I used to love this location when it first opened up! But now it’s honestly the worst one in the area. The chick that works over night is always locking the door for long periods of time, now she started blocking off the fountain drink area for the entire night which is completely ridiculous… most people come to circle k specifically for drinks! The only reason I can think for her doing this is probably because she’s too lazy to clean up over there 🤷🏽‍♀️ which I get it, people are messy but it’s literally your job. You don’t just take away an entire portion of your business because you don’t wanna work. On top of that, the cookies are always old and stale af, and the attitudes are also stanky. It’s just an overall bad experience every time.

Used to be great when it first opened up, then they added a self-checkout machine, removed some of their snack inventory, and stopped employing useful people. I went yesterday (01/05/24) and every single pump was out of order. Whoever is managing the place is doing pretty terribly, if the decline is this sharp.

Also, the music playing at the pumps is crazy loud. I started going to a new gas station down the street. It’s much more peaceful and the pumps consistently work.

This circle k is probably one of the worst I have been too. Customer service is just horrible. Despite the music at the pumps, being way too loud, I was coming to this location daily for a while. I stopped because the pumps were always having problems. I’ve never been to a gas station that had pumps that randomly reboot all the time. Sometimes card readers don’t work, sometimes the tap doesn’t work. I started going down the street to another gas station and haven’t had a single pump issue

Long wait times to check out. They force you to use the automated checkout then complain when they need to assist you or the machine can't do what you need. They just stare at you behind the counter with a like of 6+ and still won't open another POS (Point of Sale).

Went in at about 6:20pm today and left without buying anything. After walking around less than ten minutes I had picked up a couple nerd ropes and put them down to swap them for a bag of candy. Black lady working comes up and asks me “Where are the beef jerky you put in your purse?”
I told her I didn’t have anything, and explained that I just swapped what I wanted, she then turned around and told me to let her know if I “needed help” but remarked under her breath that she’d be “checking the cameras”
Soooo maybe next time know what you’re talking about, I’m only leaving this review because I hope you DID check the cameras and realized you embarrassed yourself over what you THOUGHT was beef jerky, lame

I filled up a 1 gallon gas can and was charged for 1.2 gallons. I didn't fill it up to the very top either. Doesn't seem like much but for a 35 gallon tank that's an extra $28.

Stood in line for 10 min and employee would not help me. Then I got 3 packs of cigarettes to use my coupon and the cashier never used it. So I told her then to take a pack off cause I was only getting 3 cause of the coupon. She refused to refund me the cigarettes. Her name is Kita. Then while she was finally helping me she left to help the people behind me. What a joke as a cashier. Found out when I called as soon as I got home. This store is a complete joke. Will be posting all over social media about this store and her. Rude and no customer service. No wonder y people stopped going there. And the manager of the store doesn't seem to care either. Hopefully corporate will contact me before I take this to channel 8 and channel 13 news just to make a point. The news loves to show which Convenient store are corrupt in las vegas. This is definitely one of them.

Ever since These self check out machines were put in the cashiers think its the okay to be completly useless other than telling people to use the machine and rolling their eyes if they have to assist in any way, I have had no choice several times in the last mobth but to just walk out, because I can not get service I am not a cashier nor do I wish to be thats the job they signed up for I go to a convienient store because yep you guest the convenience which citcle k has seemed to have lost that concept when they started telling their cashiers to have customers wait on themselves , , will not be coming back to circle k until customers become a priority again!!

Lemme start by saying most people in there are cool enough, no issues there. But don't come to this location if you don't have a solid 10-15 minutes to stand in line. This is the only location I have been to that the automated system doesn't work, and I mean never. Then they'll have a lady working the register, oh let's call her molasses. Not much for being out in public around other people but not straight rude. Then there will be two other people that are walking around ignoring the line that's to the door most days. There's another register there but they never open it to ease the line. Just have their heads down being careful not to make eye contact with the angry people waiting.

I would give zero stars if I could. The customer service and attitude of the staff are the worst I have ever seen. I have been shopping at this store for over 2 years and the last few months the staff turnover has created a complete collapse of service. I can find better customer service at the DMV. There are 2 staff members here who I think deserve to keep their job the rest should be terminated without a second thought. You had a good team and good service a year ago and the changes that have been made are all negative. Do better Circle K.

Circle K on West Craig Road is possibly the best convenience store I have ever been in. Friendly attentive staff & the variety of merchandise is unbelievable! I was very impressed. Even a self checkout.

Agree with other reviews. This store changed within the last month. I've been going here for 2 years. All the regulars are gone and we're replaced with inexperienced workers. Today I went in and there were 2 people behind the register. 1 lady told the guy infront of me to use self checkout. I was standing in line waiting to be called up since no one was at the register where w employees just stood staring. I walked up and was told to use self checkout. Why are 2 people standing behind the register then?? Their job is to ring up customers. Im not going to wait to use 1 self checkout if there is a line to meet some new quota they have. Smh. Circle K, you're prices aren't great and service now sucks. Doubt I'll be back at this rate.

DO NOT come here if you want any sort of customer service. There is a woman in there that will stare at you with the smuggest face and not help you at all. In fact none of the workers are helpful. Every single time I go in here everyone has a horrible attitude that you will walk out with one as well. The place also smells like chemicals but is dirty at the same time. A new staffing direction would probably be a good idea. I won’t come here again if I don’t have to.

When first opened store stayed clean employees very friendly. Now this store is trash, coffee machines always breaking or out of coffee (ice coffee) Employees are hard to find at times, and not as friendly anymore. Some don’t say a word to you when waiting on you. I don’t see a reason for me to continue going there even though I work right across the street. Employees need to know that their customers notice the change.

I've recently started using this gas station because of the cashback rewards through the GetUpside app. My experience here has always been positive, I have nothing bad to say about this place as I only go for gas.

One positive that I'd like to highlight is the arrangement of the gas pumps. I like how they are individually set up, I must say that is super convenient!

Second time here and I had a craving for some coffee. So many types of coffee to choose from. I opted for cinnamon flavor coffee and vanilla creamer. It was delicious! My only compliant was I should have gotten a large instead of a medium. My kids wanted to use their ice cream machine, but it was out of service. They ended up with chips and a donut from the donut stand. At 5 pm, not many to choose from, but my daughter said it was fresh and good. Well have to stop by early in the morning for more options.

Went to pumps and premium is at 3.39 while regular is 3.79. Went into station to let them know and was told manager would be notified. Next day same price. Cash sign price is 3.83, very confusing.

Very clean establishment since opening and the cashiers are very helpful and courteous to all customers. We love the variety of soda options and the prices are reasonably low compared to other fountain drinks at gas stations. The milkshake and smoothie machine is terrific with all the toppings you can think of equivalent to the ice cream shop! My favorite are the frosters due to the flavor lasts longer than the Slurpee and the flavors are more exotic mirroring the fountain soda selections. This circle k is by far the best one in town. The fountain machine area is always clean and people actually have manners in this area For example I held the door opened for someone and they actually said thank you.

I came in with my son the other day to buy a beer and some cigarettes, he really asked me for both of our ID's! I'm a 38 year old man, my son is 18 and wasn't even buying nothing, I think that's very idiotic. I recommend the shell in front, they have better costumer service at least.

I gave it 3 stars because normally my experience is great at this store. But today at 3:45pm I went there with my friend and there were 2 white ladies on shift and one was checking ppl out and one was following me and my friend around the store as my friend is checking out the the other lady (who was following us around) returns to the counter starts checking people out and taps the lady checking us out and told her don’t scare me like that and her exact words were IM SORRY I DIDNT TRY TO ITS JUST THEY CAME IN TOGETHER THEN THE OTHER LADY CAME IN AFTER THEM . Like I get it’s a lot going on right now but it’s NOT okay to only follow the Black people around and not the other races in the store . NOT okay!
