This is a nice Walmart Supercenter. It is huge, so be prepared to do a lot of walking. The store was clean, well organized, and well stocked. The automotive center wasn't packed with people. And every employee that I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. There were several check out lanes open and no long lines. They do have most of the high theft items locked up, but the employees were quick to respond.

I swung by Walmart bright and early and was pleasantly surprised! The store was spotless, fully stocked, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I even found a Subway inside, which was a fun bonus! ✨ I had such a great time shopping that I can't wait to come back. Thanks for making my morning special!

You know, as much as I loathe Wal-Mart, per se, a truth is a sacred aspect of my life and I gotta be honest here as well as everywhere else that doesn't jeopardize my freedom or income through the honest accounting I attribute to it when queried as to my relationship with whatever is in question at the time..

Scan and go protocols are inconsistent between Walmart and employees give you a hard time about it. I travel for work and it gets frustrating having it be an issue depending on the store. Takes away the convenience of what I'm paying for in the 1st place.

Walmart doesn't stock anymore. I also dislike having to pay extra money to get it delivered when I don't get the items I want because whoever they're assigning to pick the items can never get what I ask. it's always supposedly out of stock, but I'll go to the store the next day and I find it, that has happened to me multiple times. Walmart needs to find employees that actually know where the product is because convenience is becoming a huge inconvenience.

Walmart needs a rebranding!!!!
They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DONT CARE HOW THEIR EMPLOYEES LOOK... I've seen employees wearing vulgar and offensive t-shirts while checking out customers. I've seen hair dripping wet as if the employee went into the bathroom and threw water on his hair! I've seen sagging pants so much so that I could see their whole behind, I've seen two fights leading to Bloodshed in the last 2 weeks inside the store...just a ghetto vibe EVERYTIME! Ironically it is considerably better at the Walmart neighborhood store. The staff is in need of desperate customer service training they don't smile,greet, or seem to appreciate having a job. District managers and Admin. Should do incentives like drop ins to catch employees DOING AND LOOKING GOOD and reward them with paid time off, or gift certificates,etc.Those caught not doing good should receive written warning and training.

Don't buy batteries from them. Because they'll tell you that they are no good when you return with them needing a charge. They claimed the 2 batteries were unchargeable. And that the warranty,, is outdated? And I find that impossible when those batteries were never connected to anything. They just were drained, but they told me, "Oh no, they're blown out. Yet they were only a year and a 1/2. old. so, what's up with that. ??????

This place never has enough workers to open locked items. Waited for 15 minutes, four workers all that could open the lock said they can’t because they weren’t assigned to the area. Then they walk away and if they are decent people they will try to you help. What I don’t understand about the laundry detergent being locked is that they hand it to you to walk away with. What is the purpose of having it locked.

Where is customer service today.
You need to train your human cashiers with basic customer service qualities. I. E. greeting guest that have stood in line to be served by them. A simple "hello" would be nice. Then say what I owe for my goods $6.23. I'm not at self checkout where I can read what I owe. Saying Thank You n have a nice day wouldn't hurt either. Just common courtesy goes a long way.
