The manager at this store is extremely rude/mean to customers for literally no reason at all. I have had to stop coming to this location because even ordering for pick up does not prevent me from having an unpleasant experience every time I go. You can’t even check to see if it’s your name is on a drink without her yelling at you “that’s not yours!” Like you can’t even check if a drink is yours or not. She literally goes out of her way to say something snarky or unnecessary to every single customer. I used to love coming to this location until she started working here. It’s just so unfortunate.

One time I ordered for pickup in the morning. I show up and the Starbucks is closed but the manager is there. She then proceeds to yell at me for placing the order and demands that I cancel the order becuae she’s not open and it’s not suppose to let me order for pick up. She’s yelling at me like I turned on her availability at the store…. So then she proceeds to loudly complain the entire time while she’s making my drink to me and TO OTHER PEOPLE AT THE SMITHS about how I had placed a pick up order. This lady is insane. Absolutely atrocious.

Sorry to say my last visit was cut short. 4 police SUVs with officers in the parking lot. One guy in hand cuffs . Drive through closed for business.

They ran out almost of everything. got my drink ordered wrong. I would like to email to Starbucks owner if anyone have the email or phone number to contact to give some feedback. the drink I pay for, after was told they don't have anymore they have. I don't why would you make this drink if don't have anything. I was very disappointed. Do not come this place it can ruin your morning, go find other Starbucks.

While I really enjoy Starbucks and the food options are great, I will say this, if you have any dietary restrictions just make sure you're extra thorough when asking the contents of items. I tried one of the burritos and when I asked the batista what came in it, she told me bacon, Potatoes and eggs, which is fine, but as it turned out it also contained sausage which is something I personally don't eat. My friend ended up eating it, but I did have to get a different item on the menu due to that.

They slow af and will literally ignore your presence because they’re so slow and backed up. I so badly wanted to ask for my money back but didn’t want to wait an additional 30-45 mins for that. I have been to this exact location a few times and they’ve been slow as hell unless the girl with the two ponytails and hair color is there. I have officially decided not to stop at this location if she’s not behind the counter !!

Please stop making my drink incorrectly!! I order an iced London fog latte and by the time I get it all the ice is gone its barely cold n super watery not like any of the other locations.. very disappointing considering I go here almost daily and this is my favorite drink.. idk if they aren't steeping the tea long enough or not adding enough ice or both but please please fix it I do really like going to this location the people are very nice and polite I will always tip just please.. stop giving me a barely cold watered down iced drink with completely melted ice. The 8ce normally last for a good minute so to get it from the drive thru like that just isn't right.

Took a while because they were still training the girl making the drinks. All of the drinks tasted like coffee, even though we asked for decaf. It doesn't taste like coffee at the other Starbucks. They also messed up the strawberry creme Frappuccino

Arrived at 8:45 pm to go to Starbucks. No one there. At 8:59 I see that a lady called jayda is there and I ask for an espresso explaining that we must have missed her when she left and she insists that she was there the whole time and I couldn’t see her due to dim light. Very disappointing.

My 92 year old friend and I go through the drive-through here sometimes. There can be a bit of confusion about what we want but the staff is always so sweet and patient! Great service and location.

I received poor service. I stood there with out any acknowledgment from Chaz, the young man making the drinks. There was no one at the cash register at that time. One of the Smith's employee's came AFTER I did mind you and he attended to him right away, never once saying anything to me. To his credit he was making drinks for previous customers but it would have been nice to have been acknowledged. I've always received great customer service from all Starbucks employee's so I was really surprised and very disappointed.

I’ve probably been to this location 6-7 times and the food availability is sad...double smoked bacon and cheddars are never stocked and usually the entire food case shows 3 maybe 4 items. Very bare :/

The staff is great, but it is a kiosk, so the service is slower than expected. There's usually one barista, sometimes two. Please be patient with them. Also- be kind.
