The food and drinks are fine when you finally get them but service and wait times are unacceptable. You have lost a loyal customer for life. This is my closest location being only 5 minutes from my house but I will not be back. There is always some issue or another. Rude baristas or extremely long wait times. Today I waited 30 minutes in drive through line for a single drink and it was the last straw. If I had that kind of time I would go to Dutch bros.

No consistency on drinks are made, one day it will be perfect the next day it’s like the barista was stingy with the ingredients. I’ve come several times and had my drink messed up, it’s truly not worth coming back. I suggest another Starbucks.

I ordered at the drive thru and purchased two Vanilla Bean Frappuccino's and a Bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich. My drinks were made perfectly but once I got home and started eating the sandwich I noticed that the top part of the bun was nearly rock solid. I am not sure how these sandwiches are heated but mine was well beyond toasted. I could not bite through the top bun. I ended up completely removing the top and eating the sandwich as is. Super disappointing! People, please check your food before you leave!!

Very nice, clean and comfortable place to sit down and enjoy your favorite coffee. The surrounding area is up and coming. By next year, this area will look totally different and upgraded. Looking forward to continued visits.

Whoever is making this locations Matcha Lattes should be retrained. This is the 4th attempt at ordering one here and each time it is wrong. It tastes so horrible, I have been a matcha latte lover for years and have ordered it at other Starbucks since this one started letting me down and it’s perfect elsewhere, but horrible here. I don’t know what they’re doing, too much powder or no syrup, all I know is it taste bitter and like I shoved dirt in my mouth. It’s so bad. Please fix this.

drink orders are never correct

a vanilla frappuccino soy milk no whip took 3 times to make.....
Again today another drink order is wrong
it's not what I ordered and not what she repeated back to me.
how they mess up every time & get an attitude because I ask for the drink I ordered and paid for.
******Update.. ordered ahead, got there at the pickup time and walked in to a store full of unsatisfied customers. All who have been waiting for their orders. Some just said they wanted to cancel & a refund because they could no longer wait. Customers were using profanity and storming out the door. After 23 minutes I approached the counter to inquire about my order. I was meet by a woman's hand going up 🤚and her saying we're making the orders and they'll be down at the end. Then rolled her eyes & turned away... Rude ass, ya know I was trying to give y'all the benefit of the doubt. Hey we all had a busy time or hard day at the job. But ya know what them folks was calling you earlier? I'm thinking they were right. UPDATE‼️nothings changed 👎still rude, coffee was cold.

Laura , this review is thanks to you and your absolute lack of professionalism and manners. I asked for a venti pour over Italian roast. I was refused service by her and she laughed when i asked for the regional managers card. The store manager who was observing all this and knew better stepped in and stopped her from humiliating and being rude to me. I WAS SERVED WHAT I WANTED. Laura was instructed to make that coffee like a good girl since thats what her job and she did so with an unpleasant face 😂 because the other option was getting written up or fired.

I tried to order ahead, but I believe 8 a.m. is like a really busy time for this location. Even still, they got me in and out quickly. I usually order a tall, cinnamon dolce latte with oatmilk, an extra shot, and extra hot, but this time, I wished I ordered a venti. Trenta, if there was such a thing for hot drinks.

Be careful, folks, you will be hooked if you go here. My day is never complete if I don't stop here first. I am bias though with the morning crew, Monday - Sunday!

The employee was rude. I ordered 2 drinks and they had 1 of the drinks ready pretty quick, they other one I waited 19 minutes..I had to ask what is taking so long since I already had 1 that the ice was melting. Common sense and good customer service is you service one order at a time. Period. I will NEVER go to this location again! I don't even care for Starbucks but definitely will not go to this one again!

I visit this Starbucks every morning ☀️ I am met every morning with joyful greeting by name. This Starbucks is very efficient, kind and accommodating. I want to especially shout out Stevie. Stevie always has a smile on his face and happy to be there. Thank you Stevie for all the love you give customers . I know for me it makes my day.

I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS - This is my home starbucks and I go every morning - mostly to see my favorite 0500 staff : )
Shoutout to Steve for always making my drinks PERFECT and always making me feel seen and welcome. Steve is a bright star in a dark morning where he always has a smile and lends a listening ear if i need to vent before going into work.

The staff here are ALL great, the cafe is clean and tidy. I do wish they would get more of the new cups but thats it.
The restrooms are clean.

Any time I go to a different starbucks, I am disappointed in the service and staff.

I know this location can be hard to get into at times but it is well worth the pit stop!

My go to Starbucks. Staff is always friendly and they are quick as they can be. This locations has some schools right around it so it gets busy in the mornings M-F but they always move as quick as they can. Parking is a little rough at these peek times if you are wanting to go inside but its not imposable.

This is easily the most ghetto Starbucks location I have ever been in, and I've been in Starbucks stores all over the country over the past 20 years. I don't know what the deal is. Maybe this location is at a nexus of scumb@g activity, and I couldn't leave fast enough.

There was one homeless person camped out in the outdoor seating area smoking weed, and there was another one inside who left their grimy blanket on the floor, "stuff" on a table, and would come and go as if this was their apartment or something.

There was a large bloated garbage bag sitting outside next to the door when I came in, and it was still there when I left 45 minutes later.

To top it off, they CRANK ghetto music, and of course got my very simple order wrong.

The wifi was very good, however.

It's 53° with the air steady blowing directly on the seating areas. I already had a warm clothes on, but had to go back to my car for my jacket. My coffee got cold too fast and my sandwich was kinda warm.
I tried to ask the staff if they were cold too, but he said they feel fine and some other stuff that made no sense.

Today is red cup day so my daughter and I did separate app orders for pick up. I have done this before at this location with no problem. We both placed our order @ 9:06. When we got there the drive thru line was long so we waited in line for about 20 mins+. Finally got to the window to get our drinks, the girl hands me 2 drinks and says thanks for coming. With both app orders we had 3 drinks total and a cake pop. The girl at the window was young and seemed kind of frazzled so we were thinking she was new so we were patient with her so I just reminded her we had 3 drinks and the drink was right there so she handed it to me. Had to remind her about the red cups because she wasn't going to give them to me but she did give me 3. Left the drive thru, then I had to go to Circle K and when we got there my daughter realized she didn't get her cake pop. So we left Circle K and went back to Starbucks. I went inside, told the nice cashier that we were in the drive thru like 10 mins ago and I didn't get the cake pop. She told some other lady with sandy blonde hair and kind of a bob that I didn't get the cake pop. I showed the bob lady the receipt on the app that showed the cake pop was charged . The 1st thing she asks me "is that a screenshot", I moved the screen around "NO it's on the app". SHE THOUGHT I WAS LYING ABOUT A $3 CAKE POP!!! She said I remember that order, I did it like 20 mins ago. I told her we literally left the drive thru like 10 mins ago. Lady didn't account for the long wait time in the drive thru line. Just because you prepped it 20 mins ago doesn't mean I got it 20 mins ago. I felt she was kind of hesitant to give us what we paid for. I said I'm not lying, and the cashier was very nice and she said, your all good thank you. But bob hair lady was not nice and that's why I gave the low stars. And your new girl who was frazzled at the window, I can understand maybe she was overwhelmed because it was really busy, but she did forget 1 of our drinks (until I reminded her) and forgot to give me the red cups (until I reminded her), wouldn't it be conceivable that she forgot to give me the cake pop too? I wouldn't lie about a $3 cake pop, we almost didn't go back but my daughter paid for it and she wanted what she paid for. If I had bought it, I probably wouldn't have went back for an overpriced cake pop. From now on we'll go to the Starbucks on Camino Al Norte. They're nice over there and don't accuse you of lying. SMH!!!

The absolute slowest service in town. It makes no sense to have to sit in a drive thru line for damn near 30 minutes for some damn coffee. I can go to a restaurant and get a fully cooked meal for less wait time. I sat in line for almost 30 mins and when I got to the window my drink still wasnt ready
Right damn ridiculous! This Starbucks needs a better system in getting the customers orders ready and on there way. Wont be returning.

I wanted to love this location. Super cozy inside. But EVERY TIME my drink is so weak. I order 2 espresso shots just to watch them throw half of the blender down the drain. Barista today was so rude and scoffed when he saw my drink order (lots of modifications), even called another employee over to laugh at it. Definitely the last time I will be going to this location.

This place has been “sold out” out of almost everything almost all the time on the app. Not sure if all of Las Vegas comes to this Starbucks only but its a bit ridiculous. The service is ok and the quality of the coffee varies day by day.

I live close to this location and have gotten a caramel macchiato there several times. I’d say 2/10 visits the drink tasted okay. Most times my $7 coffee tastes like warm watery milk!! And I even ask (and pay extra for) an additional shot of espresso each time. It’s so disappointing.

We waited in line to get coffee this morning before work and once we were at the front their drive thru speaker stopped working. Not their fault, but instead of offering to take peoples orders manually that had been waiting (4 cars were behind us) they made everyone back up and leave. Now we can’t get coffee because we’ll be late to work. Im sorry for leaving 2 stars. I’m not mad, I’m just under caffeinated :(

This is the only Starbucks that always has everything out of stock. Ive been going to other Starbucks for years and everything is always in stock. Almost every week there’s something out of stock. And when they do have it in stock they get your order wrong.

The staff at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable. My normal Starbucks location is under construction so I hopped on the 215 East to find another spot. Glad I did! Starbucks barista Avian even helped me find my new favorite latte. This is also a bright and spacious location if you plan to sit and work on your laptop. I will be back!

Horrible customer service pulled up to the line about 8:55pm. I guess they were closing up still cars in the drive threw. Wanted to ask them at the window if we could still order, these two young b lady’s. Wouldn’t even come to the window, acting like we weren’t even there. It's too bad they have so many good reviews but my experience has never been very good. They're the closest location to me but I don't think I'll return. They've never executed my chai latte well, it always just tastes like milk. And my breakfast order today was a sloppy, lazy mess. I've been a handful of times, so I feel I've given them sufficient chances. I don't want to waste my money anymore. It's unfortunate.
