Our barista was super friendly and our macadamia nut cold brews were delicious. Sadly there's some weird casino price gouging going on here. $17.42 for 2 grande drinks 😳 Starbucks is already expensive and I'm sure makes great markups on their drinks at normal price, this just seemed excessive.

So frustrating. Got in drive thru line at 5:50 pm, confirmed my coupon was good, ordered drink. By the time I got to pay, it was 6:02 and they said I could no longer use my coupon. Unhelpful staff

The baristas went above and beyond. Friendly service and the drinks were amazing. Will definitely be coming back to this Starbucks. One of the best Starbucks I have ever been to.

Depending on the day your order will or won't be correct. Order my drink 3 days in a row & have it made 3 different ways... Quite disappointing. We had better service at the SB in Henderson.

Good service. I didn't like that I couldn't reload money on the app. I was however able to use it, just not able to refill money in it. Other than that it was nice and small and quiet. The baristas were very welcoming and friendly.

There is NO drive through unless you drive through the casino doors. They are not open 24 hours. I went out if my way because your listing said "Drive Through and Open 24 hours." Either make your listing accurate or remove it!

The lady behind the counter (Sheila) was extremely rude. She gave us a very nasty attitude because we weren't familiar with the different mochas. We clearly said the salted carmel mocha drinks and even pointed at the huge picture of it on the sign. I figured she might be having a rough morning so I apologized for not being specific and tried to chit chat to lighten her mood, since we were the only people in line, but her behavior did not change. She just put our drinks at the end of the counter and said "you can get your order over there" and went back to doing whatever she was doing. Horrible customer service...
