I’m a one person household and I saved over $650 using this fantastic rewards plus program last year. That was higher than the year befor of $500+. I end up getting things cheaper at CVS that are better quality than Walmart. You must join their rewards plus program.

I believe the situation could have been handled more diplomatically, with a simple acknowledgment of their policy and a commitment to serve me in the future under different circumstances.

What particularly disappointed me was the lack of empathy and understanding from the staff. Given my health condition—a leg infection with limited mobility—I felt the refusal was not only discriminatory but also lacked compassion for my specific situation.

To address this, I took my prescription to another nearby CVS, where the staff acknowledged the unprofessionalism of their counterparts and expressed disbelief at the situation. This incident has left me with a negative perception of the CVS in question, emphasizing the importance of empathy and professionalism in customer service, especially when dealing with health-related matters.

I went in cvs today to get me some sanitary napkins and the manager followed me from the time I arrived to the time I left and the cashier was talking to me as if I wasn’t comprehensive and I told her that I’ve never seen a self checkout in cvs and she was going on and on about other places that were common of the same thing but in away as if I was slow. I am a black woman and I felt uncomfortable in that store and everyone else wasn’t following or talk to like that . I would have gave them 0 stars but this had to get out!

I went here for a specific item and brand and they didn’t carry it. I usually get the product at any cvs, but an attendant said I would probably find it at a bigger CVS. Their drugstore line of cosmetics is not much to choose from. Staff is helpful!

[Generally a friendly experience] - Revoked for reasons below. If picking up a prescription make sure to talk to a person to see if it's ready, the automated response will say it's ready when it isn't... 2+ times and counting.

-[Edit]: Moved all business elsewhere, failed 3 separate times to update proper insurance causing billing errors, in-person clerk was unresponsive and dismissive, more trouble than it's worth with available alternatives.

-[Edit] Received backbilling from wrong insurances being billed, 500+ so far in costs, CVS offering no recompense.

Not fair I bought an apple gift card and it was not valid. I have the receipt that it was activated but still didn't work. I didn't want my money back just another card but cvs said no. Never had an issue. Thanks cvs for being crooks. Not too be trusted with gift cards.

If I could give this pharmacy no stars I would. This pharmacy is so rude everyone who works there is so unprofessional. I don’t know how this Cvs is still in businesses. I have went to cvs all over the country and they have always been pleasant with every encounter I have experienced. Again this is for this store only with them being rude and very unprofessional. Again if we could give them -5 stars I would because this is what this store deserves. I am going to look into this store threw there corporate office and make a complaint the customer service is awful. Please anyone that goes to this store for refills or just want a simple pick up please keep driving there are 3 Cvs stores within a mile or two range save ur self the hassle and energy and just go to another CVs or Walgreens.

One of the rudest and unprofessional customer service in the pharmacy I’ve ever experienced

My doctor's office sent some prescriptions for my child to this CVS and I received an automated call that the insurance was not up-to-date and that a call was required to update. My husband called to update and was rudely brushed off with the cost of the prescription with insurance, so the file apparently was up-to-date but they wouldn't just say that. At the same time, he requested that one of the medications be flavored so that my child can actually consume it. Even as an adult, I wouldn't take this particular medication without some sort of flavoring - it's atrocious! He was told they don't offer flavorings at all. When I found that Walgreens offers flavoring, I asked my husband to call CVS and transfer the prescription. He called and sat on hold for 20+ minutes and, after some runaround, he was finally told that the CVS on Farm & Durango could flavor it for him and that they'd send the prescription over. When my husband arrived at the Farm & Durango location he was told that 1) they hadn't yet received the transferred prescription (despite this location allegedly sending it while my husband sat on the phone with them); 2) the Craig & Allen CVS could have released the prescriptions to him and then he could have just had the flavoring added at the Farm & Durango; 3) Farm & Durango stated they are the busiest CVS pharmacy (busier than the 24-hour location) and that ALL CVS locations have flavoring. While I can understand running out of a flavor here or there, I can't imagine this location is out of every single flavoring. On top of that, it feels intentional that he was sent to the busiest location to obtain something that is supposedly available at all CVS. He had to pass multiple other CVS locations to reach the location they directed him to. I will NEVER use this CVS again.

What can you really say about it. It's a local pharmacy with just about everything g you can imagine. Of course there's pain aids to liability aids. Personal care and hygiene products. Snacks and sodas, candy and toys. A photo department and a public restroom by request. Wheelchair accessible and friendly knowledgeable staff.

Unfortunately there was a fire onsite last night and of course the smell was lingering throughout the business. It was hard to breathe. ( I'm concerned for the employees) The pharmacy staff were very nice and I appreciate their time.

I had a bad experience trying to get my rx filled, pharmacy staff had attitude and seemed like they were all having a bad day. If they would answer their phone this could have been avoided... they delayed my surgery by over an hour when they had all the info they needed

This pharmacy has gone down hill over the last couple years. Our scripts can’t be put on auto due to the nature of the meds so we have to call every month to have them filled before going and picking them up. They never answer there phone. Today I spent 55 min on hold. My wife drove there and waited in line before they answered my call. The they told her the pharmacist wasn’t there and they couldn’t fill the script. How do you run a pharmacy with out a pharmacist on duty? Service has been horrible.

I had the best service at the Pharmacy today by a woman named Stephanie. She went the extra mile for me when I really really needed it. I don’t know what I would have done if she hadn’t worked hard to get my prescription filled. Thank you so much Stephanie!! And everyone else at the Pharmacy that helped! I will make sure to fill here from now on. Im sitting at home right now just thinking how thankful I am for your team right now. The WORST PHARMACY!!! Don't place your trust in their staff! They clearly DO NOT know how to order medication for refills!! We are supposed to receive a text when refills are ready. When I did not receive a text I called, only to be put on hold and then hung up on. The prescription is for BC....I went in two days in a row AFTER my last pill, only to learn they DON'T EVEN HAVE IT IN STOCK. Are you kidding me?!!! I wonder what other important medications...maybe even life saving medications this PHARMACY has out of stock?! I call BS

I come to CVS regularly for my prescriptions. I was assisted through the drive up window promptly. Adrian assisted me and was friendly. I have had multiple interactions with him and he is always so helpful and friendly. He has grade A customer service. Adrian is definitely the reason why my family has continued to use CVS pharmacy. Customer service is important and great service is hard to find. Adrian is a valuable asset to this pharmacy.

A PHARMACY TECH HERE ASKED MY DEAR FRIEND WHO HAS CANCER , WHAT HER PAIN MEDS are for. Medicine prescribed by an Oncologist. She did have a good experience when he spoke with the lead Pharmacist and even she expressed his behavior was unacceptable . Patient confidentiality was a joke!

Horrible experience and staff. Asian lady named Janece very rude and unfriendly. A white, young girl there completely ignored me when no one was in line. They told me to sit, waited a damn 30 minutes when no one was in line! They made me feel like a broke African American because my insurance. I was charged even though they seen, that I had insurance. I paid $23.00 for two pills. Remind you I have congested heart failure. Did they care! Hell no! Rude women, service, and not compassionate. How did they get their jobs????

This is my alternative CVS pharmacy when I choose not to pop on over to my preferred location at the corner of Decatur Boulevard and Ann Road.

It's a perfectly fine CVS for front-of-the- store shopping when you need personal care items, over-the-counter medications and the like.

The employees are invariably friendly and extremely helpful whenever you can't find what you're looking for.

However, I cannot recommend the pharmacy which usually appears to be deader than a doornail. If you compare it's staffing and activity level to that of my preferred CVS location mentioned at the begining of this review, you'll know what I mean.

I've been going to this pharmacy for about a year or so now. I have to say that they have always been very nice and have always gotten my prescriptions filled in a quick and timely manner. I've never had to wait very long to get my scripts filled. And they have always had my scripts in stock to where I've never needed to wait the next day or anything like that. They also have great customer service.

Got to the pharmacy an hour before they close with no one in line ahead of me or anyone waiting in the waiting area, and was told they wouldn't be able to fill it before they closed. I was informed to go to the 24 hour CVS on Craig and MLK, who was able to fill my prescriptions in less than 30 mins. Have had many issues with this pharmacy in the past and will be transferring all my prescriptions to another location.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been too the Asian gal that works in the pharmacy is one of the most rude people I have ever met. She rushed me out of there because she was busy and did my whole prescription wrong she was getting frustrated with me because I had a few questions about my prescription. Long story short my whole prescription was wrong and she didn't insert my insurance the correct way and I ended up paying 80$ for a 7 day prescription what a joke.

The staffers in the pharmacy are great. "Kim" knows what I need, she'll recognize my voice over the phone, she also knows my mother and never forgets to ask if she's been doing well. I have also been treated well by the all of the employees here I've been shopping here for years. I used to live across the street, I've since moved but I will travel to this location. Joyce at the front check out is a very helpful to me with anything I need to know about prices and the store layout. It's like a mom and pop shop from days gone by. Thanks a million!!!

The worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever been to!!!
I am a educated professional ... and have been to this Pharmacy a few times.. every time I have been there I have found mistakes in my prescriptions.
The staff is very rude and unprofessional.. I will not name names but I should
avoid this pharmacy....
I have switched my RXS to a different pharmacy and will never go back
horrible customer service.... you guys/girls should be ashamed of yourselves
