Amazing desserts with a variety of options! I got the soft serve on a sugar cone with chocolate M&Ms. I’ve tried their mangonada. It was so delicious. They have a variety of sugar and waffle cones with different chocolates on it and toppings. I can’t speak for the rest of the options but they all look delicious. They also have sorbetto if you can’t do dairy. Price is reasonably. Friendly staff. Place is super cute.

Fantastic ice cream and Italian ice shop. Decent prices, great flavors, and generous servings. The cookie butter concrete shake is one of the best ice cream desserts I've had. We also love the ice cream sandwiches, they are much better than store bought frozen novelties. Definitely recommend!

Was really looking forward to a cherry dipped cone like I remembered from DQ ages ago. Unfortunately, it has zero cherry flavor and only tasted like rancid wax. The Spicy Whip Swirl and/or the Sandia are the way to go there... AMAZING!

Great custard! I got a “shake”…a mix of nitro cold brew and italian custard. It was one of the most amazing coffee drinks i’ve had. similar to CFA’s frozen coffee. Very sweet employees too.

My family absolutely loves coming here. Every Monday we load up our toddlers to get delicious Italian ice. My husband and I love their spicy Sandias🤤 and my toddlers love getting the cotton candy flavored ice. 10/10 recommend this one below is mango and watermelon laffy. It's so delicious 🤤 bonus points they always have friendly Staff

My favorite “sweet” spot. Their custard is phenomenal and house flavors are amazing aswell. After a long week of working outside I look forward to treating myself at Cj’s. Even at 11am staff was happy to serve me.

FIRST & LAST TIME HERE!
I’ll explain why,
My son and I arrived around 8:45pm and waited in line. As I got to the front of the line the employee skipped right over me and started taking the next person in line. (He was the only person taking orders so how does he not know he hasn’t taken my order yet?) As I stood there staring at him I said “excuse you, I was next!” His response was “oh, well let me take her order first!”
My response “well I was first, and skipped so my order should be taken first”
The customer behind me says “well I didn’t know you haven’t ordered!”
My response “how would you not know when I’m standing right in front of you and I was skipped!”
The employee ends up taking my order and ruins it.
I ordered:
1 pineapple dole whip float
and 1 Captain America on a m&m cone with gummy worms
I paid for my items at 9:07pm and left
As I got home I gave the items to my husband and son who both were unhappy.
They seem to go to this place all the time together.
My husband stated that there was little to no pineapple in his cup and it was all just ice cream
And my son barely got a little bit of ice cream and little to no worms.
I ended up calling the store and speaking with “Payton” who claimed to be the manager and he said “well, people get skipped in line all the time, it just happens”
And “the 2 people we have working tonight have only been here 2 weeks, that’s the longest we’ve ever had people stay here”
I mentioned that maybe they should train their employees to ask “hi, have you been helped yet?” And as a company you should train your employees to make the items the same way every time because there’s no consistency And his response was “each employee just makes the items however they want”
It’s the excuses … and no accountability.
I stated I wanted my money back and he said it was up to the owner. So I left my phone number and I’m waiting for the “owner” to call me with whatever solution they come up with.
I definitely won’t be returning, I hope they get it together at some point because bragging they won best ice cream shop in 2012 is probably why they haven’t won since.

Couldn’t tell you about their ice cream, experience, etc. We waited, watched other customers attempt to go in and doors locked. Not open at the on line hours listed, no answer when you call, and no note on the door??

The atmosphere is very cute, relatively clean, and amazing options. Was bummed that the some of the custards we got were half the amount of the other cups we got for the same size/price. Customer service was okay, and in the hours online, they actually close at 9pm. The custards are very decadent with varying italian ice flavors if you decide you do not want the regular vanilla/chocolate custard.

This has become my favorite Italian ice and frozen Custard place in the valley! The Italian Ice reminds of the east coast, eating that by the beach. But this place takes it a step further and u get delicious frozen Custard top and bottom. The Italian Ice is unique and taste-y. They have the OG's we love and live for but they have fancy stuff. Soout patch kids flavor, cantaloupe, honeydew, mango, superman, root beer. Besides that, canolies, ice cream saucers (look it up and thank me later).

OBSESSED is an understatement. Absolutely love this place but what I don't love is the fact it says the Aliante location is open until 10pm but I show up there at 9:45pm and the doors are closed and have been apparently since 9pm. Not pleased at all !! Fix your hours online please

Ordered Uber eats. Didn’t even fill the cups. WASTE of my money. Whoever was working night of 02/10/2023 should be spoken with. Never had this experience before and would love to get my money back which is a far fetched want.

Customer service is very disappointing this evening 7:15pm on 9/9/22 at this location! Why is it so hard to greet your customers when they enter your establishment? No one in line and 2 girls behind the counter and not one time as I stood there waiting to place my order did they say anything. Until I finally stormed out and my daughter asked if they were taking orders and the response my daughter got was "we're working on a online order" but yet your workers seemed more worried about why the music went off. Rather than acknowledge the customers standing there waiting to order. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Don't get me wrong, what I got was really delicious. The customer service on the other hand needs a lot of work though. I came in August 1st around 5 pm, it was my birthday and I heard good things about this place online so I decided to try it. First I was looking at the menu and was literally being stared at, then it took forever for someone to respond to me when I came in to ask for another cup, since mine had started spilling as soon as I popped the lid off. Most likely won't be coming back, they're young so I get it a little, but I'm young aswell and don't act that way towards customers, so its not completely inexcusable.

Man, I'm hella bummed after tonight's experience. We've been coming at least once a week if not more since this location opened, and have always had a great experience. Went a little later tonight, about a half hour before closing and as expected it was busy on a warm Friday night. Went in with my son, and patiently waited in line. There was 4 young ladies working behind the counter, as we were next in line, there was a group that came in behind us. The next free employee walked right past my son and I, and started helping the people behind us. I wanted to let the fiery Chicana in me out, but I kept my composure...not one of the 4 employees greeted us, said hey, we will be right with you. But walked right past us. We ended up leaving and went to Uswirl instead. Like I said, hella bummed

So walked into the CJ's Italian ice and custard in ALIANTE on Friday, May 6, 2022 between 5p.m. - 5:10p.m. I was not greeted by the employees behind the counter basically just stared at and looked at wITH crazy lookS on their faces. This is the second time that I've gone here and have not been greeted felt as if was a second class customer ;therefore, this time I decided to walk out. I am writing this review in hopes that things will change, no one should feel unwelcomed in a place where they are going to patronize and spend their money. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!

Stopped in for their “nitro cold brew” which was advertised on a sign outside. After paying about 5 including tip and a .50 credit card service charge I noticed it wasn’t a nitro cold brew. It’s just a regular cold brew. Sooo yeah, very weird.

This was the first time I've been to CJ'S. What a great experiance. They have something for everyone. It eas very good and portion size was big. if you are looking for some good food, you need to check this place out. They had something for everyone in our family ( and you know how some are "Picky"). But with the options that are avaliable they todally delivered!!!! Thanks again.

Staff and service here was better and more attentive than other location. Been rotating through the different ice flavors and all have been great so far. Black cherry is rivaling the lemon gold standard. I don't eat ice cream but these custard creations are tempting, rest of family day they are good. The Italian ice is great all year round and really nice having this location near home. Well with the trip when your on the area 👍🏻
