Like what? How do you have most of the store locked up, but barely staffed enough to unlock it? Seems like they are more worried about preventing theft than being convenient to the customer. At this point, don't even carry the items if you are going to lock it up and be so understaffed that you have to wait for it to be unlocked. Last time I waited like 10 minutes and had to go to self checkout to get the lady working there to unlock the merchandise.

My husband went to this market at around 7:30am on a Sunday. He goes to the deli counter and sees two female employees talking to each other.

After waiting a minute or two with no acknowledgement, he finally interrupts their personal (not work related at all) conversation and says,

"Excuse me ladies. What time does the deli open?"

The one who is a manager says, "Um, I don't know. About 9 or 9:30am?"

The other woman, not a manager, corrects her and says, "No, it opens at 6am."

How does the manager not know when it opens?

So they say to give them just a minute and continue their conversation. Once the manager leaves, the other woman says AGAIN to give her just another minute.

At this point, my husband gives up. He walks away and trues to find the manager that was talking with the deli counter employee. He even asked the customer service employee the manager's name. This guy said, "I'm gonna let her tell you that."

WHAT?

He finally gets her name, Lizette, and the store number which is 4339.

Then he leaves.

This Wal-Mart clearly has issues. Each time we've gone here, multiple areas were barely stocked. Almost the entire pharmacy area (makeup,Deodorant, soap, first aid, cough drops, medicine, etc) are behind glass! When I went two nights ago, there was only ONE button in the entire section for calling an employee to open the cases. I could see where all the other buttons were removed.

This location just doesn't seem to care about its customers. The negligence is glaring. And they need security on the outside. We witnessed a man and woman fighting in their car right in front of the entrance a few days ago. There were kids in the car. It was about 8pm.

The whole incident lasted almost 5 minutes with no intervention. Ridiculous.

Sure, this Walmart may be a bit crowded at times, but that's par for the course in North Las Vegas! This Walmart has an efficient pharmacy, a bike rack, and a nice coffee shop by the entrance.

My husband ordered a ice cream cake to surprise me for my birthday .Walmart delivery driver put the cake box standing up instead of flat because obviously it's a flat cake and if you stand it up it will fall apart!!! Never order from Walmart for delivery ever again

I've never experienced a more appalling store in my life. The level of filth and neglect is astounding. I can't fathom why the health department hasn't shut this place down already. The floors are filthy, and the bathroom's stench is unbearable. The most shocking part is the terrible customer service. Employees seem completely disinterested in helping customers. Everyone is either "on break" or too busy to assist. It's a mystery how this place stays in business. Avoid this store if you value cleanliness and decent service.

It's ghetto. It's in the "ghetto suburbs" of far North Las Vegas after all. There are several low income apartment communities nearby, smack dab in the middle of an otherwise nice suburban area. Those tenants create sort of a chaotic energy & environment while you're out shopping. Former and current gang members abound. Alphabet folks (employees & shoppers) with the nerve to stare at you. All of my Walmart delivery orders would show up with an item or two missing, & sometimes the entire order wouldn't show up because the delivery drivers steal your food & other items apparently. I placed numerous calls & complaints after complaint after complaint with the store manager and they still couldn't get it right. Avoid this location if possible and go across the street to the Smith's.

CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES! Especially on the yogurt. I bought the activia dailies here and they expired 2 weeks before. I tired to take them back to exchange them and they refuse without a receipt. Who the heck keeps a receipt for groceries! I did not want a refund i just wanted to exchange them. I have bought several things from here at this location with them being expired and just threw them out, but enough is enough especially with the price of groceries! I will never shop at this location ever again!

Automated self check out store I think they only have 3 or four check out people on the floor everything is self check out and their security measures for the new system is kinda sketchy any little mistake or if you don't scan something correctly the person running the area freezes your machine and she can pull up video of you scanning the item right there in front of you . I don't like it !

Although it is a convenient place to gobut it has the feel of an old store that was put inside a vacant warehouse. Only come here if have no other choice. Staff at the front always seem like you are bothering them anytime you need assistance.

I live in the area so this is one of the options I have to go to, I returned some items and the older lady at customer service register named sherry looked like she didn't want to be there or do her job, I told I was returning some items and she just grabbed them and dropped them on the counter with an attitude and didn't even make eye contact or engaged me whatsoever. I can feel her bad vibes and attitude...totally unprofessional and very bad experience, mgmnt does need to check their employees cause they can't be having these attitudes attending customers, she's lucky I'm a calm person but if she did that to someone with a short fuse or bad attitude they will tell her something and cause a scene and walmart will look bad

Unbelievably over priced in 2 weeks. Went to buy Purex detergent and within 2 weeks the price went fro $6.97 to $9.97. I am a senior and recent became widowed. That is ridiculously over price gauging especially with the holidays approaching.

The parking lot was full of loose shopping carts. People around here can't be bothered to put them in the corrals. I got my prescription filled just fine. I was gonna get some cough drops and some Mucinex, but everything was locked up. Half the items in the store are behind a lock. Customers standing around all over the store waiting for somebody to unlock a product for them.
At some point, Walmart decided it was better for their profits if they keep cough drops and laundry soap locked up at this particular location. Maybe if people stole less, Walmart wouldn't have to keep things locked up.

I couldn't be bothered to ask for the cough drops to be unlocked, so I went home without. At least the chicken soup wasn't locked up.

I deliver for Walmart and this is by far the worst one. They are slower than molasses to unload you and they don't take deliveries before 1400. As far as shopping there I wouldn't recommend it. Everything is locked up which I get because of thievery but it takes 15 to 20 minutes for anyone to come with a set of keys to get you your item.

Worse Walmart in North Las Vegas and the worse store manager Sherine - after reading the others reviews I see why this Walmart has the worse customer service. The Leadership is not professional. I hate this Walmart is the closest to me but I’ll drive to the one on Decatur Blvd before I get another $100 taken from me and the store manager Sherine refuses to talk to me but made sure her associate Leah told me she’s not going to give it to me. The devil is a lie. I’m getting my $100 that was left at the register thru Walmart or the courts however I’m getting it. Walmart need more personnel with people skills.

Get your water jug dispenser fixed. Currently here and taking upwards of 15 minutes to fill 1 jug and I have 3. Asked your customer service to just swap jugs as I fill these every month. Simple answer no but I’ll give you a refund. I guess after this I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

WOW!!! How it has changed since my last visit!!! I have absolutely nothing against change whatsoever, but they could still carry their variety of items couldnt they??? Just because they turned the isles, i guess to update the store maybe??? Idk, but still, whats up Walmart??? Where are the masks and boxes of gloves I used to walk right up and get the items i needed every time. EVERY TIME. Now, i went and asked a cashier for help, she was amazing, had no problem looking up the item for me, and showing, pointing me in the right direction. Im sorry i dont have her name. I will remember her!!! Anyway, I was only able to get a similar item to what i was looking for... Bummer

Had to give this place a 1 star!! I waited a out 15min after pressing the button to get help in the liquor cabinet. No one came! I asked one of the staff heading my way he shook his head like saying no then turned the other way, i asked a other staff if she can get me help she said she would get someone it's been almost another 15mins and no one hasn't showed up yet to help me.

I was at self checkout this morning, and instead of this young lady helping me she completely made my day hard. She made a big deal because She thought we didn’t scan an item, when she realized we DID in fact scan the item. She called the security to review the cameras because she felt embarrassed. Her attitude was not friendly at all going back and forth with me insinuating that we were stealing. It was embarrassing because she made a scene and everyone was looking.. then the manager by the name of Ashley comes by to try and calm her employee down which she was still going back and forth with us. Instead of Ashley asking us do we want her to help or maybe checkout for us in a different aisle, We waited about 5 mins for them to “check the cameras” before getting frustrated , we decided to just rescan everything ourself. The whole demeanor of the staff was off. Not to mention there was literally noooo carts anywhere. The management was off today. I’ve been coming to this store for about two years now & never had any problems like this. Maybe she was having a bad day but her bad day rubbed off on me & caused me to be late for appointments. Please look into this for me because this is not how the Walmart typically is.

Go just up the street to smith’s for a better shopping experience. FYI the 5 star reviews are employees and and employee friends and relatives making sure the reviews aren’t all 1 star

At the returns department a female Walmart employee with fee teeth explained that digital return is not possible at Lossee location but only at a Super Walmart. At the Super Walmart, I was told the return must be done at Losee. Horrible service. Never come back.

Went to the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Lossee on 8/12/2022 at 8:30AM to grab a few things. Last stop was to get some shampoo which is now locked up behind glass. I pressed the little box for assistance which played a little message and waited. After waiting 5 minutes I pressed it again and again waited 5 more minutes. After waiting a total of 10 minutes to buy a $5.00 shampoo everything I had collected went on the nearest shelf and headed to Smith's where I was able to be in and out within the 10 minutes I waited at Walmart. I won't be back... ever!

Seemed like its being run as a prison. Laundry detergent is in a looked case,as well as deodorant but knives and chicken are freely accessible. This kind of mentality has to stop. If someplace needs security hire some but don't treat everyone like criminals.

What a joke! 7-8 employees standing around the self check out and no one in customer service. We have been told several times within the last 15 minutes that the employee will be back in "10 minutes". No one answers the phone either! So frustrating , such poor customer service . Go to Smiths ! A half a mile away and much better quality!
