Apparently I've been living under a rock, because this establishment has been open a few years and my friend just recently turned me on to this place. My husband loves shave ice 🍧 so I surprised him one day with it and he loved it! I had one as well and it was very good. They also have other items on their menu, so I highly recommend popping in and checking it out. Very cute decor inside as well.

First time and I thought it was really good. The shaved ice is very fine, like a fresh fallen snow. Tons of flavors. I had the Beach Bum, which was Pina colada flavored shaved ice on top of chocolate ice cream. I very much loved it. My wife and son both opted for the Dr Pepper one, they both loved that as well. I have been searching for a “real” snowcone. All I can usually find is crushed ice with flavored syrup.

Soft delicious shave ice. Service was a bit slow but staff were friendly. I realized after that they weren’t placing the umbrellas on the shave ice. Not a big deal for us but it is a nice touch to include the umbrella.

I love this location!Always pleasant and welcoming. Hundreds of folks frequent this store always busy but the staff remembers me and my order. That's my idea of customer service! I've tried various drinks and some I liked some I didn't. It's a big menu,a ton to choose from! I have five favorites so I'm always good. I love the shaved ice my family and I get from here all the time. But the service at the drive through id ridiculous how long we have to wait for our orders to be taken. Last night we waited over 6 minutes for our orders to be taken through the intercom. My only complaint about this place.....

Recently ordered on 6/7/24 two cases of their SnoBlast pouches through the mobile app. Requested that they be frozen. Got a call an hour later after ordered was placed. Employee informed me that they do not keep them in the freezer and that it would take a few hours to freeze so if I wanted to wait I could or I could get a refund. I asked if they would freeze in a regular deep freezer at home. Employee assured me that they would. So I opt to pick them up asap as I needed them the next following day. Took them home and placed in my deep freezer at home for approximately 17 hours before our event and still did not freeze. Placed in a regular freezer for 2 more hours and still did not freeze. They finally started to freeze around 24 hours. Very disappointing that I paid $152 bucks for products that I could not use for my daughter’s birthday party.

This place is pretty good but the accountability of mistakes is non existent I ordered a sonic rainbow shaved ice and was given a regular one, when I received my order I talked to one of the employees about it she stated that I have to stand in a very long line and reorder the sonic shaved ice. I'm definitely not paying twice for the mistake of an employee some accountability could be great. Other than that great place

The food was presented beautifully, so good I wish I took a picture! I got the Cherry Limeade "snow" with condensed milk on top.

It wasn't busy at the time so I got it pretty quick.

It started out great, tasted real good the first few bites. But, after a minute, it just tasted like sugar with hardly any flavor to it. When it started melting, I was left with a gluey consistency.

I've had shave ice in Hawaii before. It was light and fluffy. When the ice melted, you were left with good tasting flavored water (That's the best way I can describe it).

Now, I know this isn't Hawaii and every place is different. So, in my opinion, I didn't like Bahama Bucks. Nice atmosphere though. I like the large outdoor Connect Four game.

No type of service at all, no type of energy. I ordered a drink and asked for light ice since they usually fill the whole cup with ice, and they said it will not be full if they do light ice. Meaning they won’t fill up the rest of the cup. Than my shaved ice literally has 0 juice and it’s all white eating literally just ice. takes forever, this location needs help asap

It’s not the same it’s not as thick the flavor is very different and that’s not fair we pay for quality snow cones so that’s what we expect I’ve talked to multiple employees and yes there is a difference in ingredients… and also my wife and I would drive from south LV down by SPoint casino all the way up to N loose rode to get bucks and then our order would be $20 just for 2 snow cones now I wouldn’t dare and we would go every day faithfully…PS I HOPE THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION SEES MY MESSAGE and I’ve talk to you before when I and the lady was there one early morning if you remember me please think about bringing that old flavor back please thanks

I order here daily and each time it’s an issue they make an avalanche sno cone to look dry like this even when you paid for extra TIGERS BLOOD you even called the people in Las Vegas are LAZY AND TRIFELING. I have been here multiple times with my family over the years. It is the number one request of my kids! Service might be on the slower side but when every thing is made to order, even down to shaving the ice at times, it is worth it. Staff is always friendly and we are always greeted when we walk in, as well as a good bye when we leave.

My kids absolutely love the connect 4 game out on the patio!

Just moved to the area and found this gem. Ordered for curb side and the system didn't get the order but the customer service is so awesome they saw the receipt and got it taken care of right away. The young lady working the drive through today. Glasses, blonde hair was one of the rudest customer service ppl I have ever experienced. It doesn’t matter if your employees are in a bad mood or what have you, I am coming to support your establishment. I no longer live here and I have always enjoyed this location and it’s treats. My once a year experience today was not it. This young lady was incredibly rude as I said please and thank you. Horrible experience, she should not be working the drive-thru or anything if politeness is something she cannot handle.

I just left and the blonde young lady was nice when she was taking my money and got a nasty attitude when I asked her to wipe the side of the cup for my Coconut Kalana. Isn't wiping the side of the cup something that is done in regular practice, if it's not it should be.

Over the years we have spent plenty of $ at this facility. For every shaved ice you purchase you get a punch. When it gets to the 10th one most people save them for when the don’t have the money and want to treat their kids. The is no expiration date on them. So why were we turned away? This is your company punch cards. You should honor them even if you have a new system. Then you can take these and rip them up so they can’t be used. Normally that is what companies do. We have about 5 of these all together. I don’t understand what the big deal is when they were what you handed out for us to use. It’s a reward for the kids after the parents spend $$$. Just do better. My kids were excited. Today is my birthday and I told them we had these saved up and I could treat them to the shaved ice. So thank you for giving 110% today. Perhaps do better.

Tried this place after living in north Las Vegas for two years, and omg this is the best shaved iced- smoothie place. I love chocolate and they have a few items for me on the level of chocolate I like it so tasty, I got 32 oz shake I drank all of it, and came back two days later, this is now a weekly place for me. Plus they have a drive thru for quick service. Great staff that made recommendations my first time there. And in the summer this place will be heaven.

Friendly! I may or may not be addicted the there redbull infutions lately they are truly heaven with that tropical cream! The snow is SO nice and your treat is perfect every bite! I dont give 5 starts very often but this place is just lovely! A little tip if you or kiddos get overwhelmed with choice is to look at their menu ahead so you have an idea of the flavor combos you like, I have 5 kids so it help me by showing them so it's easy to order. You dont have to they are always kind just a heads heads up! :)

Honestly this place needs a remake of staff. None of the staff there seem to want to work. I love bahama bucks. First place I had it was in Texas and it was my fav! There is a chubby yt girl who works there that wears a thin top bun. Let me say she is terrible and needs to fired! This is our favorite treat spot. I wish we found this gem sooner.
The last two times we were greeted by the sweetest girl, Kyrsten (sorry if I spelled your name wrong). She’s so kind, gentle and is so interactive with our boys. Always going above and beyond. The treats are yummy. But at this point the service has to be intentional sabotage. I’ve asked 5 times now, please make the cup half ice cream and half snow. I’ll even pay more if I need to. They always respond it’s no problem, no need to pay more, we’ll add the extra ice cream. 5 times in a row now, after this interaction, there has been almost zero ice cream. They promise 50% of the cup but deliver, without exaggeration, 5 to 8% of the cup. To pay nearly ten bucks for a dessert, you’d think they could get this right! 😡 On top of that their new app hasn’t worked the last three times, so no points or rewards for the trip.

I had never been here before and was curious about the menu, etc. Owner was the one who helped me. He was very aloof and didn't seem to care if I was satisfied with my order or service.
Thought I was ordering one thing, got something else. He didn't care, he just wanted my money and to keep chatting with his friends.

My family and I have been driving pass this place for over a year and finally decided to give them a try and to our surprise it was the best decision we made today. I ordered the dream cream shaved ice with vanilla ice cream on the bottom (as shown in the picture) My wife ordered the Firecracker Pop which has a bonus popsicle with the cup of shaved ice. My son ordered the Gummy Bear which was probably my 2nd favorite and my daughter ordered the Tropical Blue which was my least favorite. Overall, It's a little pricey as we spent approximately $30 for 4 cups, but it was worth it! Happy Traveling 😊

Everytime I come I am disappointed. 4 of us went becuz my mom insisted she wanted strawberry shaved ice. She liked hers, and my little sister was satisfied. But me and my eldest sister got cheated. She ordered the mangonada, it did not have enough syrup and it was SUPER salty, they must have used something other than tajin. The taste was surprisingly terrible, the mango syrup part was fine, but the rest just mad it... bad. I got what I thought would be the equivalent of a sonic ocean water, it wasn't terrible but it was basically all coconut though, no sprite. They also didn't even fill my drink all of the way up, they left greater than an inch gap from the top. If I am paying $4-5 for a soda... Smh, like come on man. Not the worst place, but I am over it. If u want shaved ice, head to Somi Somi in China Town. It is pricey in comparison, but worth it. Although I will say, even with part of my drink missing, it was still a lot of Bev. Excuse me for expecting my cup to be full tho🥴😌

We accidentally discovered this place and LOVE it. My folks visit every few weeks and we go once maybe twice while they are in town. Love it.
