Don't pay attention to the wood cutting station sign. They've changed the policy to only cut full sheets of plywood. Gone are the days where they will cut a board to the length you need. So, what used to be a simple store run and two minutes of an employee's time on a saw already set up and waiting to be used, is now an extra project when you get home.

This store is an absolute disgrace when it comes to customer service. The manager, Steven was supposed to call me back yesterday to give me an update on my window appointment. The store sold me a faulty blind, and when I tried to return it for another they denied it. Even though it was under warranty. So I decided to go With a pull down blind. They set up an installer at my condo and told me the final price before hand. So I then had to pay for the measurements which would be credited towards the final installation. I had to physically come to the store to get it set up because nobody followed up with me afterwards. Then they informed me of a $250 condo fee. Which state neglected to tell me before the measurement. DO NOT buy blinds from the store!!!!

Friendly and courteous employees. Found everything I needed. Explained to one black shirted staff I needed pipe insulation to fit into my backpack because I was riding my bike back home and he obliged and cut it so it could fit. Thank you.

Omg! Go to Lowe's on East Craig Rd and buy yourself a succulent! Any succulent! They have cute little ones inside, and bigger ones outside. I got one of the big cactus plants that my husband is looking at in the picture I'm posting, but I want MORE! We are both impressed at their variety and how beautiful everything is set up. I just want to go back there and give them more money, lol! The employees are really nice, too.

If you are looking for the best possible materials, service and knowledgeable employees to assist you, than no other choice in my mind is Lowe's. Bought my carpet and today roofing materials & a great price on a Kobalt 20 gal Compressor. $199.00 & only $25 to extend warranty 2 more years. Really like this clean organized establishment.

They don't cut lumber, and all the DEI hires look away when you need help finding something. While nearly everyone else is just flat out incompetent. The only asset any of the workers have here is the ability to crudely access the Lowes database to tell you where something is. Even then, it takes longer than Looking it up yourself. Save the trouble, go literally anywhere else.

Major appliances only have 2 days to return or exchange in their original packaging.

Regardless of Lowe’s delivery who hauled everything away.

I bought a Samsung refrigerator which had a defective ice dispenser 1 week after setup and delivery.

Lowe’s will not honor their original worry free return. Just cited the store policy change.
Samsung won’t provide service citing Lowe’s 45 day worry free return policy.

I really like this location now. First of all, this is the closest Lowe's to my house. It is only about a five minute drive. This location has also gotten a lot better over the last couple of years. They have a lot more variety now, really in most departments, but especially in sections such as tools. Tools, to me, are like toys. I love shopping for new tools all the time. You can usually find some really good deals at this Lowe's. Plus, 5% off your entire purchase every time you use your Lowe's credit card. And lastly, the customer service has been really good lately. Employees have been very helpful and very courteous! They are also really good at keeping things in stock.

Hey Lowes can you at least clean the machine before renting it out please. This is not ok on my book. Good thing I checked it on the carpet in my garage before taking it in. Clumps of dog hair was already smiling at me from the floor that fell from the machine.

Update: Mountain of fur taken from the machine this is seriously not ok. I’ve taken more time cleaning this thing than actually cleaning my carpet it is very unacceptable.

Still around for 20 minutes trying to get some help in plumbing finally get some help. They don’t have the parts so they try to Jerry rig what I needed which would’ve cost me double the money then they sent me to electrical to maybe help but I need it but no one ever came. The store is ridiculous not enough people no customer service They should fail.

I gave it 2 stars because there was a couple people who helped me who were nice, but there's definitely a few people who shouldn't be working there. For one, I don't need you to tell me how experienced you are in carpentry, especially when you don't even know what I'm working on or who I am. I don't care, I need you to find me what I'm looking for without talking down to me. Secondly, I don't need you to be sulky and rude when I ask you a simple question about where something is and I don't care if you're changing the paper in the register or doing paperwork. If you're in a public area, be nice to the customers, we pay your salary.

I brought a trimmer from Lowes. I need more strings for the trimmer, everytime I went back & had the worker their to help me purchase the right strings it didn't fit. It took me (3) times going back to trying to get the right string. And all three time they gave me the wrong string, the 4th time I went to return the string it took another customer to finally show me the right one.
Lowes have disappointed me 2 times on buying a large item. A while back it was a Refrigerator from them. I guess ill stick to maybe buying plants. & their higher then Home depot. So I guess I'm done with Lowes PERIOD. SMH

Customer service was the worst and hours waste of time. Buying multiple appliances was actually a bother to them. Vianey and James were useless. And manager on duty even more useless. Yeah, go back to the cashroom and count your money. On top of their awful and combative attitudes. Thanks to HOME DEPOT on North 5th for saving the day and showing how it's done! Based on this experience. They could care less and it's tolerated behavior. But I'm sure potential customers would like to know and be warned.

I just got to town for a visit and my cousin's water softener failed. We got it in the car and took it back to this Lowe's. Still under warranty but this size was not available anywhere. At some point frustration started to get the best of the problem but between the plumbing Mgr and store Mgr it shifted direction and took an amazing position turn. These managers were awesome. I would love to take them both back to my local store in Georgia! 😎 hunger was not my friend watching all of this go on!

I was about to give Lowe's 2-3 stars due to a negative experience today, but since it is Lowe's, very organized, and you pretty find what you need I gave them a 4 star rating. When I was about to check out, how is the staff (Sandra) going to ask me where did I get the pavers from and if I took a picture of the bar code. I don't know if she was new, which I doubt because she seemed to know the other staff members names. But if you are a staff member there aren't you suppose to have an idea where things are? She then started scanning the item booklet at random pavers stating that was the price which was double or triple the price, which was nit the case. She then asks me if I can go back and get the barcode. Now hold on am I wearing the Lowe's vest or are you is the question? Let me stop ranting. Please retrain her on at least where items are located and to make sure she's scanning the correct barcodes. Imagine people spending Hu dress of dollars and you have an employee like that doing mark ups for your company. Is that right for your consumers?

I've been trying to return Trex Decking (I do not recommend) for almost a week, I called on 7-18, I was told it would be picked up, I get a call that the truck broke down (Lie #1) So they rescheduled for the next day they send a box truck instead a flat bed truck, driver laughed and said he can't take it and I should call Lowe's again, he took pictures but nothing was done, I call again for a Friday pick up again no show, so I'm working on Lie #3, I called and was told the same lie for Saturday 7-23-22 pick up, shortly after my reminder like clock work someone called and said someone made the error for pick up for today as they don't have a flat bed truck. I called the Assistant Manager and Spoke to a "Josie" , she neglected to convey any empathy, gave attitude when I said I will drive down to sort this out. She promised a call back today on status and I wasted 20 hours of my time waiting for something that wouldn't be done. So I am escalating this to corporate and I will never buy any more product from such an incompetent company. Closing my credit account and I will discourage all my known contractors from using any professional services as they Lowe's are not.

I would like to start off by saying Renee, Maria and Josue should really be recognized for their A+ customer service. They really turned a bad situation into a good one. I just started shopping at Lowe’s after receiving a credit card from them I normally shop at Home Depot. I ordered a unit for my business which was delayed due to the vendor no fault of Lowe’s but all three of them went out of their to contact the vendor and find out where my product was. After finding out they had not mailed my unit Josue proceeded to call around town to find out if anyone had anything comparable in stock. We were not able to find anything locally but Renee and Maria made the exchange process very easy and they were extremely helpful in finding me a new product so I can get back up and running with my business. Because of employees like this Lowes has definitely earned my business and I would say the store does a great job in hiring as all three of them had excellent customer service.

Julio makes the Lowes on Losee Rd. one of the best in town. He is always very helpful, attentive, solves problems, and has great advice. After buying a new home, we found ourselves buying materials from Lowes A LOT, and It's always been a great experience with fantastic service.

I needed help, so I asked the first employee I saw (who was just standing there), and they told me to go to customer service. I waited, then spoke with them. Instead of helping me, they page someone else to come help.

So the first two employees don't even try to help me. I wait for the third. But they don't come. I see other customers getting help. I hear more pages for assistance, but no one comes to help me.

I go back to customer service. They still do not help me. They page someone again. No one comes.

Now I'm at a different store.

I've been coming to this location since 2014 and have done a ton of projects from painting the entire house to growing a food forest! The employees here are always amazing, however, this trip was very memorable. At the garden center there weren't any carts and Susan ran to grab me a cart when I had my hands full. I told her I could grab one just wasn't sure where they were. Sweet lady ran and grabbed it for me. Thanks Susan! Then Chris asked me what I was growing and poor guy had to listen about my thousand plants, but I had the best conversation in a long time with a stranger. With everything going on in the world...it's been hard to make new connections bc no one wants to even go near each other. Thanks for a great conversation and your knowledge Chris! I have learned a lot and will be back for more plants!
As I checked out Aaron was a sweetheart and made sure I had a card to help me with my military account in the future. Thanks y'all! It's always nice coming to this Lowe's! 🥰

Marcus in the garden center went the extra mile and saved me time. Marcus listened to what i was looking for (mission cooling visor) searched lowes entire city inventory and came back with results.

I had called 3 other lowes each call took about 7 mins to get to a no, MARCUS gave me on umbrella no in 5 mins.

I have a few great things to say about my first visit to this particular Lowes.
My brother and I were on a witch hunt for parts to fabricate a way to adhere a special main drive sprocket to a nicer sportier rim.
And there was this young guy I hate that I'm bad with names who's more than happy to help us find our screws and everything else we needed and my brother forgot he is wallet so we were allowed to do a over the phone purchase using my wife's credit card. So we didn't have to run all the way home and get the wallet and come back and the lady at the checkout (I'm bad with names) I'll call her the Ink-stress. Just very caring very helpful and made you feel welcome I will be going back
