I was as out the door by 11:59pm. I’ve worked retail… NEVER did i EVER get as close to a CUSTOMER as he did to me, to give a hard time about being there so close to closing. He even had the NERVE to tell me, he didn’t want to get in trouble for the store having to pay them over time, and how I wasn’t just holding him up, and when they say they’re closed, they’re closed, mind you they announced they were closed at 11:55pm over the intercom. EXTREMELY unprofessional. If they expect their employees to be walking OUT at 12pm, they should lock the doors with 15min til, or say they close at 11:45pm. I WILL be contacting customer service, as his behavior was not acceptable or appropriate. There’s a way you can say things to people, and he was straight confrontational and seemingly trying to intimidate me. Disappointed to say the least.

When you don’t mind paying a little extra this is a good grocery store to shop at. Great selection and the employees are helpful. Plenty of parking space unlike the local Walmart and the isles have room to spare so you are not saying excuse me every time you turn a corner.

Purchased product got them home and they were 1 month past the expiration date. I immediately returned the product and asked for a replacement... all others of that product were also expired. The manager was supposed to call me regarding the issue but never followed up. Not the first time expired food was found, but sad to see the issue continues.

If you go early or late there is just one cashier open if that. Sometimes there is no cashier at all. If I wanted to scan groceries I’d get a job at a grocery store and get paid for it! We started doing pick up because checking out is a nightmare. The bakery bread is open so anyone can touch it and you wouldn’t know. And self check out is a NIGHTMARE. The machines glitch so easily and it takes forever for an associate to come help you. Especially when it’s busy. Miss when I could buy groceries, wait in line, get my stuff checked out and bagged. Now every time I go in there I feel like damn, I should get a discount for doing all the work myself almost every time I come here.

I've worked in the grocery business for over 20 years, and I must say that the layout is very awkward. Too many half isles. I only go there if I need just a couple of things. I've been to other Smiths that are laid out much better. But I must say that they ALWAYS have real checkers to check you out. Anywhere, that I have to check out my own stuff, I leave my stuff there and walk out. Thank you for that!

This place is usually packed on weekends and has poor housekeeping. Floors are dirty , my 5 yr old slipped and split his legs. When I say no one did anything I mean no one but 1 lady who has working near by and saw everything. She asked if I wanted to file an accident report which I said yes and no one responded to her radio request. When finally manager shows up he said there were no incident report sheets printed and just walked away. One of the security desk guys took me over and said he would at least right done my info and so sadly they didn’t even have a piece of paper or pen to write anything down. Honestly if I was a different kind of person I could have sued them for how they handled the situation poorly. Not even an apology nothing!! Security said I should receive a call from management after they review the cámaras but nothing!! Shame , shame Kroger you need to train your managers better.

I don't understand why the cosmetics section is closed at 10:00 pm if the store is still open and according to Google Maps they close until 12:00 am, I asked them to open it to get an item I needed and they told me they couldn't, it's ridiculous!

The Hot Bar is top notch. Fried chicken was delicious. Perfectly well seasoned and hot.

Ok so I've been ordering online & picking up at the store and their "pick up" area is around the back of the store where I'm assuming they think nobody see's all the trash completely cluttering the bushes...its atrocious! This MULTI BILLION DOLLAR company can CERTAINLY afford to pay someone pick that trash up, its an eyesore and honestly it embarrasses me being born & raised here in the valley. I hope that the store manager read these reviews because I have a real problem with the Smiths not having the beauty section open. Why does the beauty section close before the store closes. I go into Smith's at 10 the store closes at 11 p.m. the cosmetic section is closed so I asked him to open it so when they open it the store employee tells me you know it's not open so you need to know what you're getting because it's not open you need to go and get it and get out so basically don't look around just go and get what you got to get and get out so I can close this gate back, so why is the section that is a part of the store it is not not like it's a separate beauty supply store inside of Smith's know it's a part of the store so why is that part of the store closed when the store is closing an hour.

I visited the store on 03/15/2023. Cashier Christina is the best of the best. She, by far, has the best customer service I have ever seen and had. I felt like I've known her for years. It was so pleasant I had to let a manager know before I left the store. She definitely deserves recognition for a job well done. She is a phenomenal human being. This is now my go to Smith's.

Goat’s Milk and a large selection of Kombucha, here. The large bottles of Kombucha can be hard to find and this store keeps them in stock.

I also appreciate that there’s a few cashier’s on deck most of the time. The assistance is welcomed by many and required by few. The associates are helpful and friendly.

I’d like to say I’ve been going to this smiths for four years and it’s a good store but never so good or bad I felt I needed to review till today! I was in line the Cashier Samantha and her bagger did an amazing job! Samantha was upset and I over heard her expressing her upset to the self checkout woman about no break in forever I found out they were very low staffed!!! Well long story short she put aside her issues went ahead checked me out and continued to take everyone else who stepped in line after me with a smile even with the fact they had been busting butt as the only checker open with no break! Her personality was perfect happy bubbly and knew to put her upset with the situation aside and still put a smile on for the customers! True professional! I also love Chris and the deli woman etc this smiths makes you feel like family!! And today proved it more they get to know their customers etc the core staff is just so awesome!!!!!

This is the dirtiest Smiths/Kroger I’ve ever been too. The carts are all disgusting. They have old food in/on them that sits in the dessert sun in the parking lot and then just gets put back into circulation. You only have one cashier if any available for checkout and the store is typically out of stock on stuff like eggs pretty frequently. I’ll drive out of my way to go to the Aliante location instead.

The first 2 spaces of each row of parking should be for handicap people. The side only options just don't cover the demand of the growth in the area!

When you don’t mind paying a little extra this is a good grocery store to shop at. Great selection and the employees are helpful. Plenty of parking space unlike the local Walmart and the isles have room to spare so you are not saying excuse me every time you turn a corner.

Clean store but I'm not sure about fresh food. I went by the deli and was appalled by the food looked. I wouldn't buy from that deli. Afraid I'd get sick.

ABSOLUTELY ANNOYED. I used to love this Smith's...but it's gone downhill. I specifically requested they remove the skin from my filet at the seafood department and it wasn't done. I always request this and it's never done. Hire people competent enough to work in the department. It's ridiculous I have to and do a task I specifically asked to be done within the store at a specific department where it's part of their job. Honestly never want to go back.

Omfg they claim all smith's are the same. They lied to our faces. Most beautiful store we've ever seen. Meats and cheeses from all over the world and great prices. Everything was stocked. No empty shelves anywhere in store. This is like a gold mine, with gold.

I usually have a great experience at this smith’s location but today wasn’t so well. I had a less than satisfactory customer service experience with cashier perry he argued with me about the price of something that was in the shelf and then told me idk I just work here 🤣😳 wow okay. I thought employees was supposed to be educated about the products and services

This Smiths USED to be the BEST in Vegas. Now I would rather go to a ghetto Walmart. Never any carts, most of the management is rude and actually have ugly personalities, a manager named John is about 2 steps from a lawsuit if he keeps acting like he does Infront of me again they have many good employees Chris and Brian if you need help seek them out. They are very friendly pleasant and helpful. There are other but I don't recall their names. John though is rude talks down to his employees in front of customers, especially the clerk kids. Disgusting behavior.

LOVED THIS SMITHS! Special Thanks to the manager, self check-out professionals, cashier professionals, bagging/assistance professionals working 20JAN22 @ 12:30-2:40 check-out w/Barbara! You all went out of your way to help 2 Disabled Veterans complete our grocery shopping!!!! We couldn't have done it without all of you 😘 Obviously this Smiths has the Best Staff I have Ever Seen! Professional, courteous, friendly, kind and compassionate! Outstanding! Give them ALL a raise!!!! The store is clean, well kept, organized and stocked as well as can be expected for today's world, in fact, it was quite well stocked indeed. We found everything on our monthly list (4 carts full) which was extensive. The aroma from the bakery draws you in...the utter deliciousness engulfs you until, there's bread 🥖 and sweets 🍩 in your cart! So good 😋 This is Our Smiths from now on!

While parked in the parking lot at this smiths a employee by the name of "Tate" threw a rock at my brand new car. We confronting him he responded with vulgarity and abusive language cursing at me. I immediately called inside spoketo Maria and asked for a manager. Then spoke with Josh the manager to file a report. Damages to the door of my 2022 Tundra.

Smith's employee's not wearing mask, customer's not being forced to wear mask as if the numbers w/ the virus isn't going up. I'm switching my medication pick up from here so that I dont have to come back in here, 2nd incident here and I will not be back.

This one staff lady named tari or something was horrible. We were paying and she was talking about her customers then she started talking about us bad about us supposedly screaming,telling her it her fault and etc. And the worst thing is that she was talking about us in our faces like can you talk about when we leave. Anyways the maintenance of the store isnt bad for location and there is friendly that are very helpful

Never stocked. Not even at 9am on a Saturday, didn’t even have doughnuts out? Produce was browning, horrible options. Even the frozen foods weren’t stocked well? Every Saturday it’s always an issue. At 8am? On a Saturday? God forbid you do pickup, you won’t get anything you need and your “replacement” items won’t even be close to what you originally had…speaking from experience.

Selection is always great. Meat department is always on point...BUT THE CASHIERS the 2 who are in charge ARE SOME OF THE RUDEST PEOPLE I have encountered in a customer service position. They make you want to hurt somebody. LoL which is not a good feeling to have when out in public.

LOVE this Smith's. They made us a discount pizza right before closing time for the deli and the lady was super sweet. Very friednly staff every time, great prices and deals on everyday items, great pharmacy.

The meat and seafood dept shows hours of 9am-8pm and we go there with before 8pm and the lady tells us, "Sorry, we closed"
If they close before 8pm then change the hours posted..

Love Smith's. Great customer service, Fresh products, prices are a little high on some items, but I don't mind because of the great customer service. SMITH'S IS MY FAVORITE STORE.
