I rarely go to the North Las Vegas store, but I stopped at this store one time recently on the way home. This review is for the Farm Road store. I am at the Farm Road - Durango Centennial Hills CVS pharmacy at least once or twice a week to pick up prescriptions and other products in the store. I frequently use the coupons on the printed receipts from purchases at the store and at the pharmacy. All employees at the Farm Road store are very friendly, greeting you as you enter and leave the store. They are very helpful in opening the locked glass cases for the products that I am purchasing. I have noticed a significant turnover of personnel at this store. The new people are very helpful and friendly. This is my favorite CVS store. I send all prescriptions by my doctors to the Farm Road store. I always go into the store so I can talk with the employees rather than use the drive-thru for prescriptions.

The worst pharmacy we have ever dealt with. A completely messed up amateur hour nightmare. They asked us to come back 3 times for standard prescriptions. On the third time they asked us to pull around to the start of the drive through, it took over an hour.

Short and simple: there's a reason this store has low stars. No customer service, no compassion, no competence. It's not even worth the time to continue this review, just avoid this pharmacy location at all costs. Management seriously needs to clean house. They get one star, because Yelp requires at least 1 to submit

Was a little disappointed in pharmacies direction for cholesterol medicine told me to take it in the morning and anybody and everybody knows that that medication should be taken at night but they just haphazardly put anything on the bottle and when you asked about it, they backpedal like oh well you can take that anytime but anybody knows doctors included, including mine so the best time to take that is at night disappointed in that, and their attitude was like they really didn't care I'll be checking with my doctor before I take medicines from them and finding out what the doctor suggest because they just have put anything and that is my opinion and that is my findings

I had a set of prescriptions filled by this pharmacy location and I can tell you I am super impressed with the amount of pharmacists that are working at this branch and how quickly they filled the prescription and how quickly I was able to get in and get out, there was absolutely no line and as soon as I walked up to the counter had three pharmacist, trying to help me which was super impressive and kudos to them. I have a family member who insists on using Walgreens and they get treated terribly, but this pharmacy which is operated by CVS is definitely doing something very very right and I can’t give this branch enough kudos. 02/13/2024- You have to love a pharmacist with a bad attitude. I know filipino or Chinese hate white males but you know what we're here to stay so you have to deal with us so lose the attitudes.

My wife and I were so excited to finally have a pharmacy so close as we moved to Aliante a few weeks ago. The pharmacist who was working yesterday 2/10/24 was so helpful and made transferring my prescriptions from Walgreens so easy. Everyone we encountered at this store was amazing and after years of dealing with Walgreens, we were excited to fill our prescriptions here so close to home. However, when I went to fill my prescription and asked the tech to ensure that it would be from the same manufacturer and the same shape as the pills I got from Walgreens, he showed my wife and I a round pill in a different dose and I agreed to try it because it looked similar and was from the same manufacturer. When I picked it up later today, I got an oval pill and knew from prior experiences that this medication would not work for my tachycardia. The pharmacist came to the window and asked me to read the manufacturer from the label, as if to say, “read it for yourself, it’s the same”. Being an RN of 13 years with my physician wife sitting next to me in the car, I was astounded at the level of demeaning behavior exhibited by this pharmacist, Christine. The same tech from earlier in the day insisted that he showed us an oval pill and we agreed to it earlier, but we know we saw a round pill when he showed us their stock, which is why I agreed to have them fill it. Being rudely gaslit by a pharmacy tech is one thing. However, a pharmacist asking me to read a label and then rolling her eyes continuously when I told her this is the wrong medication is on another level. We looked up the medication on epocrates and the medication that he showed us does, in fact, come in a round pill form. Unfortunately I can never trust this pharmacy with a medication for my heart again and I’m disappointed I’ll have to return to Walgreens to get the right medication.

I ordered online for pickup at this location. Convenient location off 215 on North Aliante Pkwy. It is across from Aliante Resort and Casino. Ample parking with handicap access. Interior is bright, clean and organized. Pickup is front of store at checkout counter. Minimal wait to pickup. Service clerk was friendly and helpful. Pharmacy drop off snd pickup is in back of the store. I browsed around and found a favorite item on sale. I used their self checkout which was easy. If you are a rewards member just enter your phone number or scan your rewards card.

They have the worst whole times of any CVS I've ever dealt with. As an example, today I wasn't hold for over 45 minutes. That's completely unacceptable. And someone kept picking up and immediately putting back on hold without any acknowledgment or request to hold longer. This is worse than the DMV! This is worse than the DMV!

Located on the NW corner of Elkhorn and Aliante Parkway in Aliante. The store shares its parking lot with Aliante Animal Hospital so there is plenty of space. They have a pharmacy drive thru. The layout of the store is identical to all other CVS stores. They have the ice freezer inside next to the cold drink section up front. All the beauty and baby products are on your left when you walk in. The snacks, liquors, office supplies, greeting cards are on your right hand side. The medical supplies with all the over the counter meds are in the back next to the walk up pharmacy. There is no tobacco dip products here, but the ARCO across the street does have them. Prices are a bit higher like at all neighborhood convenience stores, but CVS will save you a trip to Smiths south of CC215.

I'll start by saying I only went to this CVS because apparently the CVS closer to me could not print the holiday cards I wanted to purchase. Which brings me to my complaint about this store. I purchased my photos around 9am and was promised a time about 10:45am and I would receive an email when they were ready. 12pm rolls around and I give a call and the lady responded they are not done but if you come in someone will print them. So this makes no sense, I have the purchase done online so I can avoid the wait in the store. Anyway, 2pm came and still no email so I called and the same woman picked up. She responded that she could not get them done because she has been at the register all day. Ok I get that but I know for sure she is not the only one there and if the store can't promise a time don't have a time. Anyway, she must have been nice and did them before she left for the day because about 30minutes after our conversation I got an email they were done. So I drive there. I walk in and honestly it just looks like a disaster in this store. There's not even a sign for where the photos are. I had to ask the young man, who by the way had an airpod in his ear, where to go to pick up and he helps me. Then to add to my disappointment there are no envelopes for holiday cards just yet. I asked another man who worked there if they had any and he looked. He then proceeds to tell me that I can grab one from the card section and he won't charge me. Thats great and all but I have 40 holiday cards am I suppose to steal the envelops to the cards for birthdays? anyway I got envelops at target and hopefully that helps. I hope I don't have to go back here. Will probably switch to walgreens for my holiday cards next year.

Always new people working at my CVS Pharmacy. Not very friendly staff. Right when you get use to their staff, they leave and new people take their place. I have been dealing with them for years. My pain Management said I could pick up a prescription early because I was leaving to ho out of town. The Pharmacy would not call my Dr. to confirm that it was ok to get my prescription early and CVS would not fill it. So now will have to leave my family early because I will run out

Located in North Las Vegas. A reliable CVS similar to any city. This CVS is more expensive (maybe location) and the price difference is noticeable. Located across the street from Aliante Casino. Nonetheless, Smith's Grocery is less than a mile and perhaps the price may be a better match. Always well staffed, so you can get help. Cash and credits card accepted.

Called one day ahead to make sure my prescription was still ready . Went to go pick it up at the next day and they didn’t fill it or keep it on the shelf because I showed no insurance . The pharmacist told me to drive back around in 10 minutes and it will be filled . Not only do they treat uninsured patience badly , they also feel as though your time is not important . If I could give them 0 stars I would. My niece just moved to Las Vegas with her 3 year old daughter and found out she had pneumonia. I paid for an uber for her to get her medicine to the closest CVS on Aliante. The pharmacy staff made her wait over two hours for her medicine. She asked if there was anyway to expedite that because she felt lightheaded, there was no seats available at the time( they only have 4 chairs). The pharmacy tech told her she could leave and come back and she explained she did not have a vehicle and was in pain. She then asked for a mask to prevent customers from possibly being infected. The tech told her to go on aisle 18 and buy some. Because she complained to Management about being denied a facial mask from pharmacy staff to prevent their other customers from catching pneumonia the pharmacy staff made her wait over TWO HOURS!!! She took pictures of a completely empty lobby except her and her 3 year old daughter and recorded staff joking around asking for tequila shots instead of getting her medicine so she could relieve her pain and discomfort. IF ANY CUSTOMERS VISITED THIS STORE ON October 3rd, 2018 AND CONFIRM YOU HAVE PNEUMONIA . You definitely need to call corporate and get a LAWSUIT going. She did say that her gripe is with the pharmacy staff not the front end of the store.

CVS is a good choice for a quick in and out shopping stop. Their prices are better than convenience stores and the selection is broader also. I fill my prescriptions here and every 10 refills gets me a $5 credit. Today's stop was for some things to satisfy my sweet tooth and everything I got was covered by my prescription credits. CVS also typically has friendly, helpful staff and this location is no different. Recommended.

Down here on vacation and ran here to get some things. My total was $20.31, I had $20 cash and was just going to do the rest on the card, but the sweet lady at the register said not to worry about it. She also called me sweetheart. The littlest things a worker does goes a long way. When I go out of town I love going places and seeing such good customer service.
