I found this place doing an order for instacart the other day and I fell in love with this place. Really. They have a huge selection of vitamins. Good and organic vitamins and other healthy products. Best grocery experience I've had in my entire life. My mother and I are newly vegan and were looking for a store near the house that carried vegan products and health food. All of the employees were extremely helpful and helped us make our selections. We got all signed up for the rewards program and got informed on all of the classes and nutrition help they provide, even an onsite nutritionist! I mean wow, this transition has been hard but going plant based is becoming a lot easier thanks to Natural Grocers, thank you.

Everything is always so fresh here, you know exactly what's going into each one of your products, and the staff is friendly as well as informative. It can get a little pricey, but if you use this store to supplement your diet, it balances out quite nicely.

I've never purchased meat here, but if you're looking for pre-packaged gluten free foods, this is your store. There are SO many gluten free options for snacks, treats, cereals, frozen pastries, condiments, and soups. Shopping here makes me feel like living with Celiac is not so tough.

I have been shopping at Natural Grocers for about two years and it’s an experience that I look forward to. What I truly love about this grocery store, specifically this location, is the personalized experience I often receive. When you shop at places like Whole Foods or Sprouts, it’s very common for me to complete an entire shopping trip without one employee acknowledging me. I feel so strongly about customer service that I have dedicated the last 25 years to helping improve the customer experience for Fortune 500 companies around the world. Without customers business can not and will not thrive.

A few months ago, I noticed a few new team members. One of them by the name of DEE. Dee exceeds my expectations each and every time I visit Natural Grocers. She is always the first to say hello or to ask how I am doing, and the last person to say “have a great day”. She is professional, personable, thorough, and very knowledgeable about various products and promotions. In the times where she did not know the answer to my questions, she went above and beyond to get the answers. Employees like Dee keep businesses in operation. Natural Grocers has gained another loyal customer because of her.

Recently went to Natural Grocers to purchase a few items. After walking around a few times, I went to the register to ask for assistance. There was no one in line with two cashiers having conversation. I politely said excuse me but was cut off with a stern finger by Dee, as if I was interrupting. And had to wait till she finished what was on her mind. You guys should coach your unhappy employees, especially DEE. WHAT A GRUMPY INDIVIDUAL. The young lady that assisted me was very nice though.

You know I been coming there for years. And tonight I was trying to get there before it closed. I bought an item yesterday (bread) was hard. I wanted to return item. Made it to door at 7:38pm with door still open and customer at register. I asked can I just return the item. That's all I wanted to do. Not shop. Whoever was at register turned me away. That's very frustrating for a frequent customer who patrons the store frequently. To be turned away and it would have just taken a moment to allow me to return that merchandise.

We went to get eggs that were $3.50 a dozen instead of $6. Small store geared toward healthy options. Priced we're normal for this type of store and the selections were varied and plentiful. Their supplement section offered a lot of choices. The employees were friendly and helpful. Nice store to shop for specifics.

The men that work there are horrible . They see me trying to get a carton of eggs from fat back and didn’t ask if I needed help or anything . Probably looking at my butt while it eac for them and I didn’t see them when i tried to get the eggs but when I turned around after climbing on the shelf there just talking and literally right by me smh . The world we live in . Expensive food and can’t even get help from the men that work there. On the other hand the women were wonderful!!! More helpful than those sorry extra meat people

This is a natural foods store with products and employees straight out of central casting. Expect to pay extreme prices for high quality products.

They do have a truly remarkable collection of fresh ground grains and flours in a refrigerated/frozen section.

Store would really benefit from local baked goods. Who wants bread wrapped in plastic at some factory a week or more ago when there is so much good, fresh, local products to be had.

Like organic bacon and pasture raised eggs, and when you try to inquire about it they told me that they will order x amount of cases but only recieve half of that.
