I can’t rate based on service and atmosphere because I ordered through Postmates. But this pizza was lacking everything. I ordered a medium hand tossed bacon, pineapple, and jalapeño with extra cheese and regular marinara. It was mid to say the least. It wasn’t the worst pizza I ever had but it could’ve been better. It seemed like they were being pretty stingy with the toppings. There was really only like two jalapenos and two pieces of pineapple on each piece and the marinara was nonexistent. Not worth $30…

I can't imagine ordering from anywhere but this Hut. Telephone order takers have always been polite, my deliveries are always great, my delivery drivers are top notch, and my food is excellent, as in the order being correct and flavorfull. Great job to this Hut!!

This place is so so so incredibly wrong for having done what they did. I was told by a disgusting rude clerk that was verbally attacking me over the phone that their was absolutely no Roaches in their boxes because they were never folded. Waited way too long to pick up my pizza. It wàs ready but no one from the back came to help the guy at the counter. Some lady walked in before me to place and order and had a million questions. I should have been in and out. By the time the 4th customer walked in they were like whoooaaa... Are we all here to pick up a pizza? So, I finally ask the manager who was slightly seen in the back if he could pass me my pizza. He was nice about it but should have been more willing to come assist. It's like he didn't care.
My pizza was a remake. The first one was burnt. This one was better but not 100%. Customer service needs to be better.

The press was hard on the melt , couldn't even buy into it it was so hard. They left off ingredients on the pizza it was supposed to be a half and half and it turned out to be everything on side. We'll have to think long and hard about whether I want to go to Pizza Hut again

The two pieces that I received were so bad I had to end up throwing them away one of them was just like rubber where it seems like the bread was frozen the other Pizza the meat on it was so dry you can eat it and it was hacked up all different types of slices none of them the same like they took the pizza cutter and just ran it any which way they wanted to will not order from Pizza Hut again and I have been eating pizza from Pizza Hut for 50 years...
Update: 6/15/2023 it has been probably about 10 months since I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut thought I would give it another try order the thin crust since the other crust I used to order was always raw and the thin crust pizza is so bad it's thinner than a saltine cracker soggy on the bottom and so hard around the edges the kids couldn't even eat it so that is it for me with Pizza Hut. It is very sad because when I was younger I used to enjoy getting Pizza Hut with my kids my kids don't even go to Pizza Hut now and they're grown and they have kids...

If you want to waste a whole lot of money on barely school food-grade pizza, eat here! The customer service was nice, but I received the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. This was my first time trying Pizza Hut in some years. I paid damn near $40 for 2 pizzas that were the same size of the $6 ones at Little Caesars. I am not exaggerating when I say they had little to no sauce on them. The dough was sort of "gummy" and seemed undercooked as well. Even the pepperoni and cheese was bad. My brothers and I agreed that it tastes worse than school pizza. And the fact that I paid nearly $20 per pizza is ridiculous. Steer clear of Pizza Hut. You are way better off going to Little Caesars, 7-11, or store bought frozen pizza for that matter. A lesson was learned for sure. A $40, disgusting, gut wrenching lesson, but it was a lesson nonetheless.

The employees at 2600 E Lake Mead need to slow down and take time to look at the order and read the special instructions. I asked for a certain item to be put on side in a cup and they added it on the pizza. The pizza dough tasted like it was left over from previous day plus the pasta and pizza was luke warm. I had to heat up the pasta and bread sticks in the microwave. Wasted money on the pizza has to throw it out

My family goes here once a month and the pizza is always hot and ready when we get there. Service is good, much better the the PH on the northwest side of LV, where waits are long. I recommend this place.

I would give this place a zero. I placed an order at 6:15pm, it’s 7:32pm and is still not here. I kept calling and they take for ever to answer just to say they don’t have that information and transfer me, I don’t know where. Just to keep waiting. So disappointed they’re going to loose a new customer already. Never again ordering from here. Hope the owner reads the reviews and works on the issues. Next time if there’s a next time I’m doing carry out but from another location.

Was told they were getting ready to close so I couldn't have a delivery even though they were open for two more hours and then they told me they didn't have a driver and then they told me they that I couldn't do a pickup and then they hung up on me twice I walked down there and they were loading deliveries into a car a few employees just standing around doing nothing person who took my order was rude and it was an overall terrible experience tried to contact them online never got a response extremely disappointed in their customer service

Me gusta mucho la pizza hut pero estas dos ultimas veces me quedaron mal pedi delivery y el repartidor tardo 45 minutos mas de lo acordado y cuando le dije me respondio que si no me gustaba que pidiera para ir a recoger.
Y llamamos muchas veces para hablar con el manager y nos cortaban la llamada.

We did a order and and it took us 1 hour and 40 minutes to come and leave it at our house and when he came we where about to take the pizza and my father said to him that it took him 1 hour 40 minutes and he answered with okay if you don't like it then go pick it up. I honestly hope this place get shutdown because it has a horrible service they don't answer the phone calls at all I'm honestly wish the worst for this place. And in the end we didn't even get the food, This is honestly the worse service I have gotten in years.

My pizza arrived almost an hour after it was sent, the bigger issue was it arrived in a garbage bag and the seal on the box was opened AND the boxes were wet!!! I threw the food out.
