I shop here regularly, the lines can get long, but always fresh produce and meats. Like any other store at this time, items may be out of stock. However, the bakery is always on point and have delicious fresh pastries. We do our kids Birthday cakes here as well. Definitely worth checking out.

This is my neighborhood Albertsons and it is very reliable. The layout, the prices, the deals, not to mention the staff is very helpful and WILLING to help you if you cannot find something or if something was confusing. The pharmacy has been very easy to use as well. I appreciate it all every time I go in.

My local neighborhood grocery store. Always clean, its familiar to me. They do a decent job of keeping items stocked. Employees are nice and helpful. It's Albertsons so some items are a little more expensive, but produce is always good and fresh, meats are seafood are great. One complaint I would mention would be about the new Vons shopping carts they recieved. They are ragged and need help. Other than that good place to shop. Small US bank inside, Starbucks, some gaming, and a pharmacy. Small floral department and hard alchohol selection as well.

I asked for a "bluish- purple" frosting on a red velvet cake with a black border. Simple. Amd I mentioned I was hoping the hue would resemble a night sky. I also asked if they could put a black tree with no leaves off to the side. Like a dead tree.
And Oh-My-Gosh!!! What I got was sooo perfect and above & beyond!! They did a gradient of Blue Hour colors - a night sky with layered and transitioning hues of dark purple blue, the tree crafted with amazing detail. They even added a Full Moon which was such a delightful surprise. Not only that, the branches of the tree seemed to resemble a hand closing it's grip on the moon - like a scene in the movie. They added sparkles to look like stars. I mean ---- I was BLOWN away. And for the price - AH - MAZING. I was almost in tears. Needless to say - my daughters LOVED it. This artist/(these artists) who work in this bakery are awesomely talented. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended. Give these people a raise. Oh - and so nice. I have time to kill and was reminded to leave a review when I saw the manager, Kim, making fun of someone to the checkers. Because last time I was here, this undignified broad who doesn't know how to be subtle, blatantly followed me across several aisles, stood at the end cap waiting to see which aisle I went down, sped up to walk alongside my cart while peering into it for a good 8 seconds with a fake how are you, then exits the aisle and gets on the radio talking about a woman stealing. I already have it hard enough lugging around my belongings during a temporary displacement; last thing any customer needs is to be profiled and harassed for absolutely no reason.

First time going to Albertsons in a while but all of their Handicap stalls were occupied and where you could expect to find them is now (6-8 steaks I believe) "pick up" stalls. Drove around 4-5x before just giving up on a handicap stall and parked in a regular stall, but getting the wheelchair in and out and my wife out of the vehicle was very difficult, without causing any damage to the other car. Needless to say, we will avoid visiting Albertsons in the future unless we want to order online and just "pick up"

I rarely post reviews. But I believe when someone does really impressive work - it should be acknowledged. I am so pleased with this Albertsons bakery right now. (I have been getting Albertsons cakes for my kids bday for many years, on many occasions.) This year, my daughter wanted a chill stay-at-home bday (no party or anything)

I went to albertsons to shop for food, and do my tag for my car, i like to first thanks Amanda R. For helping me and her excellent customer service skills, so kind and nice what a Great Women, she a keeper.

I had to drive 25 minutes back to
Store because the young kid with curly hair, told me the rock fish was fresh and i ask him to smell it, he told is was good. I then beleive him he wrap it up. Well, when i got home and unwrap it, it smell so bad my husband said they trying to make us suck, i took it back to store another 25 mintute druve. I told the cashier what happened shecrefund me and told the other boy take it away to meat department , it smell so bad, I told her and the lady in self checkout the someone need to monitor this meat department not kids, I even ask him why you gave me that fish when ask if it was OK, he through it smell ok, I told don't lie to people please you can make people sick or even die from that smell. Please discard all that fish, it not safe. I then left and told lady in self checkout, she me who was the gut, i told her, advise please take him away from meat department until he well train. Please get help not fare.

They racially profile here. For some reason me and my husband were followed down several isles by a middle-aged Hispanic male with a buzzcut. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Get loss prevention and go stock an aisle and leave people alone! I will be contacting corporate.

Yesterday about 11 am we went to shop here. The two items we were going to purchase at the deli looked like they had been there for quite some time and didn't look anywhere close to fresh so we didn't buy anything from there. The availability of other sale items was lacking so we made a very minimal purchase. It reminded us why we don't shop there much any more. We used to go once or twice a week.

I just tried using Albertson's online order and pickup service at their Ann and Simmons location. The initial part of this experience was promising, with my order being completed ahead of time. However, the satisfaction was short-lived upon arrival. The app meant to signal my arrival didn’t work, offering no option other than “I’m on my way” even though I was already at the pickup spot. This hiccup forced me to call the store directly, which led to a confusing exchange with a person speaking so fast that I had no idea what they said, I said hello, gave me name and said I was here to pick up my order. The staff member then struggled to locate my order.

My order was finally found and just as I arrived home, I received a call stating that part of my order was forgotten, and I needed go back and pick it up. Adding to the frustration, the quality of the groceries was disappointing: celery so limp I threw it away, overly ripe avocados, and a dangerously dented can. This experience was a huge contrasted with my previous deliveries from Albertson’s using Uber and highlights significant areas for improvement in Albertson’s pickup service. Despite the convenience the service aims to provide, the execution and quality fell short, leaving room for significant improvement to better meet customer expectations.

This post is way past due and is so well deserved .i was on a time restraint for an appointment but had to grab some items .Most stores are changing product locations often and are short staffed, so you don't get very much assistance .I ran across a store associate named Lamar, dibleand let me tell you, he was incredible!!!
Lamar took one look at my list and directed me to the one item I was inquiring about. I thanked him and continued shopping for the next 5 items
and behold, he was there pointing to each of the remaining items on my list
I was baffled he was laughing and then told me he remembered my entire list .he went back to restocking, and all while he was still pulling items and stocking freezers from his pallet
He had helped me complete my task
I'm just saying what a unique customer
experience, this was ,,Albertson's you should seek out and endeavor to get more associates like lamar.

I live right down the street from this albertsons, All my other times going to this store it wasn't so bad. Last night I had picked up my Dogs urn , and I had came in to buy a balloon. I simply just needed it to be blown up and I'd be on my way. No body was in floral so I asked someone for help. They paged someone to floral, no one came. So I asked again, they paged again , no one came. I even pressed the button, No one came. What I was more upset about is that this store had 3 workers playing a claw machine , instead of working or at least just helping me. At the end I just ending up buying flowers and walking out. I just wanted to say I have very disgusted at the fact that I wasn't helped, and I even explained to one of the girls that I needed to go home right away due to me carrying my dogs ashes. There should have been no reason I should have waited that long. In addition , if there was no one that was going to be able to help me I should have been informed that hey the floral department is down, or I am sorry I don't have anyone to blow up balloons tonight. Something simple like that just so I didn't leave so upset.

I recently visited this Establishment, July 3, 2023. I was doind some forth of July shopping & Wanted to take advantage of Albertsons fabulous "Clip & Save's". I was at the self checkout completing my purchases & was Immediately greeted by a employee by the name of Hong. She was extremely friendly, funny & helpful. I ran into trouble completing my transaction & asked her for assistance. Little did I know, Hong did not work the registers in self checkout, she worked in book keeping. She still took the time out to show me what I was doing wrong in the Albertsons app & walked me through my transaction. Because of this I will be a loyal customer. She went over & beyond & I left there feeling like I had made a knew friend. Thank you Hong, you made a positive impact on me & absolutely made my day! It's outstanding employees like you that make customers feel special.

There is no choice cuts behind the meat counter, it was all prepackaged. They only had one boneless ribeye steak. The bone in ribeyes were very fatty and very expensive. The t-bones were a bit less expensive but again, a lot of fat. Super small selection. I bought the t-bones that they had but ended up returning them and getting pizza.

I normally don't shop at Albertson. I used too ,years ago. But walking into this location reminded why I STOP shopping there. The associate that cash me out was rude and spoke to us as if she was annoyed, and would rather not be there . We'll, check this out. Sometimes I don't want to be at work but I NEVER take it out on the customer. This associate lacked human decency and kindness . Karla K or ( L) you were extremely rude and unprofessional. I placed an order for custom birthday cake for my daughter's birthday.. the bakery associate that was in training helped me with all details for the cake.. she tells me the cake will be ready next day after noon.. I arrived after 130pm.. the same bakery associate helps me.. she gets her manager. Who tells me. " she doesn't know what happen to my order.. mine you I already paid for the cake the same day it was ordered.. smh I had to wait additional 30 plus mins for her to make the cake.. and I have guest at the house I need to get back to.
OVERALL CALL AND MAKE SURE THEY DONT LOST YOUR ORDER....
This was a time inconvenience for me.. and the fact she had a attitude.

It's annoying the way they price their sake merchandise. I don't want to buy so many items at a time! The self checkout didn't take cash, and person who was supposed to help --didn't. I ended up putting in some cash, then pay with a credit card but it didn't deduct the cash I paid. Not enough real cashiers.

The store had a remodel a little while back and the aisles are named after nearby streets. Cute and clever. The only draw back is the 5 gallon replaceable water bottles are behind closed doors please move inside store or open both entrances. Today the meat department saxon fire great prices. Waiting for the guy one get one or two. Clean modern store. Keep up the good work.

Every single time I shop at Albertsons Ann road and Simmons I get overcharged. They're always out of the stuff on ad for sale. They never have shopping carts. An employee there pulled a gun on me. I bought four packages of shrimp cocktail all had maggots in it. There's a long line continuously. There's more shop lifters than there are paying customers. Sometimes they will not charge you for one item so you can be overcharged for the other nine of them if it's like a 10 purchase to get the deal. So instead of getting something for 49 cents if you buy 10 of them. They only charge you for nine of them and charge you $2 each. Then you have to go to customer service and wait in line again to get the proper charge corrected. Their employees are rude. I've had 14 bad experiences in there in a row. And I complain every time. And they still don't correct the problems. And I complain. And they say why do I keep coming back if I don't like it. It's the only store close to my house. If I had a choice I'd shop anywhere else. Don't buy their maggot infested seafood. And watch your price tags. One day I sit outside and ask people to let me see the receipts and I'm monitored 10 different people. And all 10 were overcharged. Complete strangers overcharged. They are horrible. Don't shop at this Albertsons. I wish I had a better recommendation. They have one nice employee in the whole store. She is a sweetheart.

As a customer who has lived in this neighborhood suburb area since 2000, (23 years)! I have loyally shopped at this store being very convenient and down the street from my home, as my local shopping store! but recently the store management has been really not very good! the up-front customer service desk employee, a young man by the name Mr. Julian gave me very bad customer service when I asked in a polite customer respectful tone could I speak to the head store manager please about some important business involving the information about a job application submition I sent in 3 or 4 months ago online! the response I got was she's busy, she has no time to talk on that matter! Yet the head front desk courtesy clerk manager (by the name Mrs. Shelley) was literally at one of the grocery shopping checkout booths frivolously, laughing, joking talking to other employees not that far from the customer service desk! I was patiently standing, waiting to have some help on my job application matter to get some information on! I have previously come to the store respectfully, in a correct behavior to ask about what is my status on my job application in each of the 3 or 4 months asking politely could they review my application, check to see if I'm either under consideration or not considered! every time I have come down there, they have said the managers are busy, yet sometimes I have seen the store manager by the name of Mrs. Pam or the front-end courtesy clerk desk manager Mrs. Shelley, just walk around, chit-chatting frivously, not attending to customers business matters involving the store! I am a respectful decent customer goodly that understand the Albertsons workers hardships and the exhaustion there have to put out on their jobs in their task! But the only problem I have is being told by both managers(Mrs. Shelley and Mrs. Pam) telling me that the other is in charge of talking about job application information then the other manager telling me the other one is over the job information help that just told me to go to the other manager! so I don't know who to go to, because both tell me that reside over the manager position to give help on my issue, said it's the other ones problem in a sort of sense, a back and forth, no going anywhere for my important cause! there's a lack of communication, responsibility and accountability with the manager department especially at the customer service desk area! again, I really am not pushy, bossy and very patient, respectful when shopping at the store and thank the employees for the physical toll, task they do on the job! the store has very nice food, food products and other household products! the only problem I have had is with management's, the leaders (mainly Mrs. Shelley and Mrs. pams behavior/attitude toward customers with not very good customer service, indifference!

Always has what I need @ the time I go BUT they don't carry alot of fruit ... Good prices

This is Albertsons is okay it's not one of my favorites but it's okay most of the time you can find what you need in there but sometimes they just the prices at Albertsons need to go down is ridiculous and that's just my opinion

It was a little confusing with items having been moved, but once I found the display I was able to get everything I needed.
