drink coffee will definitely know the difference. Skip this location and go to another starbucks... The wait is always longer for some reason, they are unprofessional and on top of that your drink will be served to you at boiling temp..... So you won't be able to even drink it for another 30 minutes

I asked and paid full price for a venti with no ice like always. Their employees are so spiteful they gave me a half full venti cup without the ice, I guess their way of messing with us was to give me a half full cup because it didn't have ice...which is not at all ok when I paid almost $6 for a venti like I said we've never had an issue with that before. I very politely returned it and asked that it be filled because I paid for a venti. Meanwhile they were laughing in our face and mocking us they gave me a new one that still wasn't what I expected. I would give them a zero stars if that was an option!

I love coming to this location. The drinks always taste perfectly and the people in the drive thru are always super sweet 😊. Some locations in town you can tell the coffee is either burned but this one is always amazing. Thank you!!!
