Upon entering the store, I was pleasantly greeted by Alexia… if you were having a bad day, bright her smile, accompanied by her warm voice…would certainly turn your day around! with no hesitation, she asked me what I was looking for because she can tell I had distress in my eyes, and I explained to her I am not a regular in the store and had no clue where the items were. I showed her a few items I had on a different stores app, and she directed me to the correct aisle in a matter of moments.

As I was looking for the items, I could not locate them even though they should have been in this particular location. I walked down a few aisles…. There were no workers available to assist me so I went to the counter where I spoke to Ursula. Ursula‘s customer service was nothing like Alexis. It was quite clear Ursula did not have her coffee or she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I asked her if she could please have someone come over to aisle 3 for assistance. She said she would call someone. I waited over 25 minutes and no one ever came!!! Be clear she knew I was waiting, she could see me. There were several times we made eye contact. I even did the survivor wave…still no assistance came. I went back over to Ursula because I needed to ask her what her name was. Up until that moment she was dismissive and unconcerned with trying to get someone to help me.

What gave Home Depot a three star review? Alexia she is a phenomenal employee…. They are lucky to have her and when I checked out, she was helping a customer who couldn’t use self check out correctly, so I couldn’t even get the opportunity to let her know that she enhance my experience.. I’m letting everyone know here on Yelp!!

Store is well stocked and staff is helpful. Sometimes it's hard to find someone to ask questions. Picking up orders from online is very easy and I like that there is a few reserved parking spots close to the front for people just running in to pick up their online orders. Returning unused product is a breeze (better to order too much than not enough). Working with the kitchen design team is great. I renovated my kitchen through Homedepot. I took advantage of 24 months with no interest on my kitchen remodel.

I do like coming here. They had awesome deals on soil and plants. An employee was helpful and knew the aisle we needed for something. I got a pot and a squash plant. 1st year trying a garden in Vegas. Fingers crossed. Will be back.

I went in looking for a slab of wood to make a necklace holder.
I walked out with a free slab of wood and some hooks.
Oh, and some Gorilla glue, a new mop and broom, an industrial size bucket, dishwashing liquid, tomato plants, fencing, and four heavy duty lawn chairs.
Everything was on sale or clearance.
I'm watching this really nice drill set for a sale.
They've got everything in this store and I do mean everything. They've even got snacks and drinks.
Do yourself a favor and check out the clearance merchandise. Trust me.
The greeter is a riot.
If you need tools that you can't afford to buy, check out their rentals. The sell their used rentals at less than 1/3 the original cost.
If you need lumber, check out their huge selection.
If you need it, they've got it!

Needed to cut some wood asked the employees there for the service and they always said, "We'll let lumber know." Multiple calls on the intercom from employees asking for lumber service to no avail. Waited over an hour and no service at all. I decided to get smaller pieces of wood and just try to make due.

When I talked with the cashier at checkout she said that the cutter was actually not working. No signs by it to let customers know that the service was not available. Just employees telling me that they'll let lumber know, and wasting my time. Imagine waiting over an hour to find out they never had the service, or talking with employees who had no idea the saw wasn't working and just saying someone else will take care of it.

Waste of time and horrible customer service. Just come here to buy things or find it cheaper on Amazon. They will not provide you proper service.

I think they are a little high priced but that's my opinion, I found what I was looking for only after going to two different stores, when it says they have it online at one store then it should be there, which it wasn't, so that kind of upset me, and the staff didn't know if they had it or not, the selection was slim also, not a lot to choose from.

They are always in every Department, very much Service 1st when if u have to order it to be sent to your FAVORITE Store to be picked up by you or have your Products sent to your home with a Their Home or Office delivery price and installed at a rather average price, and will guarantee if u do what they Install. 5 people standing around by talking doing nothing while the green center isn't even open or have a cash register open or doors to garden area to even get in . Smh.

The inventory online is wrong, so call before heading over, or you may waste some time.
Store staff looked more at their cell phones and were not great.
Finally the staff at the customer service desk, got the outlet I needed from the racks above.

Around 8am May 19 my 3 month old baby and I are about to leave the store and the cart out of nowhere locked. There carts are not car seat friendly so I put my baby inside the cart. I put all the merchandise on top. When it all of a sudden locked as we were at the door it almost sent the merchandise flying into the car seat. Please do your due diligence of checking. Instead of automatically locking carts. It’s dangerous and this situation wouldn’t end on a positive note.

Been to this store dozens of times, been to home depots in general hundreds of times. I flipped a house and spent 5K easily, once the project was done i attempted to return what was not used, in general maybe 5 percent of purchase max. I go to return 138.43 in items this time and denied by a Retail Equation system that fails to state why it was denied (multiple choose is not an answer) when for 20+ years it has been fine. I bought a 400 Makita set, the cashier hunted down the item for me and was perfect. This cashier smiled the moment the screen said denied and I didnt even have a chance to say anything more then hello to her. 3 stars only because some staff are great and the store in general is good, 1 star gone for a bad jean and one star gone for a bad automation system that allow a business to play a denial shell game.

their curbside pickup service is incredibly rude and condescending. they did not accept a dmv temp license along with a different photo id despite us being able to confirm our order on our end. we had to go inside to handle it and the same woman had an out of pocket attitude the entire time. afterwards they insulted my partner as well after she had walked away. choose a different location with less miserable people.

So excited I went to the Home Depot on Craig Rd. I went to 2 other locations and got no knowledge or help in the blinds dept. One location literally huffed and rolled her eyes when I asked for help. Next location had no knowledge and told me they don’t carry cellular shades that I’d have to order on line, NO MORE THEN THAT. I’ve no knowledge just my measurements wanting to buy blinds for my master bedroom. Mei Golomb at Kitchen & Bath at the Craig location had all the knowledge and ordered my blinds on line for me. Gave me professional advice that will dramatically beautify my master bedroom. Thank you Mei for treating me like a customer and not an unwanted chore.

Wost cusmoter service ever. I have waited over a wood stud fir 45 min in the store. No one wants do job. No one knows whats going on. I spoke with 3 managers no one know whats going on. Every single time i have to explain the situation again and again. All they say sone is coming and they are leaving. No one know what they are doing . Specially the fork lift guy
