My doctor chose this Walgreens because it said 24hrs but didn’t see the pharmacy wasn’t 24hrs. I needed the medication at 3am as I had just been discharged from the hospital. Whatever, I ate the bullet and decided to get it during my lunch break at work. I called and they said it wouldn’t be ready until 7pm (it was noon at the time). When I got there at 6:30 two people in line told the lady at the counter that she was being rude. I could tell she definitely had an Attitude, but whatever I’m here for my prescription not the drama. The moment I gave her my birthday and name she laughed.

Now I’m starting to wonder if it really wasn’t going to take until 7pm and it was her on the phone telling me a lie so that she didn’t have to fill the perscription right then. Why else would she laugh when my prescription came up? And why would two other customers tell her she was being rude to her face? I’ve never had any pharmacy take almost 16 hrs to fill a prescription.

Worst Walgreens that I ever visited. 10 customers in-store and nobody moved. 8 cars waiting in the drive thhru and nobody moving. I understand that they could get busy but the cars never move. They so slow. Never come to this Walgreens, go to another one. This is not the first time that happened.

Me and my friend from work have the right, we received an invitation letter, and we scheduled times, I showed and proved to the attendant all my identifications and proofs that I must get the vaccine, my co-work (woman) took the vaccine and the attendant denied for me (man) I will definitely report to the authorities and the walgreens office, now I will have to get the vaccine in another location because of the naughtiness of the check-in attendant.

This is the worst Walgreens . First when you walk in the greeting is basically what’s up yo. That should have been a warning. Making our way to the pharmacy horrible , not friendly at all. The saving grace was the pharmacist who was very nice and personable.

Bad experience i ordered some medication at 4:00pm and they said to come back in one hour and waited two hour instead and when I come back a young man with glasses asked me for my name and I was sick so I couldn't speak properly and he raised his voice in a very rude way and at this point he was basically yelling at me and he said to wait another 15 minutes.

I haven't been for along time. They lock a lot of thing up so u need employee with key. I didn't feel put out there was someone on most isles to help. It just seemed weird to have laundry soap under lock &key.

Scheduled a drive through covid test. Not only did a do a drive through for safety but also because your website offers it! I was promoted to come inside after 20-30 mins in the drive through lane because covid test are done in store! So unsafe, especially if I am positive. With all the new information if I am covid positive I should be quarantined and if I need proof of such i should not leave my car to go stand in line with 10 other customers for a very prolonged time!! possibly getting them sick or worse! Fix your website options and do your covid test away from other customers! Phanrmacy can’t even follow their own rules

I was visiting lost vegas with my infant toddler and we wanted to see a tourist attraction so we went to see the greenwalls in the wallgreens attraction. Lets just say taht there were zero greens wall and I was ANGRY.

This has to be the worse pharmacy that I ever been to. They have the worse attitude and don’t care about the customer at all. I had my sick baby in the car waiting for her meds after taking her to an urgent care clinic. Come to find out 3 hours later that they didn’t have 1 out of the 3 meds. Meanwhile my daughters fever was coming and going and they were careless. The worker at the window looked like she didn’t even want to be there. It’s sad that people working in the medical field have no compassion for others.

Not the cleanest of stores in the chain...smelled bad when I entered. Came to use the ATM which was Out of Order. 2 Patrons were trying to use it before me and couldn't get their money. They must've done something wrong because it worked fine when I gave it a try. The staff there is friendly though...always a plus and easy to overlook any other short comings the the store might be experiencing.

Customer service via the photo center via FedEx Walgreens employee was Extremely helpful and patient and should be given a promotion! Hard working patient caring employee who is also very knowledgeable. It was 11pm-midnight shift and I want to say his name was pat but I may be wrong but he helped me and my blind friend till we got his package finished and sent,!! Thank you young man and God bless

I ALWAYS have to call and ask them to push my prescription through it should auto magically be filled on the day it is due. Then they get an attitude when i call to get it going. I don't want to change pharmacy because there is a whole verification process I would have to go through and it's always a mess. I just wish there was a better system.

They have always been extremely helpful in the store and pharmacy section. I've had several issues with the pharmacy due to the fact I'm a disabled senior that has chronic pain issues. They have had employees and pharmacist that arent kind or understanding due to the opioid situation they have a hard time relating to a user from an actual person's need to function. More training could be given to create better customer relations and common courtesy.

Susan wasn't very friendly. Her customer service was terrible. She didn't greet me. She just asked what I wanted... very rude. There's a wealth of people who aren't able-bodied and blessed to have employment during these hard times. She should be thankful she does and is able.

Came in here to pick up afew things for my wife, had to use the restroom real quick, the sign said open from 8am-8pm, it was 6:12pm Joe refused to let me use the restroom saying that they were already closed even though the sign clearly said 8pm, the door to access the bathroom was open just needed a code, thanks Joe for your simple kindness

I had just called to check the cash price of a medication and they kept putting me on hold to the point that I ended up hanging up my phone call after being put on hold for 40 minutes. This is the most ridiculous pharmacy staff ever when the first and only person who I actually spoke to was the pharmacist on duty. Worst place to get your coupons, their machines to print out your coupons, at the registers are not working, she didn’t even mentioned it, and I got 4 toothbrushes so that I could get a coupon back for my next purchase, after purchasing I saw I didn’t get my coupon so I asked her why didn’t I get it if it says to purchase $10 get $5 back and she said her machine isn’t working and there’s nothing she can do about it.

Was able to get Mom in to get vaccinated as well as make the appointment for the second shot in 28 days. This was a relief because she is 65 now and does have the pre existing condition that weakens her immune system.

Its 24hrs and you never know what will happen when you are in a spot and you need to get what you want and nobody is open till 8or 9am, so I am grateful for the convienace for 24hr services that Walgreens provides 😇

Honestly the worst customer service! The managers or supervisors on duty do not wish to help no customer at all. Expect to wait at the minimum 30 minutes to even get help, they had to ask for help in intercom 3 times.

CORPORATE NEEDS TO LOOK AT THIS LOCATION!!
Just left the store & the pharmacy manager, KYLE (whom I never met or interacted with b4 today) actually just THREW medication through the cubby window @ me!! Didn't verify my info & told me I couldn't come there anymore because of an interaction with Alexandra (who gives me trouble EVERY time I come there). I asked 4 a supervisor & was made to sit in the driveway 5+ minutes before anyone would help. Then appears an angry & dishoveled man, putting his hand up as if in my face and barking at me.
This manager didn't try to see what my issue was. He told me he was giving me my medication but I couldn't come there anymore. When I attempted to speak, he threw my medication out the window and brushed me away...walked off! Too bad for me the medication had been discontinued by my doctor.
THEN IT GETS SCARY...this pharmacy manager takes the time write his personal opinions of me into my customer profile & embarass me so that ANYONE who see my receipts or accesses my account sees his comments! Because of this punitive act, I was inhibited for 3 DAYS TO GET MY BLOOD PRESSURE OR THYROID MEDICINE. MR. KYLE- PUT A CLAIM THRU FOR THE MEDS I NEEDED BUT WHEN I TRIED TO PICK THEM UP THE STAFF WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME! SO I COULDN'T GET MY MEDS THERE OR AT A DIFF LOCATION!
To have a manager that goes to this extent to be petty & punitive is a reflection of the lack of concern for me as a customer & patient! I will be reporting Kyle to the NV Pharmacy Board, I have filed a formal complaint with my insurance & a grievance with the corporation.
People like Kyle come to at-risk communities & try to superimpose his God-Complexes upon the community. I know my rights & deserve to be treated with respect & courtesy. No corporation should be where one person can assassinate a person's character in a way that impedes their right to medication that sustains their quality of life!

I had to go get some cold medicine for my granddaughter.a few weeks ago it was very late about 12:30 AM, The person that helped me was amazing she, went out of her way to help me and with a smile! Her name is Christina Winston but she told me she likes to be called Tina. she was very busy and still took the time to make me feel welcome. and found just the right medicine.. I am from California and, without cursing on here all I can say is that, I will NEVER go to this walgreens or any other walgreens again. They are the rudest people I have ever encountered.
